AMC 18 in town square, what a joke of a movie theater. Horrible service , dozens of us gathered to watch the 50th anniversary special last night standing in the cold for more than two hours to see what we have been waiting for, for months. There was no supervision of the line so , people in front of me ,let about 15 people just cut in line when the rest of us were waiting patiently. When the line finally started moving at 7:00pm when they said they would let us in at 6:45  I told the girl that people were cutting and they did nothing about it, she told me the gentleman standing by the door of the movie theater was there to make sure that didnt happen ( Huh that worked out well.) .Moving on when we got our seats we were so excited, people dressed up were having a costume contest , little kids were happy and laughing and fellow" whovians" ,  were having fun singing the theme song to our show.  When the lights dimmed we were on cloud nine , then we noticed the film not working, the movie was supposed to start at 7:30 but it never did because the copy this movie theater got was not working.... Wait a minute this is AMC dont you think they would check out the movie ,see if it plays before they sell out a movie theater full of people. No ,apparently not. Herds of people left the theater last night with gloomy faces, some very upset and angry ,little kids that were laughing five minutes ago were crying, just general disappointment. We are supposed to get a refund of our money for the movie tickets , those of us that used our cards to purchase tickets online will have to wait for our refund . But the refund and getting my money back does not change the fact that this was the most disappointing movie experience of my life , and it all could have been avoided if AMC just checked out the copy of the movie beforehand, it doesnt hurt to just push play. Very upset costumer.

This has to the most dirties theater i have ever been too. I got the auditorium and the employees were seen huddled together having a chit chat. Meanwhile, the room was not very clean to start with. In photo below there was dental floss pick left behind on the table. Then movie is advertised to start at a certain time, which doesnt even start, not even the previews. I got ask to speak to a manager the ticket taker girl appeared to bothered with my request to speak to a manager. Completely rude and with zero customer service. The supervisor finally comes out ,where i ask him why themovie doesnt start on time mean while I stare at a blank screen? He starts that the movie previews will begin in 5 mins after the advertise time. Which makes no sense. He gives the excuse that an out side company provides the feed for the previews. I then ask then why not advertise the actual time when anything beings on screen? I got no where with that conversation. This is another example of poor management. Filthy facility in all directions. Garbage left on the floor , garbage can filled to the top, and the place is nearly empty of patrons. So the staff has time to huddle and have conversations while the place looks like a pig stye?? The place is beyond disgusting. Never again! Update: i was contacted by a rude micky mouse manager who said that i was complaining about nothing and had no merit. NO apology, No - I understand your concerns,NOTHING but excuses and denial. Proof in the photos and proof in the actions of unprofessional so called manager. Never will i ever go that slime bucket theater. Just gross $

Ive seen a few movies here, it was my favorite place to go to. Its one of the few movie theaters not inside a casino. I have taken my daughter to see: Zootopia, Secret Life Of Pets, Finding Dory, Storks, Trolls. Plus what I have seen: Deadpool, Suicide Squad, etc. Im usually a big fan of AMC theaters for their exclusive movies, their dolby theater, and imax theater. However everytime Ive been there the place is a mess. The soda and condiment section are gross, like a 3rd world country gross. The floors are sticky and dirty; extremely filthy. I have walked from one side of the theater to the other to take my daughter to the family restroom and all the trash cans are full. Keep in mind how many times I have been there, the trash cans are full to the rim everytime, its sickening!! The bathrooms are dirty but the family bathroom is disgusting. I dont even feel comfortable changing my daughter in that mess. They need to focus on cleanliness and maybe hire more capable employees or new management. I am very sad to say that it was 10 times better when it was the Rave theater.

Oct 20th went to this AMC and saw a screening and I have to say I am very glad I didnt pay for the tickets, the customer service there is a joke. At the end of the movie we were able to pick up our phones and the three woman who were handling this job were completely unprofessional! They were cussing back at customers, saying very rude and vulgar things. This should of never happened. I dont agree with the customers cussing, but to have the AMC staff cuss and yell shows very poorly within the company. Managers came by and didnt do anything, they just let their staff continue cussing and yelling at numerous customers instead of stepping in and fixing this issues. They placed the table very close to the exit and people were complaining that it was a fire hazard and there were people pushing afraid they couldnt get out, they staff just said "oh well, not our problem". Another thing the managers could of easily fixed and didnt. We will never return to this theater again.

Normally wont write reviews but I loved my visit here! Great theater! I came here last Saturday night with my husband... the kids in the concession stand were helpful with getting our food. We wanted to go see Annabelle after watching the fight between Mayweather and McGregor and not only was the theater comfortable and cool, but it was all clean. They have a bar, which is pretty cool, so me and the hubby indulged in some drinks for our movie. For a Saturday night, it was pretty slow and there werent a lot of people there. I will be joining their loyalty program that the nice and personable girl named Kelsae informed us about in conversation when she ripped our tickets. The only odd thing was that I heard some loud screeching coming from the walls as we walked into the theater (must be part of the Annabelle experience LOL). Overall, the employees were all very personable and helpful, will definitely return!

Very hypocritical theater. I tried going to see annabelle (rated r) and i was with some friends and my dad had payed because we are 16 and an hour later they said we couldnt come in without a person over 21. (Last time i checked it was 17 to see rated r movies without parents) but they let my dad pay for us and leave. So thats weird. The lady who didnt let us in also gave us a stank eye and had horrible attitude. (im not playing the vitcim this chick literally stared into my soul) i find it funny how couples under 17 can go into rated r movies because ive done it multiple times ans never been asked. But oh god forbid a few guys go in. We are just planning on ruining the movie for everyone. If we cant go in then couples cant either. Or let our parents pay and let us in we obviously had permission. This comapny better straighten out. Im going to Harkins from now on
