The staff members are very disrespectful. I get hit in the eye point blank with a dodge ball and the staff members tells me to get up. Also, a couple weeks ago, this staff member was very uncooperative, he holds up the game until we stop doing something. Cannot think of it on top my head. The thing is, never go to this place if your in Virginia Beach. This is a poorly ran company and they need to get there act together before I come back. **EDIT** This young kid came at me and runs at me to tackle me and puts me to the ground, the staff member just said "Let it go." This upsets me that they did not do anything to the kid.

We absolutely love this place. My 8 and 6 year olds are begging to go back. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The space is open which is great for having more than one kid because you can keep an eye on them at the same time even if they are in different sections. My 6 year old loved the trapeze into the foam pit and we couldnt get my 8 year old out of the dodge ball area. So glad this place is here!

Took my twins here for their birthday. They had an absolute blast. The place was clean, the staff was super helpful in fact going as far as to play on the trampolines with my kids. Plus they gave them a birthday shout out over the loudspeaker which just thrilled my girls. They definitely want to go again!

I stopped by Jump a little while ago while I was at the Lynnhaven mall with some friends. We were interested in jumping. They didnt have socks so everyone was barefoot which was gross. And their bathroom was disgusting. Trash can over flowing and one stall was out of order. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Not much supervision. No rules were discussed. Some of staff were just sitting and using their phones. You have to buy the socks in order to jump. Cant use socks from other trampoline parks. We will probably not come back so bought the socks for nothing. Not worth the 45 minute drive.

Not for anyone 15+. Went with my girlfriend (both 19) and we found ourselves wanting to leave after 10 minutes. No much to do for older kids. Also be prepared to HAVE TO buy their own socks which wont stay on your feet for more than a couple jumps. Waste of $30.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. The staff was so rude. I have rarely in my life dealt with a company that treated customers so poorly. I will never take my kids there again. I would not recommend taking this place to anyone.

The staff is not what I expect from a professionally run place. I would expect to have at least some leadership or management representation in all shifts. Ill try again in the future. Hopefully this was an isolated experience of chaos.

Terrible. Do not recommend. will not allow you to change times on online purchase. trampolines are small. they make you buy their socks. Will not go back.

My favorite place to jump but they wont allow outside socks that are perfectly fine. I enjoy how relaxed the staff members are.

Go to Cloud 9 in Chesapeake! This place is SO SLOW... Cloud 9 has a better variety and is bigger too.
