All I can say is WOW! What happened to this place? This used to be my favorite place to bowl and have food and drinks and I know I wont be back again. Ive been coming here for years. The service was so TERRIBLE tonight it ruined the whole night but we are staying because we paid for it already. The only good service we had was at the bowling register. After that we were never approached by a waitress so had to order at the bar which is fine even though they werent busy. I tried to use a gift card that I had just bought and used at the bowling register and had two dollars and some change on it (I had the receipt) and she told me it would only credit .15 and that it wasnt a mistake she made that she knew what she was doing. I continued to pay the remaining balance and they offer military discounts so I presented my I.d. And she said thank you for your service. I got back to my table/lane and no discount had been taken off. Also our lane wasnt working correctly. I went to get both fixed and again was presented with an attitude. My burger did not come the way I ordered it (its fine Im not too picky but..) after being here for an hour so far we have yet to be approached by a waitress. They are not busy AT ALL. I am a very good tipper and very understandable as I used to be a waitress for 3 plus years but this did it for me. Update: been here over two hours and still no service. A new group came in beside us and a waitress came immediately and cleaned off the area and wanted to know if the trash that was there before we got there was ours!

Our group set up for 15-20 people mostly kid to go bowling. We put down a deposit and set the date. We were all excited to bowling and play games. When we got there it was so aggravating that the staff behind the counter did not know what they were doing. It was simple we got the $6.99 deal per person of bowling with shoe rental and $5 game card. When we where almost done bowling i went to get are game cards the guy behind the counter was lost he had no idea what i was talking about. Finally after explaining that we get the $5 cards with our set up and him calling for help and waiting he gave them to us. As i was paying they ended up charging me $80 more then they should of. I brought it to their attention with the receipt he called again because he did not know what to do finally someone came and i asked them how long will it take for my money to get back on my card? She said instantly well that was a lie it has been a day and still not there. I called up there to ask why and all they can say is sorry and that she was not sure how long it will take for me to give it up to 2 days. Really! Thanks a lot for holding up my money! If they would train their employees stuff like this might not happen! I will never have a group function there again!

I got ignored twice lol. Like not just ignored but looked at in my face and turned around and started eating a cheese stick ignored. The one guy noticed and helped me (Holden). The second time I needed bowling shoes same first lady with the cheese sticks saw me and looked away again lol. The other girl that was right in front of me walked by me numerous times helping other people. So I told her I needed help too. She told me and I quote..."I have a party im working with, so I have have to help them first" then left. It would have taken all of 10 secs to get my size 11 and move on. Guess who comes to the rescue....yep you guessed it (Holden) again. I complained to him and he noticed it too but he said maybe they were busy. Either way he took care of me. However, I will never go back to this place. They need training and some new staff members that want to keep their job.

I like this place because when I wanted to grab a quick drink & a bite to eat, nothing extravagant, just went in with a couple of friends and we were treated like we were their favorite customers. We ordered a couple of glasses of water, a beer, spinach/artichoke dip & chips, a quesadilla, and an order of lemon pepper wings to share between the three appitiof us. The waitress was exceptional and stayed on top of her game. We werent her only table either. Besides the fabulous service, all the food was excellent. I cant really choose a favorite. All three appetizers were great. Their wings were spectacular. They are fried with the skin on to a perfect crunchy consistency, the spinach/artichoke dip seemed to be a favorite among our group. But the quesadilla was awesome, too. The pico that came with it was really fresh & flavorful.

Very unhappy with Stars and Strikes in Hiram, Paid 279.00 in the end for my sons birthday party and its was the worst one yet! Party was supposed to start at 1:30 and at 2pm we were all sitting there wondering what was going on.. Party host was not friendly and inviting.. she comes in to tell us that our pizza would be out in a second but the kids bumper cars were at 2:10 so they would have 10 mins to hurry and eat and then have to rush to bumper cars and Lazer tag.. the party room was beyond terrible, 5 ballons the walls were un decorated needless to say it felt like a hospital room that we paod 279.00 for.... unprofessional and alot more wrong but Dont bother wasting your money...

I took my family on a Friday 18.99 all you can play day. It included unlimited bowling, bumper cars, and laser tag. The bowling lanes were nice. There were a lack of smaller weighted balls for my kids, so their games were a lot longer. The laser tag was fun, but it there just werent enough people playing for it to be a constant amusement. The bumper cars were fun for the kids, I managed to curl my 63" frame in one but it clearly wasnt made for a bigger guy. The only problem I really had is that some of the staff seemed preoccupied or inconvenienced when I requested my family do different activities.

Awesome place for family fun. They have activities for adults and kids that will keep everyone entertained for hours. The food is on par with any similar venue. Service could be a little faster, but its hard to notice when you are so busy having fun. As for planned events, you cannot go wrong with birthday parties. The staff even helps keep the kids corralled Lastly, the upgrades to the laser tag arena are great. Overall, this is a super, fun-filled, family hangout that is very easy on the wallet!

i was in town from milwaukee, wi visiting my rather large family in the marietta area and we spent a rainy, cold day in your dallas location. it was awesome, from activities to service. its not your 1970s bowling alley nor is it a campy chuck-e-cheese venue. you guys nailed it from stylish decor, focus on customer service, great activities and reasonable pricing. well done. goes to show what a couple of bright, creative guys can come up with over a drink. thanks for the memories - we had a blast.
