General admission gets you into several different play areas for one or two hours. Areas are segregated by age and play type, but the staff has discretion on enforcing the age limits. I think this great, because it means your whole family can play together as long as the facilitys not too busy. On top of the general admission, you can pay additional fees for activities like laser tag, bull riding, a 4D roller coaster ride, etc. Theres ample sitting areas for parents by all the play areas, and Wi-Fi seems to cover the entire facility. There are group party areas on the main floor, as well as private party rooms on the second floor. There are one time use lockers for rent for $1. There are vending machines and a small concession stand. Ive had several fun and injury-free visits to Jump City. The reason I give it 4 and not 5 stars, is because Im not entirely comfortable taking my eyes off my young children here. The place does have many security cameras, but theres nothing to stop anyone from coming in from off the street and having access to the facility. There is a small arcade and one pool table in the back, and I have seen people using these amenities without children in tow. Dont get me wrong, theres nothing wrong with this. But as a vigilant parent, Im not 100% comfortable letting my children explore Jump City on their own. This wont stop me from going back there. Its a super fun place, especially when its not too crowded. I have read the reviews about the unfriendly staff. Personally, I have always found the staff to be friendly and fun, and Ive even been rocketed by them on the trampolines on occasion.

THE WORST PLACE EVER It was my childs 12th birthday and she wanted to come here so she had her two friends come with along with her 8 year old sister. My 8 year had been jumping on the trampolines while the 12 year olds went to the dodge ball court and they where the only girls there. After about 20 mins. in the dodge ball court they where getting bullied they where being called "goth" and "emo when my daughter ran of to get her friends phone to record a video to show to the staff the video showed my daughter friends crying in the corner of the dodge ball court meanwhile the worker watching the kids said nothing but he had claimed to tell the boys to stop and the boys where not little they looked to be the ages of 10-14 throwing balls at my kids from 2 feet away my daughters friends eye has black round the bottom of it. They had bruised my daughter best friend and when we left they cussed at them. They left the dodge ball court finally after they made their way trying not to get hurt. After 5 minutes they back to the dodge ball court and they where kicked out because They where causing problems" we got a refund and left. And not to mention the worker lied about trying to stop the kids cause no where on the footage does he try to stop the kids from hurting my kids nope. And that was my fifth and last ever stepping foot in that place. Jump city more like crump city.

This may or may not matter to readers, but the ownership and management of this place is an absolute joke. We were overcharged for a party after being told by a jump city employee that they were splitting the table deposit up between families. We were charged anyway and when we called and spoke with owner Jay Lee he told us that is not his problem. When explaining that his employee told us that she split up our payment and then charged us again for the total amount, he didnt care. Owner Jay Lee takes zero responsibility for his employees actions which after reading several other reviews, that seems to be prevalent in his employees abilities to act like responsible people. An owner that ignores his employees mistakes and chooses to respond with, "not my problem," is a pathetic example of leadership and its no surprise that mistakes and unacceptable behavior arise frequently. I will never step foot in this place again and I hope that Mr. Jay Lee mans up and starts taking responsibility for his ignorant staff. At the end of the day I never got my money back that was owed to me and I cant do anything about it.

I found a nice deal on groupon to have my children take some friends together with them. 30 minutes later they were done. They were disappointed by the fact that the trampolines are not too bouncy, claiming them to be tighter than the one we have in our backyard. All other activities inside cost extra. The kids were interested in the laser tagging and when we walked around the outside of the laser tag area we assumed that it would not be worth $8/person due to its very limited size space for tagging. It looked to be as big as my kitchen and dining room put together. Knowing that Fat Cats wasnt too far from this facility and that they have nice summer deals/activity we left JC and headed over to FC. I had 3 -13 year olds in tote, if that helps anyone else. My plan was to have my older child take her friends here too, but after my 13 year olds experience I wont bother with it. Overall, I lose money on the unused vouchers, but it would be a complete waste of our time.

This place has really gone downhill over the years. At first we really enjoyed coming here, but we brought my son here last weekend for his birthday and a couple of friends came with him. The bathrooms were broken and I brought the cake in and immediately the woman said, "You cant have that in here! You cant have outside food or drink!" I just calmly explained to her I was going to get a picture of him with the cake with the kids and then I would take it back to the car. Honestly, I was extremely appalled and then with the bathroom is not working just really ticked me off. The people who work there are pretty much all young, immature and RUDE! She told us we would have to go to King Soopers to use the bathroom and I kind of thought to myself, boy I bet King supers does not like jump city next door!

Horrible professionals and employees that work there. The trampolines should be seperarted for the wide range of kids jumping. My 12 year old was told he punched a 3 year old, which he didnt, and told he would be watched the rest of his time there. The employee proceeded to stare him and I done even when he was just sitting down. After I complained and asked to speak to a manager, I was told by the employee that I shouldnt have a kid that hits small children. He personally didnt witness anything but took the word of a 3 year old or a 12 year old. Maybe he bumped into him or maybe there was more than one twelve year old there with a grey shirt on. Handled it very unprofessionally and I will not be back. For the safety of everyone. The employees arent looking after the children of all ages.

Ive had a few birthday parties here and have spent close to $600 each time and since I have more than 15 kids jumping everytime they give me the big room upstairs for free $25 to bring outside food is a fair price to me since I dislike pizza hut staff is young but every party specialist Ive dealt with took care of my party needs and received a $50 tip I will say before they recently renovated the equipment was getting rather worn out but Im glad to see the life come back to the place hopefully they make it a yearly thing so people can still enjoy the place and for the users complaining about the Dodge ball pit back in my day if you couldnt handle the pit you got out plain and simple and if your not ready for your kid to get hurt then dont come IT IS VERY DANGEROUS AND JUMP AT YOUR OWN RISK
