This place is litteraly a total sham on the night of July 14th at 10:00pm my sister is 22 years of age and I am 16 years old we went to go see Mike and Dave need wedding dates, a film which we saw the pervious night. The rule is you have to be at least 21 to get an underage person Into an R rated movie and it has always been that way. And the ticket girl I belive her name was Katie was being very rude and when we said we know the rule she replied with "umm... No I think I would know I work here" she then call the manager over I didnt catch his name because he had no name tag. He then informed us that the rule has "always been" you must be with a parent. They then began to fight with us and we then got our money back. We know the rules because she has been through this when the movie "22 Jump street" came out in 2014 we couldnt get in because she was only 20. They then told us "you need to be 21 to get a minor in" every time we come here we have a problem and we are never going to this establishment again

The Mall its attached to is crap, but otherwise a decent theater that plays most of the special stuff I like to see (Live events, or re-plays of older movies). I just wish theyd let you bring Starbucks in, because they sell starbucks coffee and tea inside, but if you walk in with some from the starbucks basically right in front of them, its a no-no.

I enjoyed this place quite a bit before, but now that they have new big comfy seats its just that much better. This place is one of the best theater experiences I ever had. Great staff, clean bathrooms, clean theaters, and not overly crowded. Great place.

Good variety stores, even if mostly female clothes, only marks against it are overcrowded, including the parking lot, theres always spots, but rather far away from where you want to go, and they got rid of Mountion Pie, my favorite eatery in this place.

This is my usual spot to go see movies. I love the kiosk where I usually get my tickets. Go in the lobby is usually clean. I love the new seats and the bathrooms are always spotless. The food is also good and the staff is great, too.

Personally Im a bigger fan of Regal than Cinemark, but this one is still great. Entrance is inside of the mall, 2nd floor. Every time I come here for a movie, I forget that Im in a mall and think Im in a stand alone theater.

The total immersive movie experience. Great service, delicious popcorn and soda that is not watered down. Restroom facilities were clean and theaters seemed to be in decent condition. A good choice for any movie goer around.

They were very nice. I mistakenly booked a ticket twice. They promptly cancelled one for me and provided full refund for one. The lady on the counter was really sweet. Sorry if I was rude to anyone.

Nice clean movie theater with awesome luxury reclining seats. Convenient location inside Southpark Mall with huge food court, many restaurants, & large variety of shops/department stores.

Horrible service the people at the front desk were extremely rude followed by a dirty theatre, there is a reason this theater was empty. Do not attend this theater. Very frustrating!!

Joe the Usher and Karen at the concession stand make going to the movies even more enjoyable. They actually engage customers instead of treating you like a cow headed to slaughter.

This location is convenient to go to due to it being connected to the mall. I have gone here many of times and have always had the service one would expect.
