I never leave reviews but I would like you to know to never go to this place! Upon arrival there was only one ticketing agent at the opposite end from the other booth and thought we were quite confused at first no one tried to help us. Then we went to the bathrooms that were ill kept and foul smelling. Onto the food. The staff is absolutely rude when youre trying to get your refreshments. I was charged $5 for a stale slice of pizza that she served with the her hands. Upon first bite I wanted to throw up. The hotdog there also looked like it was there from the day before or something. The person that served the hotdog was also dressed very dirty. Then when we tried to enter our theater we had to wait with food in hand because the ticketing agent left her post to purchase food. All would be forgiven if it did not get worse from there. There was an oddly foul Oder that could not be distinguished upon entering the theater. It was also not cleaned from at least a showing or two before as there was food on the seats and floor. Then a few minutes into sitting we started getting bit by hat I could only assume were bed bugs. The bites persisted through the entire movie. I suppose we only stayed because we already payed and wanted to see if it could get any better. By the way the area is kind of off also. Spend less money and go to the theater on the Ave and have better staff, food, and overall experience. Spend a little more and go to any AMC and have the best theater experience. But do not go to this theater! Its a joke!

I went to this theatre for the first time today to see a screening of John Wick. Really good movie by the way. Immediately when I entered the complex there was a very disgruntled customer yelling at the employees behind the ticket counter. Not sure what he was angry about but he went on for about 10 minutes! Once I passed the main entrance I could see that it was pretty large and had a variety of concession stands in the center of the lobby and they all served different food items. I stopped by the Nathans counter and waited while the employees chatted - I eventually had to interrupt their conversation to place my order. When I moved on to get condiments for my food I had to ask several times for the containers. Then unfortunately the condiment dispenser was empty so I had to ask for condiment packets. On a Wednesday night the place was pretty much empty so Im not sure why I experienced so many inconveniences. SMH. The individual theaters where huge but I wasnt a fan of the chairs-not as comfortable as most other theaters. In short I would not go out of my way to go to this theatre again in the future.

I was expecting the worst and was pleasantly surprised; doesnt mean I would go out of my way to visit this theater though. Let me explain...... Located in a completely desolate area in East New York (with the exception of an awful, decrepit McDonalds), this theater really stands out next to the projects in the best way possible. Looks great from the outside. I guess its also driver friendly(?) considering the lack of foot traffic here. But honestly I dont care about such things. Overall the theater could use better maintenance but above all more comfortable seats for sure! I think these have been the most uncomfortable movie seats Ive ever had the displeasure of sitting on. With $7.50 a pop on Tuesdays one cant really complain that much. But damn remember when that was regular price? If youre in the area (during matinee or Tuesday) I definitely recommend this theater! Otherwise, go elsewhere. Definitely not date night appropriate. Whatever that means.

Customer care stinks, the attitude from the staff is horrible. I tried purchasing a slice of pizza and the staff member working in that section who was at the time sweeping the floor hands to broom (no gloves). I asked her for the pizza then requested that she washed her hands. I was ignored and she proceeded to give me the pizza without sanitizing her hands. So I told her I didnt want it because she didnt wash her hands, she said, "thank God because I am stupid". I called for the manager and the manager came from the next section. As I start to explain the situation the disrespectful staff member started yelling to the manager (a lady), "dont listen to her, she wants me to waste gloves, u know how the customers are". The manager the said, "I know how they are". I asked, who have a nyc food handlers permit here,. The manager said, "why? Its not necessary". I will never purchase there again. Nasty staff. Horrible customer care.

I really enjoy this theater. It is close to many bus lines, a short walk to the A train, and there is plenty of free parking! The parking lot is well-lit and HUGE! There are many different food options once inside, such as Nathans. The food is very pricey, but that is the same for everywhere! There are some specials that do save a few cents, but not too much! There are a variety of movies available here, many of the new movies. Oh yeah! Buy your tickets online, or get there EARLY! There is usually a wait in line for tickets (and food!). The theater itself and bathrooms are all well-maintained, very clean. TUESDAY (ALL DAY & NIGHT) is a VALUE for all movies! The tickets are $7 or $8 (I cannot remember which) each. Not too bad when you consider that most other places are $15+! Overall, this is a very good place to see a movie!!! Great value for your money!

Wish there was a minus star. They dont deserve any star at all!!! The Most terrible service Ive ever experienced. We bought snacks from the kiosk machine and when we went to collect after an hr they informed us there should be another receipt in the machine. The guy requested we go check the machine to see whether the vouchers were Still there which was very stupid suggestion. Why would the vouchers still be there after an hour???? DONT EVER BUY SNACKS FROM THE MACHINE....the supervisor even took our credit card to check transaction whereas she couldve use our star pass card to trace the transactions. Seems theyre not very organized or professional in there. What a mess, we were even late for our mv due to their delays.

I went on 3/7/17 to see "Get Out" and had a great experience. They lost one star because the ticket line was a little backed up. They only had one person in the box office (having worked at AMC myself, I know the young lady was not to blame). I stepped out of line and purchased my ticket from the ONE (they should add more) electronic ticket box. I did notice the long line for Nathans that previous people mentioned in their reviews. Luckily, I wasnt interested lol. I didnt even have to wait for someone to assist me at the regular concession stand. The young lady was nice and helpful. The final young lady that tore my ticket asked how I was doing and told me to enjoy. Overall, great experience(movie included!)

Convenient for travel.... Within 15 yard of major bus connection... B13; B14; B20; and B15 bus... 0.2 miles or 10 blocks from A train @ Grant subway station... Close to Belt Parkway; great parking... Cons: long/slow lines.... Not enough staff sometimes... Poor customer service... Theater seating are tight and cramped; sometimes dirty even after a poor job of cleaning.... BRING A SWEATER OR LIGHT JACKET IF U GET COLD EASILY... Pack a small knife or legal fire arm for protection if u plan to visit on weekends at late night as its in the middle of 4 apartment complexs worst of East New York Brooklyn... ENJOY YOUR EXPERIENCE I GIVE IT 3 STARS... ENJOY GOING BUT I KNOW BETTER LOCATIONS....
