I LOVE going to the movies! This theatre is very close to home and currently is my theatre of choice. I only have 2 complaints, which is why i didnt give it 5 stars. I hate waiting in line and there is only 1 person selling tickets. I can see this happening sometimes, if someone calls in sick, but there should be someone available to jump in and help out until the line goes down. The second and main dislike is the manager there. Hes rude and not friendly is an understatement. I love to sit on the row that has the chrome bar in front of the seats. I get all comfy in the seats and put my feet up on the bar. Id NEVER put my feet on a seat! That night i and 3 other people had our feet on the bar. He only comes over to me, a female, and tells ME to take my feet down. He said he has to pay someone to clean those bars. REALLY?? This was extremely embarrassing. There are ways to speak to his customers and believe me, he needs a class in Customer Service 101! I explained to him that i wasnt being disrespectful to his theatre. I feel comfortable there and i just wanted to enjoy my movie and that i could easily go to another theatre where i wouldnt be harassed. I still, along with many others, continue to put our feet up on the chrome bar.

I love this theater which has more space than most theaters I dislike the popcorn. However am having a problem with the popcorn being served here. The popcorn taste very dry old and stale. I have experienced this on several occasions and had not reported this since I prefer not to leave my seat once seated. On last night I decided to return the popcorn. I returned to the counter to find a manager, she glanced up at me with the expression I dont want to be bother then looked around for I would assume one of her staff but they were out of sight. I expressed to her I was dissatisfied with the popcorn her response was we cant make the popcorn moist. The manager did not apologized because I was being inconvenienced she was negative and unprofessional. In closing please try not to make the popcorn to early. If you receive money for a service please try to provide the service that would satisfy your guest.

Sue and I go to the movies once or twice each week, mostly at Regal Westchester. The venues are always clean and the service is fast as we are retired and go when others are working or still in bed<*>. It wouldve been great if the Regal chain wouldve sprung for Dolby Atmos in one of the large theaters at Westchester but whos to complain. Being audio / video enthusiasts, Sue and I asked the manager, Mr Robinson, for a tour of the screening balcony. He spent a good deal of time with us explaining the gear and how it all worked together. The technology is impressive to say the least. We got the tour on a Wednesday afternoon when the crowds are small. Ken & Sue Fritz

Theater is clean & well maintained. Plenty of movies to choose from. Stay away from the 3-D movie experience, if feature you come to see has it, after youve seen one ...youve seen them all. Save yourself a couple of bucks & put it towards the concession stand. $6 Sodas, $5 bottles of water, $5 hot dogs SMH!! You will find that you will need it because prices are pretty high. But then again theres only a few movie theater chains that have affordable Eats. And those theaters are usually located on the food court level in some malls. food which is offered by the mall food court instead of the theater.

This is always my go-to theater because it usually has great service, is clean, and always comfortable. But I had a friend who wanted to see The Conjuring 2 with me, but it was a day before her 17th birthday. In fact, it was less than 2 hours before she turned 17. The manager told her that she could not see it. I understand that theyre not allowed to let anyone younger than 17 see the movie, but I think that it was a little ridiculous.

Clean, good popcorn, nice legroom. The employees are polite and they do all kinds of movies including Fathom events. Unfortunately when I went there for a Fathom opera the sound was too low. (Cinebistro is better configured for that kind of movie.) But for your regular first run this place is nice. Tons of parking and other places close by if you want to eat or shop. Right near the highway. And let me repeat: very clean.

I have been going to Westchester Cinema for years, and love everything about it. Most of the time the employees are courteous, and the food is fine enough. The chairs are comfortable, and the restrooms are clean. Its in a great location by Sedona Taphouse, Plaza Azteca, Five Guys, and several other terrific places to eat which makes dinner, and a movie and little simpler, and easier on the gas tank!

LOVE this theater and it is the only one we got too! Lately, I will say the popcorn hasnt been good at all-no salt on it and just tastes different than it had in the past which is disappointing as we love to get popcorn when we go to the movies! Other than that we LOVE it!! Hoping they just get that popcorn back to being as good as it had been in the past!!

We pass 3 other theaters to go to this one and go to the movies 1-2 times per week. It is much nicer and the popcorn is great. They fix it just the way you want it. I like the way they have their lines set up. Everyone is in the same line and they call the next person as staff become available. The staff is great! Clean and well maintained.

our family always prefers this theater when we have choices. they are exceptionally consistent in delivering clean rest rooms, and the individual theaters are clear of trash. the comfort of their seats is A+. my only suggestions would be on finding ways to use automation better for ticketing - ticket machines could be improved -

Usually good, but this place seems to be going downhill. Only one person selling tickets. Stood in line for 30 minutes for a matinee only to discover that the next two shows were sold out. When asked why the sign wasnt updated, the kid simply shrugged. Will be looking to take our future business elsewhere.

Fair prices, and lots of seats, plus its never crowded. Bathrooms are always clean and shining. Only problem, is that the food is super expensive (Like $22 for popcorn or $8 for a box of twizzlers). Just smuggle in your own snacks, or dont buy anything there. Itll save you a butt ton of $.

I love this cinema. Unfortunate prices but not the theaters fault. Blame your favorite Hollywood stars for that. They arent exactly starving at $12-$15 a ticket. This theater is very nice, clean and very courteous staff. Definitely one of our go-to favorites.

Will drive 13 miles just to avoid the Regal at Shortpump!!! It has comfortable seating, clean, the popcorn is great and you dont have to drive around looking for a parking space. The ticket attendant, Lechelle, delivers the best customer service. Love it!!!
