a couple weeks ago, my clubs chaperone took us there after we all did superb at a local competition. we were all really excited to bowl and more then happy to look over the obvious disgust that the manager potrayed when we first entered, due to the fact tha we were such a large group. We had a decent amount of fun bowling on our 2 hour unlimited bowl (that we payed for in advance). although after the festivities and celebrations hd finished we lined up and took a few group pictures and one girl handed her camera to a chaperone or employee to take a picture for us, among with 4 or 5 other cameras.after all the funny face poses and silly outake pictures were taken we all got ready to go. in the chaos the girl misplaced her camera and none of us could find it ( and yes we searched every single member of our club) but we still couldnt find it on the bus or in the alley. it seemed to have literally vanished. although after 3 friends the girl and i went in to look for the camera we spotted a man cleaning the area(of which we had made care to clean before we left, he was just mopping) we spotted a suspicious bulge in his pants which was incredibly similar to the shape of her camera, when we politley asked the manager to ask him about him, they BOTH threw a childish fit and demanded we apologize. of course after searching everyone of our friends we thought it to be stupid that we wouldnt suspect a stranger. so we left there after the manager parting us with a few needless profanities and dirty looks. needless to say we will NOT be going back to such a place and we are extremely offended by the employees behaviors.

We went to this location before the change in management and liked it but I have noticed that the new manager has really cleaned the place up. Unfortunately, they have also increased prices and I dont like the staff as much. We paid $12 each for shoes and 2 hours of bowling which wouldnt be horrible if we didnt spend part of that two hours waiting in line at the bar (which was dead except for 2 people) trying to get served by the rude bartender and then paid $7 for a domestic draft beer. They also crammed everyone that came in on one side of the alley so the rest of our two hours was spent waiting for our turn to go up to the lane because we had to considerate of the people on either side us. Meanwhile, the rest of the alley is dead. I asked the girl behind the counter (which took a couple of minutes to get her attention since she was busy chatting with 3 other staff members behind the counter) to ask if there was a league coming in or a big reservation. She looked at me puzzled and replied, "no". Ummmm, why the heck are we all crammed next to each other then? Her reply, "Thats just how were supposed to do it." They also have a problem with the computers freezing up now and then which wastes more time and the cocktail servers NEVER come around to far end of the alley. The last time we were there we ordered the fried pickles which were delicious but I feel like the entire staff has an attitude if you make them work. Weve been there 3 times in the last month and every single time we have these issues. Even though it is less than 10 minutes from my house I dont think I will be going back here.

This place was horrible we got there and no one was there at the front desk to help us, there was 3 employees over by the snack bar who would stare but didnt as so much go ask us if we needed help or go get someone who could help us. And then finally a lady comes out and asks if we need help she was the only help so thank you to her. She called a man out who then told us we couldnt bowl because it was reserved for a league.... Like I get it that its reserved but at least put up a sign or something and have someone at your front desk to tell us that instead of us standing around waiting for someone to help us. Because of this experience me and my boyfriend are no longer going here. I honestly would not refer anyone here again.

It is terrible the manager is garbage and treats us like we are the bad guy. Plus the machines are broken its like if they dont fix them and the people who work on them take 20 minutes to bring you back a ball that is stuck. To anyone who this this this is a great place should think twice about bowling here.

The bowling is fun. I havent been in a league in a long time. BUT...the "Manager" has issues with managing. He was quite rude and impatient. It didnt make sense. I was there to pay all of our league tab and just couldnt be in any way grateful Im a good customer who helps pay his wages!! Foul!!

Hate this place never come here.... they over charged my boyfriend and when we went back for a refund they refused to give the money back... and instead they gave us a buy one game and get a game coupon that expired last year. And not only that all the employees had bad attitudes.

Had an awesome time today. Staff polite and knowledgeable. Very clean establishment. Restrooms were clean too. Soda was a bit pricey ($4+ for large) but other than that, no other complaints. I would have given them 5 stars if soda wasnt so expensive.

Even though the price was less than ME this place bowling lanes were horrible operated by people that had no clue. Had a group of 20 people will never bowl there again. The bar and servers were okay, this should be a bar. Just saying!!!

Came here twice in a row and have been told due to league bowling we must wait an hr! No where online does it show anything about league times which is ridiculous and a waste of my time! Will never return to this location

Great place to have a family fun night, very helpful and attentive staff, and the place was pretty clean. Only bad thing is that the lane seats are pretty cramped, especially when you have a big group of people.

The bowling was fun. They could be little more organized getting the lane ready though. I think the food is way too expensive for what you get.

My friends and I always come here when we go bowling. Staff is cool and friendly. Dont really eat the food here, but the chicken wings are good.

I prefer these lanes to Surprise. The summer pass makes bowling affordable again and its great to get the family out of the house.
