The worst experience possible!!!! Spoiled my nephews birthday. We called a couple days in advance to get an idea of what this place was like as we had never been before. We were led to believe that from 4pm to 10pm we could pay $10 for wristbands that would allow our children to pay all games. After we arrived we learned that this is only available on Mondays. Okay fine we decided to stay. Our group consisted of 3 adults and 8 children.We noticed several large tables that were not being used. We inquired about them with an employee. She stated that she didnt see a problem with us using the table since they werent reserved and we had such a large group. However, she wanted to check with the manager first. As she left to go find a manager we happened to see a manager passing by. We again inquired about the tables. In a very nasty tone he told us "No they are all reserved" however only 2 of the tables had a reserved sign on them. When we pointed this out he (the manager) promptly went to the back grabbed a bunch of reserved signs and proceeded to place them on every table. He was very rude and offered no solutions to our problem. As a human resources director this is exactly the kind of behavior that I believe cost businesses like yours valuable customers. As a consumer I can assure you that word of mouth effects businesses and I wont be recommending this place to any of my friends or neighbors. As an African-American woman I felt that if we were white we would have been treated differently. Thanks for the horrible experience and for showing our kids that the color of their skin does make a difference in how they are treated in this world. I say this because we stayed there from 5pm til about 9:30pm and no one ever sat at those tables.

The service at this place is horrible. I went here last night with my friends, found an open table I had gone up to one of the waiters and asked him if he could get that table clean, he said he would send someone over. About 20 minutes passed by and still no one had came to clean the table. We asked another waitress that was passing by, still same response we waited again and no one had gone by. Finally for the third time we asked someone else and they took all the plates, cups that were on the table but no one wiped it down. We were sitting at that table for about an hour or so and yet no waiter or waitress showed up to help us. We would see them pass by to help other tables but no one would look our way. I noticed a couple that were standing by the bar so I went up there to ask if they can send someone over because we had been waiting a long time and we are ready to order the girl just rolled her eyes and looked at this other guy which seemed to look like her manager and he told me hell send someone over there. We waited another 20 minutes or so and still no service. My friend actually had to walk up to another waitress and which was the one that helped us out. I understand if a place is really busy, but this has ridiculous there was enough waitresses and waiters that could have helped us. I cant believe it took almost over an hour or so for someone to help us. The waitress that helped us out I believe her name is Kia, couldnt really read her her name on the name tag, but she was very helpful. She got our table wiped down, took our order and was very friendly. This place needs to get better service, no one wants to be waiting hours just to order food!!

Fun place to take your adult friends to spend money. My MAIN impression is that the workers dont like it there. Examples from my only night there: · A worker may try to sell you an unlimited arcade card for $20 (transaction in the bathroom). I witnessed this 2 times while in the bathroom (once in fluent Spanish). · While putting on a harness, the young gentleman working couldnt give a smile and treated me like a little kid. Very impersonal and awkward. Almost the feeling you get when youre at carnival and the carnie says dont puke on his shoes. · The laser tag worker was extremely nice and made the event fun. · Front desk lady was very nice, yet looked stressed out. · Ticket prize counters 3 workers were very active in their conversation before noticing me standing in front of them, they helped me bluntly. Conclusion: Bowling was fun, because there were no employees. Laser tag was fun, because the employee was kind. High walk was fun, because the employee didnt come near us and he didnt give us any instructions except when to be done. Arcade were fun, because there were no employees. Employees were sad, because they work at Main Event? Pricing seems reasonable to experience all the events. Yet it was a very uneasy experience. Could have came on a bad night shift. Almost felt like when youre a freshman just starting high school and the employees are the seniors looking down on you. Minus the nerds who work the front desk and are always because they feel your pain. Maybe the Main Event means for you to relive the awkward highschool years again all in one place. Enjoy!

We arrived on a Saturday evening, probably the busiest time. 3 sets of parents with 6 kids under the age of 10. We reserved and paid for bowling lanes, the wait time for adjacent lanes was 2.5 hrs, we thought with all there was to do lets have dinner here and hit the games before bowling. That was probably the worst idea ever. Our waitress took our drink order almost right away. It took her almost 30 minutes to come back to the table, growing frustrated we asked another waitress if she could take our order. The waitress did, but then delivered the appetizer that was ordered completely incorrect, we sent it back and it took almost 30 minutes to be remade, meanwhile we still had not received our food. Kids were going crazy and we requested a manager. Quickly after we escalated our food was brought out again several of the items ordered were not delivered to the specifics that were ordered. By this point we decided to just feed the kids after almost an hour of waiting and go somewhere else. The manager graciously gave us a 50% discount. Then as we got ready to pay our bill the waitress found it appropriate to make a patronizing remark that had she taken our Der she would know how to appropriately bill each of us. Its difficult for me to understand how she couldnt comprehend thats exactly what the issue was. We paid and requested a refund for our bowling reservation. I dont think well ever return to this location. Its sad because the kids were all extremely excited to attend and get to do all of the activities.

Was a horrible experience for my cousins birthday the other day. Let me start by telling you some if the reasons why first it took over an hour after being seated just to get drinks then over another hour for our food to arrive and then the worse part was they messed mine and other peoples in our parties orders as well and we told the waitress and she said that she would fix it we waited for over a hour and asked repeatedly for our food and it never came I was so angry because I couldnt even eat my food because it wasnt even cooked we had asked for well down food and we get our food still a little bloody it was so gross. Then after that it took a total of 4hours before we even got to bowl half a game and then they start your time before you even start so we couldnt even finish the game we paid for. This place was horrible and the staff is to preoccupied with talking to each other about what they are doing later after work and not working. I wish I would have read the reviews first because I see Im not the only person having issues with the staff here. But now I know why the reviews go from 5 star to 1 star on every other one. They didnt even apologize for messing anything up she just acted like she didnt care because they had us pay before we even got anything which is just ridiculous because the only businesses that do that in the dining Establishments in my opinion are buffets. But I probably will never go back after this horrible experience here is rather spend my money elsewhere and get better service!
