Purchased an hour of bowling for the family. As soon as they ran our credit card the clock started... It of course took four kids about 15 mins to, even quickly, choose an appropriate ball and lace up their shoes and program everyones name in the scoring system, so really we started with 40 mins to actually bowl. We were enjoying our time until we noticed the tiny clock at the bottom of our screen had already been rundown 30 mins. We noticed because the family in the next lane had their game shut down and had to go back to the counter repeatedly to purchase additional minutes to finish their game. We rushed but of course couldnt finish in time. Tough to enjoy the experience while you are rushing your kids through their game too. When the time did run out we were only 2 frames from done and we purchased an extra 10mins for $4 so we could complete our first game. The computer didnt reset for three of those minutes but they started the clock again as soon as the credit card was run so we only had 7 mins left of the ten.. then since the clock had run out the final score from the previous minutes wasnt calculated so we had to replay that frame... In any case it was ridiculous. Management either needs to change the policy of when games start or educate their staff on how to prepare their customers. If the staff had told us that the clock started as soon as they ran the card I wouldve prepared differently and probably would have had an excellent experience. In the end we didnt get to finish our game, the guy at the counter asked how it went and I told him not well and he said "hope to see you again soon"... Not likely. Bad policy can really hurt bottom lines, we had planned on staying and playing video games and getting something to eat but we couldnt wait to get out after the hassles.

I went here for my boyfriends Christmas party so I dont know much about the price and all but the service in the party room was pretty decent, we may have been there a little late but the pizza was kinda cold and not much toppings for the salad bar that was offered, the guy who was serving that area kept ignoring me when I was trying to order some beer so that was annoying. I wondered off to the 21 and over place and it was a blast the door man and the bar tenders were so nice and Chris the bar tender made me feel welcome and offered all sorts of different drinks he and the door man ( I regret I cannot remember his name) called me by name all night which made me feel like I belonged and was really awesome! The prices were what you would expect from a bar or restaurant in Utah but not too bad. After the bowling, which was so much fun, another couple and my boyfriend and I went to play some games, we did the ski ball, DDR, basketball hoops and a few other things the machines were in good condition and clean so that was huge for me, we had so much fun we plan to come back and do the laser tag soon. I definitely will be back!

The most over priced place I have stepped foot in. $30+ dollars for a game of bowling for 2 adults and a 5 year old. We had a 45 minute wait before a lane opened which we were fine with so we played some arcade games and we were having a good time then our thing buzzed to go pay for the game and I was literally shocked to hear $30+ for ONE game of bowling. We had already spent money on the games so I told the lady no thanks because a total including the money we spent on games would have been close to $50 for an hour and a half of fun. No thanks. When we were done with arcade games we had won some tickets and my daughter went to the desk to cash them in and we stood there forever and not one employee came over to the desk and I could see multiple employees walking around. Worst establishment in utah by far. We will never ever come to this ridiculous place again.

Ive never done a "package" birthday party before. But my 6 year old wanted to go bowling for his bday, and their package deal was only a dollar or two more than a single game for everyone. So we decided to give it a try. Not only was it a good value (we got a lot for our money) but everything was clean, and seemed new. And the service was out of this world. We were waited on hand and foot. Everything was provided for us and they were constantly checking to see how we were doing. It was the best bday party Ive ever had (and I have 4 kids so Ive done my share), kids loved it and it was effortless on my part. We just showed up. The manager there really took care of us.

Weve held national bowling tournaments here a well as kids birthday parties. Staff are always accommodating for large tournaments. Lanes are clean and when requesting to practice league style for an upcoming tournament, they are always willing to oblige. Snack bar catered to the Japanese bowlers as well and of course the pro shop is on point (thanks Clay). Birthday party room and staff could use work. Its usually dead in that room with staff sitting around, not being attentive. Some of the games didnt disperse tickets. Pizza was alright but again, not great service in the party room. Bathrooms in the entire faculty could use an overhaul.

Everything here is fine, except for one thing (hence 4 stars). They offer an "All You Can Bowl in 1 Hour" for $25 (during a certain day/time frame). Its an okay deal if you are alone or with one other person. If you have 3 or more people, are with children/kids, and/or people who like to take their time-- DO NOT get this special and just pay for the number of games you wanted to play. The reason why is if you have any of those 3 combinations, you feel rushed to get at least 2 games over with. You dont get to enjoy your time bowling/socializing and you are more stressed worried about if you are going to be able to finish that last game.

I dont bowl often, but I felt like the pricing was fair, $23 per hour for a lane on a Friday night. Shoes were <$10 I think too. Seating was a bit lacking, each table only had 4 seats, so our party of 6 was hard pressed to get good seating. also had a light show and projectors showing top40 music videos. Wonder if they do 60s rock nights or something similar, would definitely be fun. Have an arcade and laser tag, but we didnt take part in either. Also; staff sought me out and returned my cellphone I had left at the food counter (pretty good pastrami sandwich with fries), even after I accidentally spilled my drink everywhere.

Horrible. The employees are great, but the owner, brad is a dipstick. Makes crazy accusations of customers stealing from him, makes a scene with employees in front of customers. I dont know how this "man" is still a business owner. I guess its because he is an all around piece of work. Bree, is another piece of something. She talks and talks all night but does not work. I waited for a beer for 13 min until i said something. Then she gave me a look and went about her way. NEGATIVE 5 stars.
