Yesterday (9/10/14) me and my fiance arrived at the theater around 12:05 to see a 12:10 showing of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The young man behind the counter asked us to hold on for a moment while he made a call (it appeared to be a call for some guidance). After a few minutes, he let us know that they were no longer showing that movie and we could try the Colonnade. This was very confusing as the time and movie title were up on the digital menu and its also listed on your website listings. We had to leave as he was obviously unable to help us any further. There were no other employees in sight. My concern is not with this young man, he was very polite and seemed nervous having been unable to help us with a small line behind us forming. My concern is that he is training, I question the management of staffing. It was unfair to put him in that position, and a customer was lost.

I dont recommend the concession stand here unless you work here. Standing in line with the kids waiting until our turn and someone who works here says she needs to give her friends her discount. Too bad for the other customers because those of us who were already in line had to wait longer while the employee and her friends got the "Regal" treatment. Talked to the manager but it was a total waste of more time.

Typical modern cineplex. Tends to run the bigger budget titles for the Regal chain in my area (i.e. more so than Colonnade). Usually very clean by theater standards and relatively painless to get to for a casino theater location if you park in the South deck or are dropped off at the East doors by The District walking zone.

The movie theater is nice. However, they often lack the most popular and best reviewed movies. They didnt have Resident Evil and now they dont have John Wick 2 (at least they had Star Wars). I live half a mile away and often have to drive to Fiesta or Sunset. Hopefully management reads this and improves.

The movie theatre seats are all squeeky. Horrible experience. I wouldn't be complaining on here if the manager was nicer when I was trying to let him know about it. He was a complete jerk. My wife and I changed seats several time and they all squeeked and creeked. Ill never go there ever again.

Its your average Regal Cinema. The staff was nice, the floors and seats were clean. The concessions were priced like they were the only ones in the world allowed to sell popcorn, candy, and soda. On the plus side there is a nifty arcade there and their ticket ATM thingy is really useful.

Did not have concessions but the movie theater was excellent, I am an audiovisual professional and I can tell you the sound and picture were very good. Seats comfortable. I felt bad for the ticket takers the poor kids have to stand there all day they should be allowed to sit down!!

Movie theater management is poor and VERY slow in concession area. They rarely ever have help when its busy and could care less when told about the need for help in concession. Clean but management needs to be replaced with competent schedulers for concession.

This is a really great theater and is rarely packed to the point where theyre sold out of anything. Its nice to have a close theater that is in an enjoyable part of town (The District). The theater is clean and the staff are friendly.

The smoke from the casino bleeds into the main lobby really bad, but clears up inside the actual theaters. Good seats, and mostly clean. Was enjoyable to visit, so close to many other great shopping locations and food.

To difficult to locate Buried! Go to Summerlin but big mix-up with 2 theaters called "Regal" Ridiculously Stupid! Best film in smallest seating theater room All seats gone! Really ignorant booking!

Ive come here for two premier nights of Star Wars movies. Both times I saw the manager cleaning up the aisles after a movie and I usually dont see that kind of team spirit at other movie theaters.

Its an older theater. Service is okay. It doesnt compare with some of the new theaters I town, but the location is great and you dont need to go into a casino (extra star for that).

Huge theater with good amounts of seats even for big movies! Regular movie theater pricing and parking is sort of far. Smell of smoke seeps into the theater part which is annoying.
