This is a good movie theatre with comfortable seating, etc. I would like to have the ability to reserve/choose your seating like they do in bigger cities (San Antonio - Fandango). The concession stand is fine and the people are good about service. Concession prices are high, but, well, that is what you get at any theatre. The Starbucks coffee is a plus. The negative comments are unsubstantiated. This is a clean theatre with several options on how to view a movie (e.g., standard, 3D, Xtreme HD). Keep in mind the number of people that go in and out of this theatre on any given day. Hundreds and hundreds. One bad experience from one person does not warrant a negative rating. For those who "cant find" the candies or nachos, not sure why that is the case. Everything is clearly labeled and both are literally about 10 feet apart. And, as far as the attitudes of the employees being less than favorable, I have not seen it. I believe people will smile back at you if you smile first. So give it shot next time. It may surprise you. Lighten up, people.

I have visited this location several times already and really liked it. Until this past time I went with a friend who forgot his ID and wasnt let in to watch a rated R movie (Triple 9). We are well over 21, and had previously watched rated R movies and had NEVER been IDd for them. There was a "manager" in the front who was very rude about it who told me the ID all the time, and let her other managers know so that we wouldnt be let in at all. All of a sudden all their workers were asking for IDs when enetering the showings. I understand about their rules and things and I work dealing with customer service so i would have understood , but honestly there was NO good customer service given by anyone there. Its honestly disappointing because we really liked that theater.

I dont know how many times that Ive been to this theater, that I have experienced bad service! The girls in the front always have an attitude and look like they hate working there. Not a smile and no eye contact. I even over heard the young couple that had just boughten their tickets before me say "these girls are so damn rude" , this is not the first time that I have experienced an attitude towards one the employes but I have also heard about it by so many people. Its a shame to have such a nice theater, yet having the worst set of employes. Looks like management clearly cant do anything about it due to all the previous comments about their employes and customer service! I only hope that management would do something about this.

I love this movie theater! Its the only one I go to. The seats are comfortable with enough leg room. Some cant keep there legs to themselves and still manage to kick the back of my chair every now and then, but thats just some IDIOTS for you that belong in a zoo. The one thing I would suggest for the theater to have a better system to get your drinks. There is always a swarm of people getting drinks like they are about to run out. I wish some people would act more civil, but then again this is the valley for you thus nice things do not last very long down here. Hopefully, this theater doesnt turn into the last theater that was there before. My five stars are for the theater.

I was looking forward to watching a movie and being new to the area I obviously choose this theatre. What really pissed me off was I was told my bag had to be searched. Searched, for weapons ? No..... rocket launchers? No.... They thought I was bringing contraband snacks inside. BTW all that was in the bag was diapers and a couple of bottles for my kiddo. So they werent worried that I might have snuck something in to harm people, they were worried about illigal snacks. There are to many other options to watch a movie than have to put up with power tripping managers ( Vega ) who only have their best intrest at heart.

This movie theater seems great from the sound system to the seats ,but It honestly SUCKS. We bought ticket for “It”at 5:30 on a SATURDAY ,but right when we got there people were in our seats. When we went to the manager, who didn’t even seem to care, we were told our tickets were for FRIDAY. While the manager went to go refund us, there were 2 people with the same problem waiting to get refunded too. After this experience, I was incrediblely disappointed and I will likely never go to this discrase of a movie theater. The staff needs a lot of work help them by putting them out of business

This is a place where you can go on a date, with friends, or with family. You can buy your tickets inside rather than making a line outside, which is convenient. It is usually crowded at certain times, but not too bad, and there is lots of parking space. You can buy many snacks at the snack bar such as popcorn, candy, ice cream, hotdogs, nachos, along with drinks. Always make sure to arrive a little early to get good seating in your designated theatre room and take your id for rated movies. If you would like to watch a movie for a good price, you can always go on $5 Tuesdays.

I used to go there a lot, but now Im not ever coming back. I lost my wallet with all my money and their people didnt even bother to help me, they pretty much told me to gtfo. I tried to look for it myself where I was sitting at, but another movie was already being shown and the same trash the previous movie had left was still there, showing me how they dont even clean after every movie is over. Furthermore, their employees arent even nice and are constantly having a negative attitude. Ill just go back to the Hollywood movie theater, a place where people actually do their job.

Love this theater! Always clean, staff is always helpful and even on opening nights or early release dates they always have a handle on things. Not to mention the options for adult beverages, if you want ice cream, and coffee. Love bringing my son here, especially due to the location being close to other entertainment sites such as main event, soon to be open dave and busters for adults only, and the trampoline place in McAllen. Remember sign up for the weekly deals for discounts on food and during the summer there are rewards to get a chance to win!
