If I could give NO STARS I would. Came in to watch Annabelle. Initial thought was its a very nice movie theater. My guy and I sat down ordered food and was just watching previews with our legs slightly propped up off the floor. Our food came we started eating and in the mist of silence I saw something on the floor out my peripheral. I looked down and it was a big ass RAT. I screamed and lifted my body up out the seat in fear. ( not to mention I just got a tummy tuck and breast lift, so I was in pain but at my two week mark to where I could move so chose a place I could relax) I could have injured myself so badly. My guy jumped up on the seat on his feet trying to see where it went. It crawled directly under our seat. I was SHOOK, disgusted, and just disappointed. I finally got the confidence to hop down to the ground so I could get the hell up out that theater. My thoughts were how nasty it was to see a rat not only in the movies but while we were eating. So THEY SERVE FOOD WHILE RATS ARE IN THE BUILDING. Thats bad business. The managers response was " Im so sorry, weve been having this problem since the construction started behind snd below us". So wait! You KNEW, and you still are open? Thats NASTY, and this place should be closed until they know all rats are ceased. So if youre going here anytime soon, its besutuful, but watch your feet, and your food, you may have s visitor during your movie who may want to join the fun.

Love the seats. Very confortable which allows for a great movie experience. On the other hand I am very disappointed at the scheme our server used to trick us into giving her a higher tip. After paying for our food order, she gave us the ticket to sign, to wish I added the tip. Then she handed me the copy which I placed in my pocket. When I got home I realized that the tip was already included, and that the ticket I signed did not show that. So basically I unknowingly double tip. Needless to say I placed a dispute with my credit card company. Be warned not to add additional tip as it had already been added to your order, unless you willingly wish to do it of course. I am not fond of being taken advantage of.

This place is very impressive! The ticket price may seem steep but the comfort of the seats and the theater experience far justifies the cost, in my opinion. There is a nice sized bar with a few scattered tables just as you enter. The process once seated is very streamlined and efficient, with ample amount of usher/wait staff. The food is quite costly, however considering the short length of time from order to delivery and the convenience, its very tasty. I had a "special" item, short rib meatloaf which was delicious. Its a lavish movie-goer experience worth splurging on special occasion.

Much better than Dolphin Mall. Better seats. Also remember when you order something before the movie tip is already included. 18.50% a bit high. Had dinner with my wife elsewhere spend $45. Bought a pitcher of coconut mojito with tip was $47. We never got it so luckily we were able to get a refund. But management team was great about the mistake. Will continue to go see movies there but not order anything there. Just a little too pricey.

The food is good, but the portions are so small that youd be better off eating somewhere else before you go. The prices for the food are also extremely high for the portion size and quality. Youre paying four star prices for three star food in miniscule portions. If youre looking to watch a movie and avoid the teenage crowd, this is a good option. If youre going with an empty stomach and high hopes, dont.

Food was yummy, they were very nice, chairs were extremely comfortable, its very cold so dress warm, the restaurant area is too lit, would feel more cozy and romantic if lights were dimmed a bit in restaurant area, alcoholic drinks in the movie theatre had little to no alcohol, Dulce leche lava cake was bland but Spaguetti Pecorino was delicious.

Food was amazing, a little pricey. We were next to a loud couple; so if you go, make sure you can choose seats thats not next to anyone so you can enjoy the movie.The only real disappointment was the food runner brought food with no silverware and napkins. We were left hanging but she returned with the missing items.

Have been a cinebistro fan for years, dont go to any other theatre. This one is much nicer than the dolphin location. Food is consistently good, much better and more upscale than you expect from a movie theatre. They have spoiled me, wouldnt return to a regular theatre.

This is my new go to theater. I used to go to Cinebistro in Dolphin mall but this one being newer is much nicer. The have a larger selection of movies and nicer seats. They also have access to the rows from both sides, definitely an improvement.
