Since when is an adult 21 only to see a rated R movie. Just left the Nampa Stadium 14 without seeing a movie. I bought tickets for my (2) 16 year olds for Annabelle. So the theatre staff said they could not watch the movie without an adult. My adult son (19years) almost 20 was told he needed to be "21"to watch this movie with his 2 sixteen year old siblings even tho both their parents were standing there with our permission. How ridiculous is that??!! The staff said my "Adult" son was not "Adult" enough for their theatre to take his sisters with our (their parents) permission for all 3 to watch this "R" rated movie. Just say in Nampa Stadium 14 Edwards Theatre is out of line here. If the state of Idaho says my kid at "18" years old is an "Adult" then what the heck is your problem!!! This mom of 7 kids has always been able to purchase tickets at any theatre, walked my kids in , and then left, did my shopping , then came back to get my kids. NO PROBLEM WITH THAT!! EDWARDS THEATRE NAMPA STADIUM 14 TAKE A LOOK AT IDAHO STATE LAW SAYS WHEN A CHILD TURNS 18 THEY ARE AN ADULT. ANY AGE AFTER 18 IS JUST ONE MORE YEAR INTO ADULTHOOD. GET WITH THE LAW TO BACK UP YOUR STAFF!! No where on the website does it say that to see an R rated movie you have to be "21". Neither does any sign inside ,outside, or when you purchase your ticket. Very dissatisfied family and especially PARENTS!!!

The worst Experience I have ever had at a movie theater in my life. Standing in line to get over priced drinks and popcorn, the staff member was going to help us, a party of 3, and said, “how may I help you ?” I started to order, and she interrupted me and said she had not finished the last person’s order. We had to wait ten minutes more to get our stuff. After 20 minutes getting the popcorn and drinks, we were told that our movie is in theater 2. We went in and sat down, watched the previews, and then wrong movie came on. I went to tell the staff that the wrong movie was playing. The staff member said he would fix this, so another 15 minutes went by before the screen went Black. After sitting in the a dark theater for 5 minutes, the staff member came in and announced that he could not fix the movie, but if we wanted to wait 1 and a half hours we could see the movie we came to see, or you could get a reenter pass for another day. So with $36.00 worth of popcorn and drinks and no movie now you expect us to come back and spend another $36.00 for popcorn and drinks to see the movie that we intended to see in the first place? So why should we ever come back to your movie theater ever again?

The sound and screen are nice. The experience gets ruined though with the staff. Not all the staff, but the majority of the staff are rude and short, snippy and must just not care. It doesnt matter young or older, the majority are just rude. The price for the movie is standard but to me to high. The price for the condiments oh my. One good thing they have going is you can be in their "club" and earn rewards which makes it a little nicer to get popcorn or something to drink. If you dont drink pop then your out of luck. Overall very unsatisfied. I can go next door to the Reel theater or Northern Lights Cinema and at least have nice staff there that seem to really care and smile---what a thought. We have gone many times here and just finally had enough to want to write this review. If you can wait for a week or two, go to the other theaters.

My wife and I have been going to this theatre since we moved to Caldwell a few years ago, and its always been great. However, recently theres been a new employee, I made a point of checking his name tag last time (Victor), who is extremely rude and slow. He has blatantly and perversely come onto my wife more than once, even though we are clearly together. Its the closest theatre to us, and we love going, but that kid makes us both so uncomfortable that well have to take a break from going there for awhile...

Took granddaughter to Night At The Museum. Movie was just ok at best. Bought a small popcorn and a soda...WHAT A HUGE RIP OFF!!! I paid 6.50 for a not even microwave quality SMALL popcorn and another 7.00 dollars for a soda. Now I know why people just stay home and wait for movies to come out on DVD...The sound of the movie was good but the picture quality was so poor it thought I was back in the 1970s....I wont go to this low quality theater again

We love to get out to the movies, VS renting 1 and staying at home. Yes the price to go out is COSTLY but we JUST go to see the movies and NOT buy food (theaters are NOTORIOUSLY high priced!). If "specials" were offered I think they could increase revenue in the food area!! These theaters are comfortable (I have had MAJOR spine surgery and cannot sit to long) and do NOT hurt my back! BIG PLUS!!!

Need better reclining seats like ALL the other newer theaters nowadays. When I moved to Idaho Regal was a great alternative to AMC and and Harkins Theaters. Now the other guys have grown with the times while Regal is content with the same service, lack of ahead of time seat selection, Reclining seats, and better meal options. It is a shame to see a once prominent theater not get with the times.

We were sent to the wrong movie by the assistant manager who was in too big a hurry to give us tickets to the show we wanted to see. The show we were sent to was x-rated and our young teenage children were with us. I recommend that you go somewhere that the staff is responsible enough to do their job and not subject your children to pornography that cannot be removed after being seen.

Watched fifty shades of grade. A PEWY HERMAN look alike was touching himself. It was the darnedest thing, he was three rows away from me. I think he got too excited. The movie was out right disgusting, it was the most boring porno i have ever seen. This is the first movie ive been to since 1971 and i wanted some action. I give it all five stars of hate!

been going to this theater for years love the ambient and the staff never had an issue only thing is food and drinks are a bit overpriced it could be overlooked with a 5 to 10 percent off deals or days where its less pricey but all in all a good place to take the family to enjoy a movie.... wallet might not be happy though :)

Love this theater! The staff is supper awesome and when ordering my nachos the concession staff accomedated my every request. They also told me that my points were accumilting but it needed an email address to properly us them. I would have never known if they hadnt taken that time to tell me.

they do not allow outside food and drink, and a bottle of water is almost 3$ a small soda 4, and a small popcorn is also 4 I like the place, but those prices need to come way down or else im going to stay with northern lights at least their prices are fair, and I can get a meal during my show
