Very few movie houses in large towns/cities like Las Vegas still have service like at the Village Square. The staff there seems to have been imported from a smaller, old-fashioned community that cares about you seeing a film, and actually listening to your inquiries and needs. Other cinemas, though Ive seen efforts from them to improve, still make me feel like "one of the cattle", staffed with brain dead punks and hypocritical princesses barely able to look you in the eye and hoping you soon cease to exist. The BAD thing about Village Square, which isnt exactly all their fault, is that I cant rely on finding accurate information on what film theyre playing. Part of it is the internet jungle of info making me crazy, with one site calling itself "showtimes for village.." with titles that dont show on another site calling itself "Village square tickets and showtimes..." maybe not the cinemas fault but maddening just the same, and worse than other cinema sites. One of their staff members informed me "Life of Pi" was "only in 3D from now on" which looks false going by at least one website. Which is official? Is the staff member wrong? The staff is still genuine and I feel welcome at Village square, but please get the info straight so the good experience continues right up to actually knowing what movies are there!

Well, the wife and I were there last night and per usual I hand my regal card to Chelsie at the box office. She lets us know we have some free items so we opted to get a free small popcorn. We go in and Eric is at the snack bar helping us. We order our items and I my regal card to him, he swipes and lets me know the total to which I saw the popcorn was still charged. I asked him "oh I thought I had a free popcorn?" he then looks at his register and replies "umm, no doesnt look like it." Now my card is pretty old so if it didnt swipe, okay I get it but dont lie to us or call another employee a liar. Management should retrain this kid in customer service.

My husbands & my favorite cinema in Las Vegas / Summerlin. Older Crowd (typically 25 years & up) / more educated, so if you want to see a movie where teenagers arent texting & talking through the movie, you might like it as well. Doesnt show as many foreign movies as they used to, but still its either here or Suncoast if you like to see good non-mainstream movies once in awhile. Soda & snacks are still expensive just like every other movie theatre. Archies Thai restaurant / Coldstone Creamery is next door which we love to go after the movie. Tons of parking. Staff is fine, never had any obnoxious problem.

Ive been going to this theater since I was a kid and its always a good time in Village Square. Theyre always up to date with the latest movies and the food products, while still expensive, are not so much as other theaters. The box office is outdoors so unlike the casino theaters in Vegas you get a good amount of warming sun before you enter. Its always a good idea to catch a movie here: Theres plenty of food shops within the plaza like Averys Coffee or Cold-stone Creamery. All in all Village Square is one of the best places to be for unwinding in simplicity; Regal Cinema contributes largely to that service.

Its the movies. You cant go too wrong. Tuesday nights are $6.45 movie night so I wait until then. They also have 2 Hindi Films playing all the time so if you are Indian or like Hindi Movies and live in the Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas area, this is the spot for you. And if you are Gujarati, you will really enjoy paying $6.45 on Tuesday night to watch an Indian movie. Seats are uncomfortable and they try to bend you over at the concession as usual. Sneak your own goodies in and it will make for a good night.

Not as crowded as a Casino. Seats for the newest feature are best seats the longer the movie is in theater the worst the seats get. Popcorn is ok The service is not good as it could be. Dont be late the service will make you late they are slow and only keep 2 registers open. The Theater is close and convent for me. Its ok to watch a movie all in all. I think all theaters charge way to much for popcorn, soda and candy this place is no difference. Archis next door is a great thai place to eat before a movie.

Susan absolutely makes the place stand on its, head. I hope you give her a raise. She is so gun, so smart. I love the fact it is not crowded there. Parking is easy. Not a casino. They let me in with half finished gator ade and did not have a heart attack like they do at southpoint theater. I like uncrowded theaters. They show the ewes movies later than the other theaters...mark

WORST service EVER at a theater! Disabled veteran and family showed up 50 minutes early to get food and get decent seats for Cars 3. There was a HEAT WARNING in effect and they wouldnt let us in the BUILDING to get food and sit at the tables to eat before we came in. 5 kids, 2 adults and they said "we will let half of you in." Absolutely absurd!

I love this place, its nice to go to the movies with my family and not hear all the slot machines, and not breathe in cigarette smoke. On a side note, the person whos post says POPCORN, I think your name is Sixa Mane. The energy from your post is so negative its very hard to read. It reads like a long nag. Stay positive my friend.

It doesnt have recliners or beer, doesnt have a full service restaurant or games from this century. What it does have is plenty of screens that are often very uncrowded, making the actual viewing experience nice. If you are looking for a premium experience, look elsewhere. If you just want to see a movie, heres the place.

All of the indie, foreign, and smaller films come here to get shown in Vegas. I saw Meru Film here with all of my climbing buddies. We had no issues with the theater. I lost my keys inside the auditorium, and when I went back after dinner the staff had found them while cleaning and given them to the manager.

Nice movie theater! The best perk about this place is you dont have to walk through a smokey casino to get to it!! And, Bachi Burger being next door isnt a terrible thing either :) The prices, meh. The screens and sound, decent. The staff, pleasant. The chairs, comfy. Overall a good experience!

Nice and clean Regal theater. Shows foreign films as well. Filipino movies are popular here. Knocking one star because the seats are a little stiff. They dont recline much or none at all, so its best to choose a seat towards the back so youre more level with the screen.

One of my favorite local movie theaters. I saw Atomic Blonde and really enjoyed it. The only downside was I asked for my AARP discount but didnt have my card. I asked for a supervisor but one never arrived. I paid full price! Booo!!

Broke my ankle and Im in a wheel chair. They advertise handicap accessible. What a joke, the very first 2 rows are the only rows a wheelchair can go. Id break my neck trying to watch a movie that close. And it stinks of mold!
