This place use to be the best movie theater in town with its clean lobby and friendly staff, now its an embarrassment. Lots of the friendly staff have been replaced with ones that are rude and unprofessional. When I ordered my last movie ticket, the guest clerk humiliated me in front of other people when the show was sold out and I wanted to switch to a different time. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was in charge despite finding out later she was not. The popcorn wasnt fresh, and I was refused an upgrade to the bigger size because the cashier couldnt understand how to sign me up for the stubs rewards program. There are plenty of better theaters in town to spend your money. Sadly, this location doesnt measure up to them in any way, anymore.

This theater has gone down hill since my last visit. The front end self service kiosks were all down as well as no tellers out front. There were no signs. The front was also not air conditioned and the inside was air conditioned but not well. The interior was dirty and run down. I spoke to a manager and she said she has been trying to get corporate to fix the machines and stuff. I asked what the excuse was for the lobby and other areas being so dirty and got no reply. Spend your money elsewhere this location is deplorable.

With 24 theaters I would have expected more selection of the movies. It seems the popular movies play on lots of screens. Prices for 3D movies are also quite high at $15. They do have a small bar near the concession stand, and you can take your drink with you into the theater. All prices are inflated for food and drinks and the quality is mediocre. The seats are comfortable and you can raise the armrests. Overall a nice place, but use some discount coupons if you can find them.

One of the worst AMC theatre I have even been to. 2 out of 3 water fountains on the right wing were totally dry and the third one was barely giving us water. The seat in room #18 were old and so uncomfortable. We wanted to get tickets for Tuesday and I surprisingly realized they release many of the show times less than 24 hours before the show which was very inconvenient because I wanted to buy tickets online and make plans a few days ahead.

Good popcorn, all the latest movies in a trendy looking theatre. Not spotless, but not dirty. Last time the air hockey was broken and several games didnt work in game room, so Im a little worried the place is passing its prime, but the previous dozen visits everything was in tip top shape. Huge parking lot, but allow yourself time to find a spot and buy tix and popcorn. Clean, large restrooms.

Always a good experience and the best big-chain movie theater in the middle of the city. Even on busy nights there is plenty of parking in the surrounding lots and the theater now has a full bar in addition to the usual movie theater food like nachos and candy. Conveniently located next to the rest of the Lennox shopping so you can grab food or drinks at Cup O Joe or Johnny Rockets.

For those complaining about prices of food, its a movie theater. Each place is the same expensive pricing with low quality food. No shock there. This place is well taken care, clean, the seating is comfortable, and the sound is perfect every movie Ive seen so far. If you dont want to pay for the expensive pricing of food, you know what to do with that big ole purse of yours

Lennox Town Center is an awful place to be if youre walking there. If you drive you probably wont have to walk along the joke of civil engineering that is getting to Lennox. I have seen a number of movies here; the matinee price is over too early, the place is too big and overpriced. Support Studio 35 or a locally owned or a local supporting theater (i.e. Gateway).

Convienient location, average price gouge on snacks, people are usually pretty nice. Expect to wait in line for tickets and snacks unless you enroll in their premium services. Drink stations and condiment bars are clearly ignored towards the end of the night which can be pretty nasty. Check that your favorite flavor of ICEE is working BEFORE you buy your cup

Nothing special as a movie goer. Food is outrageously priced...so welcome to AMC. Everything is always just fine. Seats are not the best, but are okay. The sound and picture are always in sync so that is a plus. Nice theatre...but nothing above average. I would rather wait a few months and see the flick at a cheaper theatre

Simply THE best its has ALL these movie theaters in IN one location YOU CANT get any better than that they MAY not have everything you want to see YOU MAY have seen a trailer ON line or tv like I saw the movie trailer silence ON tv they didnt have THAT movie but what they do have YOU ARE going to love STAY BLESSED

Facility was dirty and the employees were less than personable. You cant exchange a bottle of water rather than choosing soda on a combo! Thats absolutely ridiculous. I will not be returning to this theater, I much rather drive the extra distance to the easton facility even though its not much cleaner.

Paid $30+ for 2 people to see Wonder Woman IMAX 3D only to be unable to properly view it due to it being blurred and out of focus. I think this was caused by the cheap construction of the 3D glasses which they REUSE. I used 2 different bathrooms, and they were both filthy. I dont think Ill be back.

Ticket prices are about as high as you will find them and concessions are on the same level. Though they have good video and audio equipment, you would at least expect them to have clean theaters. Ive never honestly bought concessions because of the outrageous prices on popcorn and soda.

The AMC at Lennox is my favorite place to watch a movie, but only because of the imax 3d. To be sure, it is a great theater in a great location, but theres plenty of competition in Columbus. This one doesnt have the reclining seats or the dine-in option. But still, nobody beats IMAX 3d.

Being right next to OSU campus, this place is full of young cheery crowd... Its a fun place for a movie night out especially with few other places within few steps distance... Though avoid this place during the home games unless you find getting stuck in traffic an adventure...:)

Probably one the the nicest theaters in Columbus. Their IMAX is definitely worth seeing if the movie has plenty of special effects. It always delivers a good experience. The screen sizes are large, the seats are decently comfortable, and they always have the latest releases.

Convenient location, but this place is pretty run down. Ive been coming here since they opened, and it hasnt been updated in 20 years (some parts of this place look like they havent been cleaned in 20 years). For the price, there are better places in town to see a move.
