DEFINITELY A MUST TRY! Were a single income family of four. My wife is a stay home mom. We try to watch our money carefully but we hadnt done a date night in a while. We both wanted to see IronMan 2 and my wife had been interested in a Cinebistro. The experience was superb but expensive. The place is a restaurant with a theater attached. The lobby was very nice. You felt like you were waiting in a fine dining establishment, which fits because the place actually is a fine dining establishment. While youre waiting you can get a drink or appetizer at the awesome bar. We had a Bass Ale, some excellent wine, and the popcorn shrimp and calamari. Excellent food! You get called into the move about 30 minutes before it begins. The waiters take your order and bring your food and drinks just prior to the movie beginning. For $5.75 you also get an endless bowl of buttered popcorn and for 2.75 you get an endless cup of soft drink. Thats comparable or less than most regular theaters. The meal: I had the Pan Seared Scottish Salmon. It was excellent. My wife had a special of the day-Peppercorn Steak. Also, very excellent. They did the steak perfectly. We got to eat our meal through the first 15 minutes of the movie. Very enjoyable in the big comfy chairs. The portions were big enough that you felt like you had a good meal but you didnt feel like you couldnt enjoy a little popcorn with your movie later. The theater: We were in the theater with one of the smaller screens but I didnt notice. The sound was good and the screen was plenty large enough to get caught up in the movie. The one down side is I wish the servers would come around to check on you during the movie. I know their policy is not to because they dont want to disturb your movie experience but I think they should ask what your preference is. I didnt enjoy having to get up to go get more popcorn when I knew there were people right outside the door to get it for me if they knew I needed it. I think maybe a system of lights that light up for drinks or popcorn would be useful. Sort of like when you call for a flight attendant on an airplane. That way the service is focused when you need it but you arent disturbed randomly. For the cost I would think thats the least they can do. The cost: Tickets are $16 if all you want to do is watch the movie. As I said above, you can get popcorn and soft drinks for a reasonable price. If you want dinner the evening will cost anywhere between $60 to $100 depending on what you get and how much you drink. For us the dinner was $72 plus $32 for the movie, plus $25 in drinks and appetizer before the movie, and $30 for a baby-sitter. So for a total of $159 my wife and I had a very unique movie watching experience. Total comfort, good movie, great food, excellent wait staff, and some good quality time together. Definitely recommended.

Dear Sandra Barrett I know how At CinéBistro you believe every guest deserves the ultimate entertainment experience and you value opinions. I have been coming to the Cinebistro since it opened and i have always had a great service , I am in retail and own a company employing over 2000 people . Tonight I came to the movies ordered a hamburger, fries, ketchup and cheese cake , we got served (by the same lady that served us last week and when we asked for an extra plate it never came and my hamburger went cold even though i asked for it a second time) this week she rembered us and we ordered an extra plate and it did not arrive again even thogh the lady who served us promised it would not happen , so i had to go outside the movie to request a plate the plate finally came but with no ketchup so again i had to leave to request the ketchup, then the cheese cake did not arrive so again i left the movie which had started to get the cheesecake and requested that the sevice be removed from the bill. When the movie was over i asked to speak to the manager Stephanie Oliver came to see me with real attitude she just said what do you want me to do about it and i asked for her to make sure it never happened again but she said she could not do that but she was so impolite that i decided to request your details she then said i was in her face I asume because she was worried she was going to get into trouble and called for an other manager , when aske what she meant by me being in her face she said i got within 3 ins of her face , she is rude and quite honestly if it was not for Jon Riddle I would not be coming back again. He was so helpful and said he would try and make sure it did not happen again and if i had any further problems to contact him. If the food plates and ketchup do not come out together then the food quickly goes cold . It happened twice all I ask is my wife and I have the experience you promise . Stephanie just does not do your company justice as all the other staff seem so nice and helpful and the hamburger i think is one of the best i have ever had . Paul Caplan

The whole first time experience sucked! This past weekend I had reserved dinner and a movie here for me and my fiance for Valentines Day, and drove a little over a hour to get there to hear when we are checking in that something is wrong but but will be fixed. We were asked if we called in and canceled and obviously NO, I didnt cancel I was there. After minutes pass by the girl at the counter that was helping us came back with tickets and said everything fixed, and we are all set. The tickets had been written on with our seat number and the movie we were supposed to see. At this time I said to myself ok cool everything is set, well atleast I thought. When our movie crowd was called into the theater after about a hour sitting in the lounge we walked into the theater to see our seats are taken. A manager that was help sitting people came up to me and my fiance and asked if we needed help finding our seats and I said yeah because someone is in ours. He said give him a minute and he will be back. After about 10mins of waiting the manger comes back and says "sorry but something went wrong with booking and your seats were double booked" at this time he said the best he can do is refund my money and just come back another time and the movie only will be on them. Yeah ok thank you but I planned this for a holiday for me and my fiance and they were booked all through the Valentine weekend so dinner and a movie was out of the picture. Horrible first time experience. This is what happens when people dont do there job and tend to ignore issues like mine and wait until theres no time left to possibility fix the issue.

They went out of their way to ruin a day I had been looking forward to for several weeks. Bought tickets a month in advance from fandango. Drove an hour to get there. Entered the theatre amongst a large group, yet we were the only couple asked to show our tickets. Seems like they believed we looked like the "type" that would sneak in. I showed my fandango receipt and offered to show the email receipt as well, I even had a photo of the confirmation page from the time of purchase. Was told that would not suffice and that I had to go back out to the lobby and wait in a long line and get my tickets. By the time I got back in the theatre there was no longer enough time to order food and have it arrive in time and I was totally out of the mood to enjoy a good movie and food. I complained to a manager. We declined service and yet the waiter came out and angrily slammed cups of water down on our trays. I guess word got out that we had complained. It might be their policy on paper to ask customers to show their tickets, but in practice they are selective about who has to prove they have the right to be there. Matter of fact the only reason I decided to try showing them my fandango receipt was because I saw someone else do it the week before AND IT WAS ACCEPTED! But for us it was not good enough. In my opinion their treatment of customers is tied directly to what they assume is your worth. Being told to leave the theatre and get at the back of the line is one thing, being discriminated against is another. I am never going back, they succeeded in sending us a message that we were not welcome there.
