Set up is good, just got put under the new owner AMC that used to be Carmike movie theater the let it go down a little bit. But hopefully AMC will get in here and get it all cleaned up back to wear used to look before Carmike took over. And they do need to update their screens like the 3D and Oxford Mississippi has one way better than this one here or any of them. But it still has a lot of theater rooms to go into with plenty of seating. And for handicapped I wish they would make a little bit more room for a couple of the handicapped persons to have someone sit around them thats family or friends even ramp area where you can not chairs right beside the end and still have a little space for others to walk on the other side of the rail to get by just so the handicapped people will have plenty of space but yet be able to go to the bottom and turn around and hit an outside lane or something. But they do have seating its just like one seat per handicap section or two on it and and and like to 3 wheelchair spaces and then another seat for two and then two on the end so its really not that much seating for adults and children learning mind which I have four boys and one of them and we have to separate the family if theres no room. So picture that hand and popcorn across Isles in front of you. But I have hope and I believe in Pensacola Florida and I believe in AMC Two Step the game up because these are awesome theater we have here and we do not need to lose them we need somebody to step up and represent Pensacola like little town of Oxford Mississippi has the curved screens and a 3D is a magnificent if you hadnt been AMC people I suggest you go look and you will know the difference. Cant recommend this theater. They will sell tickets for a movie that will have no air conditioning when the heat index is 101°. OR it might be FREEZING in another and when you tell them about it they explain that they arent able to fix it. You may come on a Saturday and there will be only 1 employee working. The bathroom will be dirty because that person is too busy to do anything else. A couple if weeks ago a maintenance guy came in during the movie, crawled on the floor and started hammering something down front. I thought maybe this old theater would improve when AMC took it over but it seems to have gotten worse. Go to another theater. I wish AMC didnt own them all so theyd have some competition. Maybe theyd try harder.

Due to financial restrictions, I dont get to attend movies as often as I would like. The new Tuesday Matinee makes it possible for me to enjoy films on the big screen more often. I come with my service dog and we are always treated very nicely. The staff is friendly and helpful. My one negative is that the sound systems are set way too loud; almost to the point of painful. Would it be possible to dial it down just a little bit? Love this theatre.

Its pretty run down . The ticket kiosk is surprisingly fast and convenient but the bathrooms were GROSS I mean stinky and gross, you could smell the restroom when leaving our theater, the local Tom thumb gas stations have nicer restrooms than this place. It sucks that we dont have a better section on where to go. Maybe AMC will clean the place up, or maybe it will continue to smell like a piss box. And most of the arcade machines were broken.

Just a typical movie theater if you want to catch a flick. Very little consistency with cleanliness at ANY of the Carmike Cinemas in Pensacola. Sometimes the bathrooms and theaters seem well maintained, other times your feet will stick to the floor and facilities are filthy. Movie and concession prices are average for a movie theater. Unfortunately, if you want to see a movie in Pensacola, the three Carmike cinemas are the only option.

I attend this theater regularly. I love the Tuesday matinees where you get discounts on movie tickets and popcorn and drinks. Being a senior citizen Im on a tight budget and this gives me the opportunity to enjoy a safe atmosphere and get to see movies on the big screen. Just not the same on your home tv. The staff is friendly and Ive never had an issue or problem.

I had back surgery and its always made sitting still in a movie theater very uncomfortable until I came here. I wouldnt even be able to concentrate on the movie because of those small miserable chairs in most places but here its like sitting in a lazy boy at home. Its a bit pricey but worth the extra dollar or so to be comfortable enough to enjoy the show.

I had a PROBLEM with CARL in management. He was unprofessional assuming something because of what he stated he see daily. I visited the theater with my son spending $53.86 to have this person "Assume" something. I will take my business to another theater out of town if I have to instead of to a Carmike Cinema that have unprofessional people in management.

This is the worst theater Ive ever been to. It was dirty and smelly. The bathrooms wreaked. The movie didnt start until 30 minutes after show time. The entire time before showtime was full of commercials. The screen kept flashing like it was going out and the speakers only worked half the time so I missed out on some parts. No upkeep whatsoever.

Worst place ever! Showed up to see a movie and the stupid ass urchin behind the glass says "were not showing that movie" I couldnt Imagine how this could be seeing that AMC online said it was....this dump of a movie theatre was also crawling with hundreds of some of the trashiest people pensacola has to offer. Dont waste your time here!!!

Average movie theater. They do nothing to prevent rude people from talking during movies, being on cell phones, and walking in late. Overpriced concessions, and marginal cleanliness. Movies always start 5-10 minutes late. Its just the only place in Pensacola to see a movie unfortunately.

One of my favorite cinemas in town. This place is usually less crowded than the one on bayou, which for me at least makes for a more pleasant movie going experience. The staff here is friendly and the facilities are generally clean.

I love coming out to see good movies at theaters with family but husband makes me wait to come to movies because he said, " its to loud when young people are there" other than that, its wonderful! Staff is great.

Nice wide screen, but you have to buy your ticket at the concession. Line was slow. Were in line 15 minutes waiting for people to get popcorn and everything. The should have at least one ticket only line

Dirty, run down, seats are torn, bathrooms are nasty. Over priced snacks, popcorn taste burnt. At least the staff is nice...even though there is only 2 working at a time. Not coming back.

Clean, efficient line movement, nice staff, good theater seats/sound/picture, and plenty of parking. Exactly what you would want to have from a mainstream movie theater.
