My experience today was one for my record books. Theater experience itself was acceptable; however, once seated in the theater it was a nightmare! First off the audience was mainly younger crowd. I missed half of the movie due to all the talking, it was overwhelming. Now I understand that everyone has the right to go to any theater at any time, however, I believe it is your companies responsibility to make all of your customers comfortable. Perhaps have one of your employees walk inside and listen for problematic people, i.e noisy, inappropriate language or behavior and make them aware of their actions. I was extremely excited to see the movie but was very disappointed at the lack of supervision inside the theater. Instead of having nightmares about the movie I will have nightmares about my experience. I highly recommend to, again, have someone take care of problematic individuals who ruin the movie for everyone else. The back of the ticket reads, "Management reserves the right to designate where the holder of this ticket shall be seated," so why not also add, "management reserves the right to escort out any problematic individual(s)." This I say, I will never go to this chain ever again and will make all of my family and friends aware of this experience. I hope this comment is taken seriously because I do believe your clients are greatly diminishing due to lack of awareness of what happened once the light go off and the movie plays.

Ok so I have been to this theater before and usually they are on point get you in the door quick and get you thru concession pretty quick too. Well yesterday , Saturday April 16th, 2016 was by far the worst experience I have ever had at any movie theater. First it took my fiance 20 minutes to get the little bit he got from concession and thats just standing in line . Second I went up there to get something for my nephew and waited over 30 mins in line and the women at the concession goes and gets me a kids combo trey and puts it on the counter she I guess didnt put on the counter all the way and it fell on the floor so she picked it up off of the floor and puts it back on the counter to try and give it back to me and I looked at her and said "I hope your not planning on giving that back to me" and she then goes and gets me a new one. Well let me just say regency may be small but they give way better customers service then Regal and they are way more organized than Regal. But all that didnt get me half as mad as the fact that the person at door doesnt even pay attention to the tickets now when I worked for regency we were told to always look at the tickets and make sure they fit the group of people if it says 1 child and 2 adults then look and see there is 1 and 3 adults then obviously there is a problem. All I have to say is GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!!

I would have given 5 stars, but... we were about 45 minutes early and they said they would open the theater room 20 minutes before the movie, so we got concessions and sat down on the only bench in the lobby to wait. About 5 minutes later the guy who was checking tickets at the door came over and said we needed to line up in the hallway because he didnt want the lobby to get toour crowded. He looked at our tickets and told us where to wait. We had to sit on the floor. If it were a popular premiere it would have been fine, but it was Tarzan 3D which was on its second week, and there were only 7 people waiting in the next 10-15 minutes. When it was time for our movie to start and we were still waiting my husband asked the ticket guy what was going on. He had lined us up for the regular, non-3D Tarzan. But we got into our movie right on time and after that everything was good. I really liked the seats because you can put the arm rests up if youre on a date and its like sitting on a love seat. They also have a really cool candy machine in the hallway. The popcorn was great. They checked my purse at the door, and considering recent events that made me feel safer being there.

I used to love this movie theater, but since its changed management I hated it. The food doesnt taste as good even though they heightened the price. The seats and floor were sticky even though we tried to move seats a few times. The security guard kept stopping me when I tried entering the theater (yes I know its policy), but he had seen my ticket several times as I had to go out to buy the nasty snacks. However, the only reason I rated it 2 stars is because the surround sound and screen made you feel immersed in the movie. The management has just gone down and really sucks. Although some employees worked as if they loved there job, were friendly, and went above and behind the expectations there were some that were just, sorry but straight up vile.

i love this theatre! its a lot cheaper than the one in riverside, plus there are lots of food to choose from, theres burgers, fries, nachos, their large popcorn is huge and so is their small drink!! no joke!! im not sure if they have pizza but they do have ice cream and oreo shake, damn! the only thing thats missing is a steak and some sandwiches. but also its clean and i can buy tickets from fandango so they can scan them on my phone when you go in. the rewards card makes up for it too. id drive about 30 min. just to be here. oh yeh, even though this is located downtown but the place is not ghetto. there were lots of cops and security during the Star Wars release, since the thing it happened in SB 2 weeks ago, im glad theyre being cautious.

Since the first time I went there I loved the new theater. Great screens, sound, and seating. Its a really great place to see a movie. Ive always been treated well there. Way better than the outdated Krikorian in Redlands. UPDATE: Got treated like a criminal, with my purse being searched and told I could not come in with personal snacks even though I always buy my drinks and popcorn there. They said there is a liability regarding food allergies…huh???? Lies. I asked them to give me a pass this time since I had already purchased the tickets and this had never been an issuer in the last two years of me going there. NO couldnt do it.

This place is really good. The prices are very fair. I have been here so many times and everytime it was a good experience. The picture quality is nice with good sound effects and staff is very friendly. I would recommend to take the regal crown club card. Everytime you watch a movie you earn points and you get $1 off and those points really help you to get free popcorn and free movies. The only thing I did not like is the restrooms are not as clean as they should be and there is no mirror and paper towels in them. Other than this watching a movie here is always worth it unless the movie is not good :).
