I left my wallet and they wouldnt let me go back in to get it. I live in another state and was traveling the next day so I really needed it. I even called multiple times and there phone wasnt working. while I waiting to see if I could get it there was another man trying to get his phone and they wouldnt let him either and another man who just bought a ticket for all of his family went out to his car to get something and they wouldnt let him back in either. The companies policy is no one can come into the theater after 11p, I know its not the employees fault but it is a ridiculous policy we spent 23$ on two sodas and a candy bar the least they could do is allow us to go back in and seize our property. We even tried to have them escort us in but they wouldnt. They claimed they looked for it and said they couldnt find it, so the next day (the morning I was suppose to leave to go home) I drove 30mins out of my way to go see if I could find it. It benefitted me that there theater wasnt very clean so my wallet was on the floor near where I left it. If they want to maintain a positive and happy customer base they should reconsider that ridiculous policy.

I have not had more trouble at this location than I have since AMC took over. Once a few weeks ago I was left to stand outside the theater, locked out with no one in sight to go to a 10:45 showing if he new Alien movie. I arrived @ 10:40 and stood until almost 11- just to be approached FINALLY by two employees who told me they were closed and that the movie wasnt showing at that time. Had to show them on their menu board that it WAS the time and also on my phone in Fandango... it was a complete mess!!! Other things have happened but that was a big one. Now, TONIGHT (7/6/17), everything seemed to be going smoothly to see a 9:45 showing of The House. Previews, right? I walked into the movie at 9:50 and the movie was already about 10 minutes or more into it. So what? It started early and had no previews? This place is terrible. Its a joke. I thought Id give it one more try... and now Im done.

Worst experience ever!! My wife and 2 daughters went to this theater tonight...starting with the service...$82.00 for 2 adult, 2 child ticket for a 2D showing at 8 pm, 4 small drinks, 2 small popcorns. Yep! Almost 100 bucks! They dont have kids drinks, or kids packs, and they dont have "small"! Its called "regular"! As the rude cashier corrected me! Who was about as rude as you can get! And Im an easy going polite guy....most of the time! Ok, so now I broke the bank, time to get my drink....its a self serve coke machine, theres 2 of them. One was out of ice, it tested the patience of all the people waiting in line. There were 3 employees in site, they were all busy. So there wasnt going to be any more ice. Then on to the screen. It stinks of 40,000 years of funk in this place! Then the screen stops working part of the way through! What a joke! Were never coming back to this place!!!!!

I always go here because it is so easy to get in and out. The other movie theater in town is newer, and more crowded for that reason I suppose...but there is absolutely nothing wrong with this place. They even have those big soft pretzels you can dip in warm nacho cheese that are fantastic. Elevated seating arrangement (stadium style), cloth upholstery. Floors always seem to be clean. This isnt the nicest or newest theater in town (absolutely nothing wrong with it though), but it is by far the easiest option if you just want to watch a movie without the fuss or crowds. As an introvert, this place gets my introvert stamp of approval and recommendation.

02-15-2012, 7:00 p.m.Nobody at the ticket windows (a board covered each slot where you would normally pay) and no signs to indicate how & where to pay. We went inside and found out you pay at the concession stand! Theatre was HOT. Movie didnt start until a patron went and asked them to start the movie (10 min late) and to turn on the AC. Still no AC. 20 minutes later, I went and asked the sole employee at the concession stand to turn on the AC. He either didnt or it didnt work. No AC during entire 2 hr movie. Was very uncomfortable during entire movie due to high temp. I will not go back and recommend that you dont go there, either.

Wow, what a bunch of complainers. You want more "poshness," go spend over twice as much at the other theater or better yet, go to the big city and get all the high tech equipment and such and spend 12-15 per person, just for the ticket. No thank you! I spend a fraction at Carmike 10 than I would anywhere else. Being someone that takes their family to about 25 movies a year, Ill take my matinee costs and refillable bucket any day of the week. I can handle a wanky a/c and heating units AND figure out where the tickets are sold with no problem. Dont like it, like I said, go spend more than twice as much at the other theater. Good grief!!!

For three 3-D tickets, large drink, small popcorn, and a box of chocolate almonds was $56. Im spoiled as where we typically go to the cinema at it would have only cost about $30 for the same with the tickets being $16 for all three of us. Overall decent place, the large drink came with a free refill. There was still a bit of trash in the cup holders when we sat down. They had forgotten to give us our 3-D glasses when we bought the tickets so we had to go grab them. It was super slow night and we had the screen to ourself and no lines at the concession. This was my second time to visit this location and I would return.

Im new to Longview. Been here about 6 mos. Have been to Carmike and Regal. Went to Carmike Saturday to take Son and Granddaughter for her birthday. It was the pits. Cost $20 to get in - no discount for kids and no senior citizen discount. Plus another $20 at the concession. The lady at ticket counter was very rude when I did ask about kids and senior discount. Spent $40 and rude service and upon leaving went to ladies restroom and it was filthy. Water all over the floor. Went Saturday, February 14 at 4:55 showing. Regal will be getting all of my busy in the future.
