This theater is atrocious. In every way. From waiting at box office in direct uncovered sunlight (often over 100 degrees) to be greeted with rude/indifferent staff...through a half broken mic system(which has been this way for 5 YEARS) to the inside conditions. The ONLY positive thing I can say about this theater is the bathroom is always clean. The staff is the worst...not a smile, not a friendly face anywhere. Disgruntle employees who hate their jobs. Concession stand prices are beyond hilarious. Nazi like ticket takers...more like the are doing you a favor(the ninety year old and 13 year old ones alike). And dont make the mistake of carrying in the last sips of your Starbucks...it is like you are trying to smuggle a bomb onto a plane. Seats are awful and uncomfortable. Dirty. Gum. Stained. Squeaky. Theater temps fluctuate constantly...one time hot, the next cold. Regularly children in R movies. Loud patrons are not handled. Even after asking for help. There are only two choices in the Palm Springs area. Regal and Mary Pickford. Though old, Mary Pickford was always the only choice. But now has been purchased by D PLACE entertainment and though you would think reclining chairs, new screens and all the remodel would be a big PLUS...it isnt. It too is becoming lack luster and has increased prices as well as added a new screen tech - a cheap and awful version of IMAX. Tickets are ridik expensive and it is an awful, dizzying experience (unlike gorgeous Imax). If you live in Palm Springs area...there are no good choices for movies. I have spoken to managers at both theatres. Helpful common sense improvements (that major cities like LA)....deaf ears. Nothing changes. Like living in the 40s. Still choose DPlace over Regal....which is a 20 minute additional drive....thats how crappy Regal is.

Just came back from trying to see Ab Fab at the 1150 show, Only one cashier in box offices so it waited15 mins standing line in the heat to get our tickets. So looking forward to cool theater. The lobby ac was great but theater 5 either no ac or not turned on early enough to cool the space. Sweat running down my face by end of the previews. Could not stick it out so we left. Does the staff not check the theater before a showing. Any how will not visit this theater again.

During the summer months their AC doesnt work well enough to cool you, I had to sit through the movie on the fake leather seats I was dying then they lost power, we had to evacuate the building and try to get refunds when the power came back on so we went back to our seats and then they started the movie 5 minutes in They sucked that day. Weak AC in summer months. Way over priced soda and various candy.

nice facility but obviously not open to movies with a cast of a different color. Tried to come see when the bough breaks twice and was told twice that the movie was not showing because of technical difficulties and production problem and now I see that they are not showing the film at all after it being out for only 2 weeks. I will not be returning to this theater.

YOU didnt show the Tyler Perry movie Boo and you have the people work their lying, The young lady wouldnt give me her name, but she said we dont always get the movie, your theatre has a history of doing this.please explain this to me and my friends like we are 2 years old, we believe THAT something else IS going on.

GOOD SMALL THEATER with all you need to enjoy a great movie. The entrance is a bit odd for first-timers (you have to walk around the many exit doors to get to the ticket booth and entrance on the far right), but it works just fine. Plenty of movie food and clean, big screens tucked away from the hot desert sun.

I wont be returning to Regal Cinema in Palm Springs. Check out the prices for the Fathom Event screening of NORTH BY NORTHWEST. All tickets are $12.50 while at Rancho Mirage tickets are $7.75 for Seniors. Meanwhile, on Tuesdays all movies in Cathedral City Mary Pickford are $5.75.

I love this place! Regal in general does things well, this one is no different. Small, but clean and modern with new comfy seats. Opening nights are lightly attended, which is nice, and theres beer and wine sold in the lobby. Limit 3 per customer so behave yourself

I love this theater because its super close to my house. Every time we go here we always receive great customer service, the theater is always very clean and nice. The staff is very welcoming and courteous as well. And Im glad they sell wine and beer its awesome.

The workers arrived only minutes before the first movie was due to start. the line was growing and staff did seem to care. They forced all guests to wait in the heat until they decided to open and they didnt explain why there was such a long wait or anything.

Decent theatre with stadium setting and high end 3D, 4K digital projections. But overall theatre sizes and sound quality is average. Concessions is fairly standard with a few add-ons like beer, wine and a few gourmet choices.

This was a good theater. It was clean. They sell snacks at the front. You buy tickets outside. They sell alcohol, which I dont necessarily like because people got a bit rowdy at the early afternoon show we saw.

Totally lame that the owner did not respond to the person who missed part of the movie due to a power outage. I go to Mary Pickford which is farther but a huge food selection and better movies.

Great place to see a movie. The prices are right and the theaters are clean and well kept. I love the stadium seating. I must say that Im not a big fan of the 3d movies.

The chairs are very uncomfortable. The air conditioning has been out on days that are 115 degrees. They did not tell us and it was hotter inside then it was outside.

Love this movie theater. They have good popcorn and sometimes special screenings. You get Regal rewards points for each purchase from both tickets and concessions.

Went to see Mothers day on Mothers day. There was a power outage missed some of the movie manager Jessica said not their problem call regal. 1 star is to good!!!

They freeze you to death here. 115 outside and you need a jacket and blanket to sit through a movie! Crazy waste of resources too... No reclining seats either

Centrally located lots of parking. Comfortable seating and best of all they serve beer and wine. Get the Regal card you earn free movies and popcorn.

My favorite theater of all in Coachella Valley! Kind of still "new" and excellent customer services. Good selection of films with captions.
