Average cinema going experience, made unpleasant by unusually difficult staffers. So were in line for popcorn for quite a while. The managing employee of this theater, a blonde wearing a black coat jacket with tags on the lapel, waits until were at the head of the line to inform us we were standing in a "refill line", according to her. So we move to another line. She then proceeds to say "Whoevers next, I can help you." So folks like us from another line proceed line up in front of her station to have their order taken, in what appears to be far beyond just a refilling capacity. I state loudly that she had told us it was a refill line, and she ignores me. We missed the first few minutes of our movie because of this dance. In total it took about 20 minutes to get our popcorn. I feel ripped off. Why did she kick us out of her line? Im not saying she singled us out because were hispanic, but that kind of thing never happened to me before.

The service is very good but the price is ridiculously high... even for a 3D glasses which cost more than a small drink... theater are the best place to takes someone to watch a movie with less awkwardness. But so far they are only pushing people away. if the price to watch movies keep going on that high less people would be interesting in going to a theater. No matter how much i cared about my girlfriend but paying $30.00 bucks plus something extra for popcorn that is ridiculous. So dont let this Netflix took over the best part about being in a theater. I took my daughter to Texas station a movie that was rated R. Shes 24 years old and just had a baby a few months ago. When we got to the counter we were rudely informed that we couldnt see the movie because of infant. Rated R movies cant have children under the age of six in the movie. This is a BABY that well sleep though the entire movie and cant go in! But its ok to influence a child seven or over! That can act out what is seen. Kids see worse things on television. Even in school with parents concent child can watch what you think is inappropriate in health class! So I will NEVER go to a regal theatre again!!!!

I practically live there, I visit it so often. The seats are very comfy and when someone is doing something obnoxious (texting during the movie, kicking a chair, putting their feet on top of a chair that is next to someones head/above their head,talking during the movie, etcetera) someone will immediately come and tell them to stop, which is very nice. Also, usually movie popcorn is usually sickening, but they have decent popcorn. Everything is a nice experience and I highly recommend this specific theater.

I love this place. My hobby is build Theater Standees. So far I built at least 10 here. XMen, Independence Day, Ms Pregrines Home For Peculiar Children, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Central Intelligence, Assassins Creed, Trolls, Why Him..... I love the lay out of the the theater and the variety of reals they provide, 3D, ID, IMAX, Digital... No matter what time of day you go there, the staff is friendly and welcomes you with open arms.

The staff at regal are friendly but the overall experience of these theaters just doesnt compare with that of AMC Theaters at The Rainbow Promenade. Amc at Rainbow has far nicer accomodations for a cheaper price such as, cushy chairs that lean forward and back with a user controlled button. I believe that regal would see much more business if it took a lesson or two from Amc and updated its accomodations.

The seats are uncomfortable, noisy-annoying teens/kids getting into age restricted movies, and the staff doesnt do anything about it. Stay away during the busy hours, the type of crowd that gathers will ruin the whole movie experience. Spend your money somewhere else thats actually worth it.

Umm.!! Old chairs on the theaters (not Reclining chairs ) Low audio! African/American females where talking ( disturbing) the whole movie ! People leave empty chairs between others, so, too many empty chairs and a lot of people looking for an empty chair ! No fair !

Didnt have a good movie experience due to the crowd. The staff was helpful and friendly. I very grateful they actually listened to me. Thank you Regal and I appreciate all your workers to helped me.

Good for proximity. And family friendly.... price is way too high for everything from tickets to popcorn. Cater more to your local teens maybe reduce your prices!!!

Sound volume was too low. Hearing people chew popcorn is never a good thing. Seats are uncomfortable and outdated, this theater needs a makeover.

Being a senior, I am very happy with the $4 movie rate on Wednesday afternoons. The theatre seems to always be clean and the seats are comfy too.
