Although the theater is in a convenient location to the shopping and dining off Hull Street and Route 288, there are several things that make the experience less than stellar. The ticket desk upfront was attended by a young adult who made an unsolicited remark about my appearance, "joking" as to whether I was really in the military. I put that aside and proceeded into the theater, where the projector for the movie made an annoying high pitched squeal and many of the seats were worn out or broken. I love the movie going experience and believe that the quality of the theater should be held to a high standard. The movie theater less than 10 miles North of this location at Westchester Commons near the intersection of 288 and Midlothian Turnpike has a much better atmosphere, great seats and sound quality, and friendly customer service.

Beautiful theater, but the prices are crazy! Lots of upgrades have been made to this love theater over the years. I have been going here for 15 years and the prices of movies went from like $5 - $20 (granted the theater has upgraded their theaters to support 3D, IMAX, RealD3D) and the food there has always been expensive, feel like the world has that problem. But if you want to take a date there, and they want popcorn, drinks, food, and candy, expect to spend like $100+ for the evening. That $10 a month for Netflix isnt looking so bad huh? Beautiful movie theater though, always clean and always polite. Can order tickets through different phone apps, so you dont have to deal with people. Seats are pretty comfortable.

Normally love this theater but had the worst experience last night!!!!! Saw DONT BREATH in this theater last night and the other customers were so rude the whole way though the movie. Couple to the right of us talked to whole time even after asking them to keep it down, couple to the left of us were just as bad with the talking and on top of that clapping everytime they got scared or excited!!! There was no manager to complain to at the end of the movie. It was as if everyone had left for the night, not a soul in sight except for the fellow people who if come out of the theater with us. Not sure how often i will frequent this theater anymore.

Very disappointed! The first time we came we werent allowed to go into the movie because we had an infant. I was directed to the sign that said no one under 7 in rated R movies. To irony in that is my infant will sleep through the entire movie but my 7 year old will make noise and repeat the profane language. This time there was an incident in the movie with 2 families and people cursing loudly during the movie. I know the staff cannot control the customers but for the manager to be so nonchalant in his delivery was upsetting. I am done with this theater. I will now frequent another regal theater.

dont believe anything from this theater! was told last Thursday that the movie LOVING would be showing this Friday ... was put on hold while a call was made to corporate office, then confirmed the date/showing but told I couldnt get showtimes until today ... now being told movie wont be there this Friday ... had a group of family/friends who planned to attend as this is MY familys story ... now because of being lied to, we all have to change our plans ... Regal Cinemas will never get another penny out of my pocket ... dont deal with liars!!!!!

On 3 occasions there has been some type of failure in the theater, causing us to have ask for our money back. I honestly think they dont care, because they still benefit from concession sales. Gave it a shot again today. There is one ticket seller, a sign inside that reads "have ticket torn at concessions stand". There were dozens of people in line .... so short staffed here. Terrible theater experience ... I guess I shouldnt be surprised by now.

The theater itself is nice. Its relatively clean, has stadium seating, and always has a big selection of movies. Tickets are somewhat expensive. Shows are usually crowded, which means that in about 50% of the movies you see there, someone is talking loudly to someone else in the theater throughout the whole movie, or theyre doing something else that distracts from watching the movie. Avoid the crowds, go to Carmike instead.

The service is always great, the popcorn is amazing and the seats are comfy! I always have a fun time coming to Commonwealth 20, it is great for date night, hanging out with friends/family or even having some time alone. I give them five stars with only one complaint... The concessions are rather expensive... But where are they not? Overall they are great and you should definitely see a movie there.

First the prices are ridiculous...for 4 people it costs $70 (tickets, 4 drinks & popcorn). Second: Childrens movies should include INTERMISSION! You pay this much for a movie, you should be able to see the whole thing. A 15 minute intermission would allow for bathroom breaks and more spent at the concession. Lastly...the movie ICE AGE was awesome...what I saw of it.

Ive called to ask just a simple question. I was on hold for over five minutes and then the phone picked up and they hung up. I called again and said can you please hold I said well I just was and someone hung up on me well he never said anything and just put me on hold again.. five minutes later im still sitting here on hold. Very frustrating.

Great theater, I have been going here since I was a kid. I only have a few problems with the theater: 1. OVERPRICED CONCESSIONS 2. OVERPRICED TICKETS 3. SLOW CONCESSIONS STANDS 3.5: NEEDS TO TURN VOLUME UP TO 100% 4. NEED TO USE ALL KIOSKS AT THE BOX OFFICE 5. FAKE IMAX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Other than that I LOVE this Theater

Places is a dump now. Everytime I come in the place seems understaffed. Show up 30-45 min before a movie and lucky to be sitting before it starts. Opening weekend for Deadpool at 1:10pm..... 1 person in the ticket booth and only 3 registers open for the snack line. What idiot do they got making the employee schedule?

Always smells of stale popcorn which is an added insult to the injury of the prices that the stuff costs. Two sodas and a medium popcorn for just under $20. Good grief. Sound can be a bit high in the theatre. But what the heck, it is all part of going to the movies, I suppose.

Very rowdy group of teenagers that were clearly bothering everyone, yelling, throwing candy at other patrons around them. This Theater has very little supervision which gives the impression it doesnt care about what goes on during its movies. Go to another Theater.

Long lines, comfortable at atmosphere however the ushers immediately turned the lights on after the movie was over! After seeing intense movies such as Split you need some time to gather your thoughts and process what you just saw! Ushers need to chillll!

Everything is overpriced, and apparently all of the proceeds went to making all of the seats smaller to jam more people in. It is no longer that comfortable, and over the past couple of years something about their popcorn has really began to make me sick.

Been going here for a long time. Confessions are insanely overpriced. If two people are going , tix, popcorn, soda, and 2 candys are easily 50+ dollars make sure to get the rewards card so you can earn your free movie tickets, popcorn and sodas.
