Last week, I and a friend went to see Girl on a Train, it just so happened that there was trouble showing the film. There were several calls to the girl named Frances (Lakeland Cinemark - Florida) and each time, she was most gracious and open to our complaints. She gave us free passes for food at the concession stand, also an offer to see a different movie because the trouble still existed. We went to see Birth of a Nation, and when we exited, Frances was there to direct us to the movie we originally wanted to see as she informed us the movie was not playing without a problem. Not only did we see a double feature and ate free snacks and drinks, but we left with two more free passes for a future time. The girl at the concession, Tyeisha, was equally as friendly and helpful. Whoever is in charge of hiring people for the Lakeland Cinemark should be blessed to have every employee as wonderful as these two! They were sweet and very understanding..

My wife and I enjoy this beautiful theater. The senior discount on tickets and combo is greatly appreciated. We would like to also recognize the following" team players " we met Monday morning May 2. Starting with concession Sarah was so pleasant, answered my questions and thanked me for being a guest.Then Ashley ,the cashier was super courteous, quickly and efficiently rang our order and thanked us in a genuine way.Dakota had just finished cleaning the theater and told us to go on in and have a seat,as I am disabled ,and he made sure we got in a clean well lighted area. Also would like to mention Diana ticket cashier was not there Monday but EVERY time we see her she is so happy to see us and makes us feel like VIP guests. The manager Frances is exceptionally nice and visibly interested in all aspects of her job.It is our (Don & Linda)pleasure to return.Kudos to the team!

I wouldnt even give them 1 star. Took the teenagers to see Annabelle, purchased their tickets informed the guy who collects tickets that that they had permission and we couldnt stay to walk them in. He said okay we leave, and shortly after the TEENAGERS went to go into the movie and he denied them made then switch out there tickets! This is just bull we the adults and parents should have been informed of this before left when we had spoken to employees. Its just ridiculous we are all extremely upset and wouldnt recommend going there again.

Long wait to buy your ticket, even with a line out the door, only one person was selling the tickets. Long wait in the line to buy snacks, only one person working behind that counter while they had two ladies walking around sweeping the floors and managers just observing wjat wa happening. Terrible customer service, and we were sold the wrong movie ticket start time, when we bought the tickets two hours in advance to avoid their rediculous long lines. ended up not finding s seat and requesting a refund. terrible managent!!

Went to watch the movie Sing. It was our first time in this theater, as we live closer to Cobb theater. I found this theater to be very small. We werent allowed to enter the theater until 20 minutes before the show started and once we entered we were surprised by how small the area was. The only good thing was the comfy seats, but again it was so tiny that the whole theater filled up with people and it was not comfortable to be elbow to elbow and feet to heads!

I went to the mall cinamak this Saturday to see the Jack Reaker movie and I went to the rest room before the movie started while in the restroom I dropped my credit card. After returning home. within five minutes I notice my card was missing. I went back to the movie and was told that Joe had found it in the restroom. I want to say thank you for being a wonderful person thank you again.

Great place to see movies I like the XD feature, Good quality. However, deciding to go to the movies today. They messed up, got a movie mixed up with times and rooms, honest mistake. Just a pain in the neck. Deciding that that spending time waiting feels like all day on Saturday, and left. Overall, good place to sit and stare at moving pictures. Four stars

Comfortable seating, good selections of snacks and drinks, ticket prices are average with a discount for seniors on Monday and for everyone on Tuesday. If you dont want to spend a lot them go on the discount nights. I think the food combos are the same as everywhere else. Overall a good place to go. The staff is excellent.

Went there with my girl and took advantage of their full bar. Halfway through, I went to get a couple of more and the guy wouldnt sell me 2 drinks. He said that I had to pull my girlfriend out of the movie, so he could stamp both of our wristbands. Id kinda understand on a weekend night, but this was a weekday.

The worst place, nice layout, but everything is way over priced, they made me the most disgusting strawberry daiquiri that tasted like nail polish remover for 9 dollars and when i asked if i could exchange it for a 5 dollar beer the refused. The worse service. They dont care at all about customers.

I love coming here with my friend! The lines move quickly and the staff are very cooperative. The popcorn is great, but the candy is average. Huge theaters, plenty of room for the family, and comfy seating. I cant say that Ive ever had a problem here, and its always a great experience.

$5.50 for a large coke with no refills! One line for tickets and snacks and one person. Overpriced but the theater itself is nice. Brandon theater has unlimited drinks and good food combo prices. Lakeland should take note. Also hire more staff!

Love the seats! Clean bathrooms MAJOR plus. They do have FAMILY restrooms on each side...love that! Free drink refills would be really nice. Concession pricing is high! concession total for my husband and I is same for dinner at Outback!

Nice comfortable seats great location and parking. Lots of snack choices. Other than ticket machine taking forever and freezing up not printing tickets it was a good experience. Great family outting but better to go on Tuesdays.

This theater is amazing. Spacious, comfortable seats, nice concessions that arent ridiculously priced, a cool app based rewards program (very convenient), and it feels new and clean. Nice, clean restrooms too!

This is a really nice theater. The seats and layouts are nice. I love the setup at the front where you grab your food. Its great because I can pop in and buy popcorn quickly without watching a movie.

It is a little overpriced but on the flip side, it is not as crowded and loud as Cobb. Good deals on Tuesdays....$10.50 for 2 tickets! You dont have to see that new movie on Sat. Seats are comfy.

Brand new and comfortable seats. The sound and screen are nice. The people there are friendly. I like the fact that on Tuesdays movies are only $5.50
