I booked a party for my 11 y/o twins over the phone. Spoke with several party planners (Lexi and Veronica) as well as the manager, Bill. Was told and guaranteed by all of them that the pizza and cake are peanut free and safe for my severely allergic child. They even wrote it in the contract they emailed me. I wanted to make sure of this so I went to the party place the day before the party to meet with Bill and look at the ingredients on the pizza and cake. The cake is a frozen Hersheys ice cream cake. It clearly states on the box that it is manufactured on equipment that also processes peanuts and tree nuts. The manager Bill said he had no idea. I explained to him that if my child ate the cake, she would go into anaphylactic shock and immediately require medical attention. He wasnt upset or phased about this. I further explained to him that they should not tell people they are a peanut free facility because it could be a litigious situation for them. He shrugged it off and said "I dont own the place." If this was not the night before the party, I would have cancelled the party and demanded my money back. In addition to the cake situation, I was told the pizza was prepared in their kitchen. The kitchen is in the back of Nathans. There is a risk of cross contamination for the pizza so that wasnt safe for my daughter to eat either. We had to bring in pizza from a trusted restaurant and peanut free cupcakes for my daughter and the children. I would NEVER have booked a party there if they were honest with me in the first place regarding the allergen information. In addition, the bumper cars were broken. The maze was pathetic! The kids could only play in half the maze because of height restrictions. The kids get 16 tokens for the arcade but it runs out so fast because most of the games were a lot of credits per play. Save your money and take your kids elsewhere!

I would like to start off by saying I had a horrible exspirence.this place was the worst.my kids were very disappointed with everything.they just got on the bumper cars and the guy made them get off bc a party wanted to get on.we told the manager and he was very rude to us.He said you have to read the signs they are closed for 15 mins at a time for parties so people from the public cant go on the rides if theres a party going on.i wouldnt recommend this place to anybody. We ordered pizza and the lady told us it would be made fresh in 3 mins.20 mins later we saw a pizza sitting on the counter and it sat there for 20 more mins and then they gave it to us it was cold and burnt.we should of got a discount we paid top dollar for food that was really nasty. The mozzarella sticks took like 40 mins to come out and they were cold, burnt and there was No cheese in the middle.they had them sitting on the counter for 15 mins then the guy was walking around with them instead of giving it to us.one of these young teenagers that work here came in the kitchen and took some cheese off of a pizza with no gloves on and she ate it.then they gave the pie to a customer.the teenagers should have shirts with the name on it and a name tag bc they were saying you cant be on that ride meanwhile we didnt know they worked here bc they were dressed in regular clothes.we literally wasted over 150.00 and stayed for an hour bc it was really bad.i will never go back to that place.i just wish I would of read the reviews before we came here.i just saw them and so many ppl complain about this place.next time i go to a new place I will make sure I read the reviews about the place first.it was a waste of money

I was bringing my 3 year old through one of the bounce mazes. A sloppy unshaven man with regular cloths on came up to me at the end and said in a snooty tone that I was to big to be in the bounce maze and had to get out. I thought he was a disgruntled customer that was mad he couldnt play in there so I kind of snikered and kept playing with my son who was having fun on the slide. He then raised his tone and told me I need to get out now. I asked for some sort of badge or card that would indicate he was actually an employee. He said he was the general manager and that I needed to get out and that there was a sign at the entrance saying there was a sign at the entrance (right next to the employee who let me in might I add). I told him i was supervising my son and I would get out if an employee of the facility asked me to. He ran over and got the roller coaster operator who was wearing a uniform and forced him to tell me to get out. It was so embarrassing. Now my son was stuck inside and nobody could go in to get him because anyone not a kid was over 54". The employee was shaking his hand and said the guy was such a dick under his breath. I told him I was going to be sure to write reviews and he ran over and picked up the 4ftx5ft sign and chased me around with it until I read the whole thing. I couldnt believe it. My wife had to go into the bounce house to get my son and told him to f-off when he tried giving her the 54" rule. We obviously left immidiately and now know why nobody was there. ALL of the other bounce and play houses on LI let you supervise and play with your children. Dont go to this one

This is another "whites only" establishment. Manager Oneil is racist. My daughter booked my grand childs bday party here. Party was bookwd in August 2016 for Dec 2016. She was told je had no bookings in Dec and she could have any day/time. Party booked, deposit left. Well today we get there and they have @ 7 other parties booked for the same time but only 7 party rooms!!! Being the only BLACK party booked, guess who didnt get get a party room!!! Though we were the first party booked for that date. We were places in a large room that appeared to be a conference room on the second floor that WAS ACTIVELY UNDER CONSTRUCTION. To access this room we had to go out of the facility walk up @40 stairs. It was unpainted and dirty with bare dingy off whitw walls. It had NO HEAT and it is 37° outside, it had NO working bathroom - the kids would have had to go back downstairs into the playroom to use the bathroom, No decorations, holes in the walls with exposed insulation and we had to try not to walk into the construction who was actively hanging sheetrock or something in the room next door. The manager didnt even have enough professionalism or respect to come out of his office and address me. So I got my refund, took my kids and went to Chuckie Cheeses. @play is apparently a whites only establishment. I will post pic on my fb, twitter, snapchat and every social media outlet around. This establishment should be shut down. I will make sure all black ppl I know do not patronize your establishment!!!
