SO WE VISIT THIS PLACE EVERY YEAR AFTER OUR THANKSGIVING DINNER. WE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH THIS PLACE UNTIL THIS YEAR. WE CALLED AHEAD TO MAKE SURE WHAT TIME THEY WOULD CLOSE. THEY TOLD US 12 AM AND ALSO ONLINE IT SAID 12 AM. SO WE SHOWED UP AT AROUND 8 PM. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. WE ORDERED DRINKS, EVERYONE WAS HAVING FUN, AND THE KIDS WERE IN THE ARCADE AREA MOST OF THE NIGHT. THEN AROUND 11PM THEY SHUT OFF THE LANES AND OVER THE SPEAKERS THEY SAID THEY WERE CLOSED AND EVERYONE HAD TO LEAVE. OBVIOUSLY WE WERE DISAPPOINTED. WE THOUGHT WE HAD ANOTHER HOUR LEFT. SO WE AGREED TO LEAVE AFTER WE FINISHED OUR PITCHER THAT WE HAD JUST PAID FOR A FEW MINUTES BEFORE THEY EVEN MENTIONED CLOSING. I MEAN IF YOURE GOING TO CLOSE EARLY YOU SHOULD PROBABLY STOP SELLING PITCHERS OF BEER 2 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING. SO AS WE WERE FINISHING OUR DRINKS I HEAR SOME EMPLOYEE SHOUTING SOMETHING AT THE CHILDREN WHO WERE STILL IN THE ARCADE AREA. WTF WHAT KIND OF PERSON THINKS ITS RIGHT TO SHOUT AT A 4 YEAR OLD!!!!!!!! I WAS VERY UPSET, IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO SAY, SPEAK TO THE PARENTS!!!!!!!! NOT ONLY THAT BUT THERE WAS ONE EMPLOYEE WHO WAS SHOUTING RACIAL COMMENTS!!!!! VERY DISGUSTED AT THIS PLACE!!! DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK NEXT YEAR OR EVER. THIS PLACE SUCKS

If there was a negative rating Id use it! We have bowled league here 3 years now and the lack of respect for the league bowlers that spend so much money faithfully at this crap joint is amazing! If you are going to have uneducated staff and management running a house, you need to alert the bowlers that come for league. There is no reason for them to waste money faithfully! You cannot book prebowl lanes to them during cosmic, bullshit! You cannot host a league then change the layout to your Secretary end of the season cause you want to!!! You cannot maintain a house with sticky seating area floors and old pens. You cannot oil once a day half a a ass for night leagues. The list could go on and on! Thankful there are so many nice options in the area, we will for sure find another option if our leagues do not move next year!!! Im happy to post this review hoping new people to the area wanting to actually bowl with the USBC think twice before this house.

i previously worked at tri-city and yes the employees are very nice. i had such a great time working there up until people started to get weird and ask for other peoples numbers and deal drugs outside of the alley. i still go there to bowl but its not a place where you really wanna be at night. as for the birthday parties, the parties are always fun and its always entertaining to watch everyone bowl. Althought, we did get alot of complaints about people not being able to find their party host. well, they only have one party host and normally there are atleast 5 to 6 parties going on at once. sometimes even more. the party host tends to get busy. i will agree that pretty much everyone that works there, yes they do think they are a manager. thats one of the biggest down falls to that place. other than that the place is ok. the people that work there are very kind people. :)

Very clean up-to-date facility with friendly staff, and everything worked. LOTS deals for bowling...that would explai. The croud on a saturday morning at 10am. Im even thinking about buying their summer pass. Even if i only went a few times, for the price, its well worth it. When I go back though, Ill be bringing a hidden sack lunch or eating before i get there! The price of food is crazy...5 bone in chicken wings and french fries cost over $12! I could have gone to a buffet for that. It didnt taste bad, but geesh! And dont get me started on those light skinned pizzas...in short; Go to bowl, Leave to Eat!

Been bowling here at least 3-times a week, however lately the new manager (Yevette) has made our visits less enjoyable. This lady has a real attitude problem and is very sarcastic. She has yet to great us with a smile, has yet to say "thank you", its almost as if shes doing us a favor coming to the front counter to wait on us, like we are inconveniencing her from her daily chores. Is she not aware customers are what drives businesses. On the other hand, "Liza" is all that Yevette hopes she could be, what a wonderful lady !!!

Staff is very friendly, however the beer and drinks are over priced. Seventeen dollars for a large pitcher of coors light and a small soda. The beer was horrible as if they hadnt cleaned the tap in months. The prices per game are a joke especially on what should be their busiest nights. The lanes were well taken care of but there was no sliding into the approach as you stuck while trying to do so. Overall I now know why I no longer go bowling. Spent $80 for two hours.

My dislike isnt on the bowling atmosphere per se. Its the management. Its nice inside, updated. The menu is way over priced to begin with. When I ordered a menu item (appetizer sampler) I was told they had to substitute one item for another because they were out of stock. No one in my group would like what was offered and asked if they could do something else. Was told no they cant substitute anything. However I was already being forced to substitute.

Equipment doesnt scuff, scratch, or knick your bowling balls. I dont like that they turn the lights off during the day after 1pm, turn them on at 5pm, then turn them back off at 9 or 10pm (may be a weekend thing, because I need to practice in the afternoon on Saturday). People that enjoy bowling dont want to bowl in cosmic mode at 1 or 2pm. I dont know of any bowler that owns their own balls to enjoy bowling in the dark.

Had a great time bowling with the family. We had a few issues with one of our lanes and the girls at the desk were very friendly and helpful moving us to other lanes. They were able to keep our party together on multiple lanes even though they were very busy and even transferred all our games in progress to the new lanes. Kudos to them for making a great experience out of what we thought was to going to be a bad time.

I Love this place its just like one big family. Family that you never had this is a place that is family orientated great personality lot of laughs. Do karaoke here quite often with the beautiful host rocking Rhonda. Bartender is awesome Mr.Greg. They just lost one there beautiful angel one and only Double Dee R.I.P If you looking for a family love laugh lots of fun come join us on Friday and Saturday evening

Horrible races staff ignore my hole family were at the cash register for 20-25 mins they see us standing there but they act like no was there and just keep talking to each other but as soon as a white lady cut infornt of us they stop what they were doing to attend to her and keep ignoring us so we just got fed up and left. Would not recommend any of my familey and friends to this establishment.

I really like to bowl here because its so much fun, even for my whole entire family! Even better they let you bowl a free game a Tri-City Bowl, if you have a coupon, even for your birthdays. I really like it here because the bowling alley here is so much better than the other bowling alleys throughout Arizona. Everyone should come here, it will be a blast for me as well as other people!
