If you enjoy employees who are rude and openly hostile, then Cinemark is the place for you! On Friday the 22 my brother, boyfriend, and I attempted to go see the four oclock showing of It. I will take responsibility for at least some of the problem, as I had forgotten my ID (a problem that was easily solved by a quick trip back home), but the rest of the entire horrible interaction was because the man who was working the counter held us in such obvious disdain and was so rude to us that it was jarring. I wish I would have gotten his name, or spoken to a manager, but how are you supposed to respond to someone who lies about the rules and then acts like you are inconveniencing him by making him do his job? I will never return here and I dont advise anybody else does either. They are sending a very clear message to the guests of their theater by hiring and training employees to act like that, telling us that their paying customers arent deserving of even passable service by Cinemark. That is utterly unacceptable and if 0 stars was an option it would be the most accurate to my experience here.

The theater is ok, and the staff are good hard working people. I still go to this theater...but...Note to Manager: Popcorn is your bread & butter. Make sure its good. When I worked in a theater our manager was smart....really smart. 1) Always .. Always .. scrub out the popcorn pots..Each Day. Nobody wants that burnt after taste. 2) Pop fresh popcorn at the start of EACH movie. Toss out the previous stuff. Popcorn is CHEAP!...like pennies for 1,000lbs. Fresh popcorn fills the lobby with that intoxicating aroma. Our manager would open the door of a movie that was just starting, pop a fresh batch of popcorn, then use a fan to blow the aroma into the theater. It always works! 3) Please...Please...Please stop employees from dragging the popcorn container thru the bottom of the pile of popcorn when filling it. Thats where all the burnt and un-popped kernels are. There is nothing worse than munching on popcorn then suddenly encountering an un-popped kernel. OUCH!!

Your standard movie theater. No IMAX but they do have the XD theater that is pretty big and only $8-9 for matinee. They have the automated ticket machines outside too so you dont have to wait in log lines at the teller. Inside is a small-ish lobby with all the usually food and drinks. Icees, coke products, popcorn, hotdogs, nachos, and candy. The popcorn is fine. I dont think Ive ever had any other kind of food at a theater so I cant tell you how good their hotdogs and nachos are. But this theater is in a big shopping center so theres lots of restaurants and a bar or two within walking distance. Grabbing some wings and beer at BW3s and then walking over to the movie theater is my idea of a great night.

Oh my goodness, I am not one to give bad reviews, in fact this is my very first ever, but I have to. My daughter found a hair band in her popcorn and I called after we left ( she didnt know what it was bc it was dark) and someone will contact me back within 2 business days. Really? Not just, hey can we offer you a free popcorn next time you come in? What time did you come? What movie did you see? What were you wearing? What register did you go to? We have to review the security tapes and a general manager will call you. For the price of popcorn and how its so incredibly cheap, you would think they would just email me a free popcorn, right?

everything okay except the hand dryers essentially do not work in the womens restroom. there is not enough air coming out and they are not hot enough. I have brought this to their attention off/on for probably a year or more. I keep thinking each time I go back, that maybe this time, it will be fixed. please fix it or we are going to go to studio movie grill. its annoying to waste so much time trying to dry your hands while missing the movie and it makes me doubt whether the employees are really washing their hands properly because there is no way to dry your hands. get some paper towels or get some dryers that work. Really.

The staff is friendly, the popcorn is always fresh, sodas fizzy, the restrooms are always clean and well stocked, screens are perfectly sized...now if only they would update the seating!!! The seats are rather old, and a few are less than desirable to sit in. Please take the time, and money to update this wonderful theaters seating. A little more sitting room for the percentage of we movie-goers that are not a perfect size 2 would be greatly appreciated. I think if you gave the clients more quality seating, there would be more clients. Quality, not quantity. Thanks! =)

I love Cinemark 12 Cypress because they have Starbucks coffee, and the staff are very nice when I order popcorn and icees because my kids take forever ordering, the staff has never made any bad face when I am taking forever ordering, they are nice and kids. What I like the most is that they have coffee, and last time I went to watch Finding Dori, the guy prepared my coffee really quick and I did not have to wait much to get my coffee. He got the coffee fast for me!

I had a problem a year ago when they had to download the movie I came to watch. Not a huge issue but they didnt tell us it takes over 2 hours to download. I forgave. Now I go in and a different movie is already playing... they double booked the auditorium. Ive never had a problem with a theater playing a movie when they say their playing it but here.... amazing. Management sucks

This place is awesome now that lady outside that gives us the tickets may act like she hate her job. But other then that they have a great proportion of drink and popcorn!! I mean how cool is that, but TMI I went to the bathroom a total of three times when I was there because of that big drink they give us. So drink slow guys and watch lots of movies at this place.

I went here yesterday to go see insidious chapter 3 the people working there were extremely rude anytime I had a complaint and nobody came to help me and all the people in the theatre would not stop talking and none of the employees would come in and check to quiet everyone down or take them out it was a horrible experience and I will never come back here

Awesome place! Clean and excellent matinee costs! As of this date cost was$5.03/person at window. Online they add service charge. Gets pretty busy here so get there a little early to make sure you get your tickets and seats (which are first come first serve). Online tickets matinee are $4.99 plus fee per ticket as of this date.

Been coming here years & never had a problem till today. Tried to enjoy the Transformers movie & people were talking on their cell phones, the person sitting behind me kept kicking my seat, and alot of cell phone lights were disrupting us from enjoying the movie. Maybe its time to switch theaters or stop going to the movies
