I got Regal tickets for free after donating red blood cells. We usually go to AMC, but we figured why not save some money and go Regal Audio was awful. Tinny, missing mids, and it generally sounded like it was coming from a single small speaker. The projector screen was 16:9 throughout the entire experience. Meaning that the entire movie had low contrast black bars on the top and bottom. Sometimes during previews it had black bars on the sides and bottom. The image was very poorly handled. And if that wasnt enough, the power went out (not during a storm of any kind) and it took 5 minutes for anyone to tell us what was going on and 10 minutes for the film to start again. The theater was also uncomfortably warm, and Im a skinny dude. Ive never been in a theater that was too hot . The Regal cinemas in the area are awful. Do yourself a favor and go to the AMC in Simpsonville

Absolutely horrible experience. The movie cut out THREE separate times, and the manager was completely unhelpful. After asking for a refund, the manager began ranting about how it was the power companys fault and "I hope they reimburse me for all the money Im losing." Completely inappropriate to say to an upset customer. He didnt even apologize for the whole thing until they were finally handing my card back with our refund receipt. The refund, by the way, was a dollar short. Lesson learned. Will never return.

My sister was taking me out. I didnt bring my wallet because I wouldnt need it. Were not seeing a rated R movie so they shouldnt card us. I am 19 and she is 17. The lady selling the tickets said that I had to have an ID. I am not driving 30minutes away to get my ID to come back and miss half the movie. My sister tells her that shes buying the tickets and they tell her that to buy more than one ticket she has to be 21. This is the stupidest idea ever and The Regal Cherrydale theater has lost my business.

We rarely go to the movies, because its expensive. Prefer this theatre to Woodruff Road. A lot cleaner, friendly staff, less crowded, & you dont have to worry about a noisy audience so you can enjoy the movie. We always end up leaving the movie at Woodruff Road Cinema due to disruption from people in the theatre. Considering how much it cost, and how rarely we go to the theatres, its aggravating when you cant enjoy it. So, thank you Cherrydale Cinemas!

This Movie theater sucks because the manager is very stuck up and they have started a curfew policy that prohibits any people under the age of 19 with an id into the movie. We were going to see Finding Dory like we are mature people not some crazy people. We deserve better treatment and I dont think that u should take ur children to this movie theater after 8:00. MAKE SURE U BRING AN ID PEOPLE

Manager was very rude and dismisful of our concerns. The curfew policy is unjust for 19 year olds with teen siblings. We were going to see a childs movie as teens that are mature. It ruined our whole night. I recommend Hollywood 20 for all people looking to have a good time at the movies. They need to employ people that have good people skills and that always have a smile on their face.

Popcorn is a hit and miss sometimes. This is the closest theater to my home. Im content with the service and quality. UPDATE: The popcorn could be of a better quality. We visit four or five times a month. Also, the squeaky chairs are definitely a nuisance. Also, maybe have someone check in from time to time to discourage the talkers and random laughing.

Great movie theater, always seems clean. Friendly staff. Untill you step outside to smoke a cigarette durring the 20 min previews after the movies show time. Good selection of concessions food and snacks, pricey but so is every other theater sense thats the only way they really make money. Would recommend this theater. Only one I go to in Greenville.

Concessions are WAY pricy. It has made movie going a semi-annual thing, instead of monthly or weekly. In fact, now that weve got Amazon Prime, we havent been this year, and only once last year. They are killing the good that lays the golden egg. $25 for popcorn and soda is just outrageous for the two of us.

The seats have a nice angle, allowing clear, unobstructed viewing. the arms of the chairs lift up, allowing for you and a date to snuggle up a bit closer. The floors were not a sticky, stained mess. Drinks come with free refills, though its doubtful you will need one, given the size of the medium I had.

Well where do I begin first of all I could not find the place and then when I do we make it there on time purchase our tickets and when we sat down the movie was already playing I am a very disappointed customer and so is my sister....but the Manager was nice enough to let us watch movie over.

Some of the theaters (especially theater 1) smell like sweaty, musty popcorn and there is a high incidence of petty crime in this shopping center- Ive heard of some stuff going down in the theater parking lot- but if you go during the day its fine.
