I am ranch sitting outside of Medina and I have attended a movie here every day for the last week. I am giving the Rio 10 in Kerrville a perfect score compared to comparable theaters in California in similar sized towns. The staff at this theater set it apart. It is so nice to see people working together and delivering friendly service. This week they were decorating for Halloween and everyone made it seem like this was a fun place to work. The employees have all been helpful and courteous. There is a good selection of current movies that start on time, the establishment is clean and for $5 I can sit in an airconditioned theater and enjoy a newly released movie. Five dollars is the matinee price. If you must go in the evening or need to buy a drink or snack Im sure it will cost you significantly more. What time I see a movie and if I eat while I watch it is my choice and I cant imagine getting a better deal than two hours of entertainment for less than five bucks. Watching a movie a day in a nice, clean, friendly theater at an affordable price is one of the most alluring parts of ranch sitting. Keep up the good work Rio 10; Ill be back.

This theater and owner are Cheap. I will never go to a movie that plays in 1 or 5 theater room. They make the movie picture hazy, dull dark and hard to hear. They need to replace projectors to this century. I wanted to see a movie the opening week and popcorn machine wasnt working, sit down ready to watch. Only to find the quality of the brand new movie once again it was lIke this way since they opened. It is as bad as when ı went to indiana jones cystal skull..or even kungfu panda 3 Dull hazy like old footage hazy and color off. And no it not they way the movies filmed. I know better, I should have gone to starplex borne, I go there more and more if I want a crisp bright picture and clean leather seats. It sucks Ill remember god of Egypt as a bad experience even if I thought it was awesome at a different theater before. Sorry love kerrville but Ill take my friend and family to borne or san antonio from now on.

Ok so we walk in like always the girl just stares at us then I tell her we would like tickets, then we order our drinks. She tells me the total so I hand her money and tell her I have the .75 but because she already put the dollar amount she cant understand how much to give me back if I give her the change so I tell her forget it. Then I am waiting for her to give me the tickets and she just stares at me so I have to tear them off myself then she has the audacity to tell me wow so I tell her it is your job to hand me the ticket and walk off. Then she continued to give me attitude about her not doing her job. They have a help wanted sign and they need a manager that know how to train their staff and clean because the floors are so sticky my shoe came off. This place is getting worse. Hope they find someone like the original manager she was the best.

I like the Rio 10 Cinema in Kerrville. I have lived in small towns and this is far superior to some I have attended. Yes, they have high refreshment prices, but not near as high as theaters in San Antonio. Staff is always nice, despite some of the customers, who are not. Yes, it gets cluttered, especially on weekends. Some people who go there are pigs so I would imagine it is hard to keep it clean. If people would put their trash in the trash receptacles instead of in the seats or on the floor, like they should, it would not get so cluttered. Keep up the good work. Good to see young people working and with such good attitudes.

For a local theater this place does a great job. The prices for movies and concessions are really fair and you wont break the bank of you are taking the family out for movie night. The theater rooms can get a little dirty of ours s busy night but for the most party the place is kept clean and I would putt this place up against most theaters in the same region. Movie selection can be a bit scarce but they cant keep as many movies because they Need to rotate out four the newest titles.

I only go here because its the only option in town. It always feels kinda on the dirty side, and you have to spend a certain amount of money before theyll take a card on food. As well, multiple times Ive had the movie start late, or weird audio problems with the movie that have taken too long to get resolved. Most of the time the experience is fine but its not consistent enough for me to really love going there.

VERY disappointed with this theater. We drove 42 miles to come see a movie. We checked movie times on three different places (even their actual website) but when we showed up, the theater was closing. We informed them that their movie times were wrong and now we wont be seeing the movie. I hope they fix it and if I were you, I would recommend calling first.

Went to the movies all of the theaters crashed at once so they gave us rain checks now that we try to use the rain checks they tell us that you cant use them on a new movie even though the movie we originally went to see was the first day it was in the theater And the one we are trying to watch has been out for two days now. Poor customer relations

this is a nice place for a small town,,,,,,,,,you cant compare it to the imax etc. but I love sneaking away to go see a movie locally, and not have to drive hours, and everyone has always been nice to us, I like to see the kids working, and being friendly to elder people,,,,,,,,,,it is a nice date night for us, and we go often

I live in Fredericksburg, Tx. they do not show all the movies,(they keep it PG, boring) we want to watch. So we drive out to Kerv. Rio theater to watch the movies there, they have a great selection of movies to chose from. Comfy seats and great atmosphere. Going there tomorrow to watch Mother, cant wait!

Sure this place has its ups and downs, but it is a very good theatre and I love going to it. I would reccommend this place to any of my friends and family. Ticket prices are good, snacks are good, but the only issue I have is just a single cinema that always has an issue. Other than that, I love it!!!

Ive been here countless times during the Kerrville Folk Festival. Aside from forcing you to wait in line at the snack bar just to buy your ticket to see the movie, I like the place. Their popcorn is acceptable quality--fake butter, of course. Better prices than in the big city.

Compared to the old theater this place is heaven!!!! I wish the times were a little better but its predictable. Prices are comparable to SA prices. Staff is typical high schoolers, so dont expect surgeons, just realize its a theater and enjoy your show.
