BEWARE!!!! NOT KID FRIENDLY - LOOK AT REVIEWS & EXPERIENCES! This place has potential but the management is lacking in people skills! Our kids signed up for dodge-ball we were initially told 1.5 hours of jumping with pizza and pop to end the session. After the first week they kicked our kids out after only an hour of jumping. We spoke with the manager who told us we were the 10TH FAMILY to complain about this. He then went on to tell us he plans to do NOTHING about the complaints and WILL NOT allow the kids the 1.5 hours. We even called Canton to see how they were doing the dodge-ball session and they also stated they allow the kids to jump for 1.5 hours. We asked for a refund because we were not getting what we were sold and he told us NO! The staff is also not the nicest to the kids, my kids are nervous about jumping and not having much fun. This feeling is being felt by many at this location as I now read reviews (my mistake, I should have checked into it BEFORE I sent my kids) This place is a sad situation since this should be a great experience, not something that scares kids.

Staff was nowhere to be found. Could have jumped and no one would have known. I had to search for them. I got seriously injured (bilateral quad tendon rupture) and staff seemed not concerned. Like it was just another day. No urgency. Didnt even hold the damn door open as the ambulance crew took me outside. Never did anyone approach me after my injury introducing themselves as the manager and saying sorry you got hurt or is there anything I can do. These places are dangerous and play on peoples curious nature to go beyond and try new tricks and flips even though they say not to go beyond your capabilities. You sign your life away with the waiver. If injured YOU CANNOT SUE unless they are negligent somehow. In fact it even says YOU pay THEM $5000 if you do sue so they can recover court costs. Do your homework on these places people. Sure injuries can be rare in the grand scheme of things, but do you want to be the one?

I usually dont like being judgemental on certain races, but unfortunately in the world we are living in now race and your ethnicity plays a huge role on how you are treated in public places. I will recommend no one to go their, rude employees. When the employee at the register to get your tickets is racist it is hard to talk with them and know what kind of safety waiver to sign, in order to get in. The employee I had an encounter with was white and sadly she seen a group of Arab people some wearing head scarves and started talking to us disrespectfully. When you are taking to someone in a respectful manner, everyone would expect the same respect back not at sky zone especially on that specific day. Are all the skyzone employees disrespectful? That I have no idea, however I am not planning on going back to a place where I was basically kicked out for not knowing how to properly sign in the safety waiver.

Not too impressed. Went there for a birthday party. Was going to have one for my son period but when I found out how much my needs paid for her son party and the service that she received. She was told that every person in the party would had two pieces of pizza which we only received one piece of pizza the host of the party consistently was telling her okay times that we go do this together that we gotta do this we gotta do that didnt have enough time for her to do anything with her child child period was told that adults were able to jump with their children and she paid for them. But the hosts failed to let the parents know that they needed to get socks after an hour of being there.

it is the worst sky zone in the world !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dont waist your money on them go to the one in canton. if you live in Taylor it may be far but it is worth it. the person said that the kides dodge ball will open in 15 mins and it opend in 40 mins and we went to the dodge ball court the worker said there only adults allowed. and there were only 4 adults. and 17 kids who wanted to play. this is why this place is the worst place in the world and the will scam you like this

Very rude staff. We were only in there for about 10 minutes when my sister Mackenzie and her friend Diane broke the rules. They were both jumping in the same square, I was about to warn them about that because I knew the Sky Zone rules. Before I could say anything, 2 employees yelled at them in a rude way about it and kicked them out of the court and forced them to move up front. We gathered our things and left.

My kids had absolute fun! It couldve been a little more organized with lines that were established as lines and not all willy nilly all over the place,with ppl cutting in front of you. But get passed all that,this place is amazing fun!!! Clean and safe for kids. Parents even have a place to sit and relax knowing their kids are safe and having a great time! Somewhat pricey but overall great time!

Pathetic. My niece had her party here. Her young cousin wasnt allowed to jump with the rest of the party due to age regulations. Even though they were the only kids on a large section of trampolines, they let my 5 year old niece sob on the sidelines and wouldnt let her jump with her family. Im totally disgusted and I will encourage others to stay away from your rediculous business.

Not much to do if you have kids 5 and under (and not worth the price for the young ones). They have standard rules that make you wonder if youre at a trampoline park or a swimming pool. Dont you dare step on the black part of the trampoline if youre watching your kids jump, even if you have a parent pass. Overall, good to visit once, otherwise stick to a backyard trampoline.

Good front of house but not worth it cause a family cant come in and jump together. Not a place for quality time with your kids. Adults dont waste your money cause you cant even jump with your kids. Also staff supervising doesnt pay attention. Too busy socializing with each other and thats the most frustrating part.

We love it here because its a fun place for the kids and there always ready for a naptime after. some parents i seen think its to strict but there just trying to make it safe and its only teenages working and they try and do the best job they can awesome place for fun.

This place is ok not really a good place for kids ages 5 and younger my son was feeling sad because he cant play with the big kids the staff seem to be nice not really much to do and the prices are high my kids got bored after 30min a good place to attend once a year

The staff is very rude. They a big party group and if the group was on we would have to get off the trampolines. Like I payed for my kids to played not get off every time the party came. Very disappointed. Never going to this location again
