I purchased tickets 2 hours in advance. They told me to wait on line until it was time to enter the movie. I was on line with 5 of my family members for 35 minutes. The movie was called to enter and people rushed in without even being on the line. By the time we entered the movie there were only 2 seats left and they werent even together. The manager said there is nothing he can do. I said how can you sell more tickets than you have seats and how do you tell people to wait on line without having anyone enforce the.line. He didnt have an answer and didnt even offer anything for wasting my time. Really bad management. I will never go back there. Not even for FREE. Save your money and go to a better theater.

I called to ask the time of a movie the employee who answered the phone just babbled out information on a movie with an "Attitude". I asked him to slow-down. I wanted to know about a different movie and the time. So when I arrived to get my tickets, I asked to speak to the manager about my phone experience . It turned out to be the MANAGER" on the phone that I spoke with, with the "attitude". And all he could say to me was "have a nice day". Excuse me....if he was on "Undercover Boss" his ass would have been fired!!! And thats exactly what I told him. I work with the public too. I deserve a four free ticket and free large non stale popcorn & drink.

I never go here one weekends or nights to avoid the crowds so I cant really comment on the clientele or the satisfaction that they may or may not have, which is most likely they have more business at night and weekends. What I can say is that if I go to see a movie, I always go to the first showing early in the morning to avoid the crowd (and the kids..). The theater itself is a nice looking theater. It is very clean and organized. Going for the first showing of the day also has its convenient "perk" which is 1/2 priced tickets. If you go to any other showing after the first showing its gonna be regular priced.

wish i could give it 0 stars. the workers think they can talk to customers like they own the place, went to see a movie today and was standing outside the theater of my movie and got screamed at by a worker because she thought we were going into a movie that we werent allowed to see,she screamed at me and my date so the whole bulding can hear her and after that she was talking to the security guard saying "i hope they learn theyre lesson". keep in mind this girl was probably around 18. i hope she gets fired. will never return to this overpriced, dirty and pathetic movie theater again.

IMAX is loud for no other reason than they can make it this loud. Stadium seating is great, but this place shows its age - slowly morphing into what used to be Commack. Too many seats are broken and/or dirty. If they dont invest in the theater, it will have that same horrible smell that the Commack auditoriums had - and we know what that means. Also - mens room almost always filthy, paper towels get jammed in dispenser - you cant run hundreds of people through this bathroom and ignore it. Island 16 is a lot cleaner, and that is not exactly a clean place.

With my grandchildren a a Star Wars showing. The smell of someone smoking was overwhelming. My son went to inform the office. Some time later a guard came and looked from the bottom of the stairs up and down and then left. The manager told me afterwards that he couldnt find who was responsible, it was too dark and packed. Perhaps, regularly walking up and down the stairs by a uniformed guard would act as a deterrent. Telling us that there is nothing he could do is not a satisfactory response to what is illegal and health matter for all!

Cant give zero stars, so they get one. I cant believe a business can neglect their Location as bad as this place. Granted, Im only in theater 6, but the nastiness in here isnt from one rowdy group, its caked on from years of lazy employees who obviously do enough to make it look like theyre doing something. We told management, and they just kinda sulked around spraying something on the floor. Like I said, it doesnt get this disgusting Overnight. Unless you feel like burning your clothes after, Avoid like the plague.

I have been going to this movie theater my entire life despite its average characteristics. This movie theater is pretty overpriced and it doesnt have any special qualities that would warrant its expensive tickets and concession food. The bathrooms are fairly clean and the actual theaters tend to be clean as well. The seats are pretty old and make a lot of noise and are by no means comfortable. Overall, everything about this movie theater is average but its location and availability of showtimes makes it convenient!

I love how the Theater looks very decorative from the outside, it catches my intentions everytime i go pass it on the main road. I would go watch movies there with the family and friends. It is also the best place to hangout with friends since it has a cheerful enviroment. I would say the theater is like all theaters, its casual and the place is very clean, especially the seats! I love where the popcorn stand is located, its right in the middle, so whenever your hungry, you could easily get food and drinks.

On a recent trip to the theater, I noticed that the sound was terrible (screen 16). When I mentioned this to the manager, he told me, "Oh yeah, the amp is blown out. Youll notice this in the trailers, but it gets better in the movie." Surprise, surprise, the sound did not magically get better once the film started. In other words, they had been making hundreds of dollars on a theater with a broken sound system, and simply not telling their customers. Terrible business.

Imax itself was great, theater smelled like mildew, very distracting from the movie. Chairs were broken and missing. Only good thing no one could sit behind me. Still has stadium seating. Sorry no recliners. Ticket counter only had one attendant. It was faster to get off line and use kiosk. Havent been there in a few years because it was going subpar then. Sorry I went back. Wont do that again. Stick with one of the others.

Very friendly staff and great customer service! We brought our 19 month old to watch a movie for the first time and as predicted, we didnt make it through the whole movie. Luckily, customer service offered us re-admit tickets valid for 1 year, for us to come back again. It was totally unexpected. We are very grateful for the gesture and hope to come back many more times when our little one gets bigger to enjoy the theater.

A nice enough theater but needs updating especially for the cost of the theater admission, places like Island Sixteen and Regal offer better week day rates or equal rates for nicer viewing experience. Still if your local and its your closest theater they are more then able to provide a cinema experience worth the trip to the movies. There is chicken fingers here hot dog nachos and there is an I Max theater as well.
