It has been a few years since I have visited Desert Sky Lanes. They have definitely changed. New bowlers area and from talking to the staff new lanes! My latest experience at DSL was awesome. Friendly staff, the lanes worked with no problems. The food was good. Some friends and I came on a Sunday night around 8:30. They had a great special for only 1.29 a game. We enjoyed ourself so much we continued bowling after our 2 game we payed for and bowled till close. When we left the counter person also told us they have the same special Sun-Thurs. and Mondays only $1! Wow! After that Sunday night a group of our friends decided to make it Sunday Funday at DSL every Sunday. We have been coming bowling on Sunday for about a month. We still love coming and the staff is super friendly.

I went bowling with a group of students from my job for the special Olympics. I had a great time with the kids bowling however I am annoyed with the staff. The wings I ordered were horrible first they werent cooked through then they were burnt Christ! I decided to just ask for my money back. While the staff was polite they werent good either this little twit took my card and gave me a duplicate receipt no refund! I am looking at my account statement thinking I will never buy anything else in there!

Worst customer service ever. Cheap place. Asked an employee if they can turn off the lights and turn on the neon lights. The lady said that she will do it after 9pm. Asked her again at 9:10pm & she said that they wont do it unless more people show up because it costs "too much" money to have the lights off. NEVER going back.. First and last time i go there..we decided to go to AMF peoria lanes which is the best bowling place weve gone!

1) NO FIREARMS ALLOWED. You can entertain your family, but not protect them. 2) In the middle of my daughters birthday party the staff started waxing the 4 bowling lanes we had reserved for the party when we had 1 and a half hours left. No explanation was given. The bumpers were folded down (kids party) and they waxed the lanes and that was the end of the party.

The place is pretty fun... They have lice music and lights.. but the restrooms were pretty bad there was toilet paper all over the floor so we end it up leaving early because, I had to go to the restroom and I did not want to use it there because of its conditions..

My wife and I go bowling Sunday morning when the alley has bowling specials. The staff is friendly and courteous. The alley is clean. The bowling alley has many league opportunities and special promotions. The pizza is good and this bowling alley serves beer.

The manager (white guy) is very rude and prejudice towards Mexican customers. We were treated very poorly and stuff there in shock as s white customer was given great service. Boooooo will never spend my money at this place again!!!!

We like to go on Sunday mornings. At that time, there are fewer customers. The staff are friendly and professional. I am lactose intolerant and the staff will make me a cheese-free pizza. The bowling alley is clean. We enjoy going.

Waited for 15 min. to even be attended for bowling. They charged me wrong for a pizza and pitcher. If me and my friends needed anything there was no staff in sight to help. Disappointed with this place.

Didnt honor online reservations. Asked for a kid lane didnt get it until our session was just about over.. No hand sanitizing station.. Not nearly enough cheese on nachos.. Good boneless wings tho..

Bowl in a winter league here, always have fun. We decided to try the summer league but it is anything but fun. In fact its misery, it is so hot. Their idea of air conditioning is ceiling fans. Yuck!

Friendly staff, nicely oiled lanes and 40 of them. Was one of 3 groups at 4pm. 4 stars cause food and drink are expensive and they dont have 2 hours of unlimited bowling for a flat fee.
