My wife and I got married in October of 2014. Kyle and Kristy both went above and beyond to help us to plan our wedding. We where both the first ones to get married out of our siblings. We had a big checklist of things to get done, and Kristy met with us and helped us to think about every detail, many of which we hadnt thought of. She met with us a second time as we finalized our wedding plans. The day our our wedding was perfect. We had a brunch for our families and then our wedding reception later. It was amazing! The starlight ceiling was amazing and really set the mood for our special day. I would recommend this reception center to everyone. They also did a great job helping us to make our day incredible even on a budget! Their themed suits are immaculate! The food was awesome, caterers were great! In the end, we had great help wedding planning and great service during the wedding.

I booked their facility for my reception, but I found out more people are now coming meaning I would need a bigger space. I asked if I could transfer credit and have them decorate a difference place instead. Which I was told I could when I booked the place. I would have paid them the same amount if not more to have then come and decorate. After speaking with one of them and being told I will get a call back. I never did. Instead I was sent an email with an invoice and with tiny print stating I canceled and they wont refund my deposit. I never told them I was canceling all I did was ask if I could transfer credit. They also offered only offer 15% off everything else. Which is basically nothing compared to the deposit. They wont work with you at any means, they lied, dont listen and their rooms smell like animals.

My husband and I chose 5th East Hall for our Wedding Ceremony and Reception. They were wonderful. Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to make sure we had all that we needed taken care of. All of the preparations that they did for us were easy and they delivered everything they promised. The day of the Wedding, my husband and I had little to nothing to worry about and everything went perfectly. Their price packages cannot be beat. They include everything from catering to decorations and it makes the wedding planning so much simpler. We have now recommended them to other couples and at least one has booked with them already.

Not only was the price amazing, but the look of the inside was exactly what I wanted. It is really hard to find a decent place under $1,000 and this place was excellent. the owners did everything I asked. They set up the tables and chairs at no extra cost. I didnt like some of the decor in the room, but they took it down for my event without charging me. Down the hall outside the reception hall, they have a grooms room and a separate brides room all with a key code to get into. i dont have any regrets with going with them. The owners are really down to earth people, which made me really comfortable when asking for requests.

The staff and Owners know how to make your wedding the way you want it From Decor, themes, flowers, cake, and most of all great food. Anytime I have a question or concern they are there to help with a quick response. Very hard working and genuine people to have planning my wedding. cant wait for the big day!! My son and daughter n law were planning a wedding in Georgia, but since we live in Alpine I needed to do a reception in American Fork. Kristy made the job so easy for us, she stepped us through everything and made sure that my daughter n law and son got everything they needed. I needed a place that could do it all and the 5th East Reception center did an awesome job. I would recommend you in a heart beat. We had our daughters reception here and we could not have asked for more! The facility was great and it transformed into exactly what the couple wanted. The staff was fantastic and more than willing to assist us in any way we needed. All of our guests commented how nice everything was. This past year I scheduled 5th East Hall for our principals social and had a great experience. They were great to work with and accommodated all of our needs including when we brought in a student orchestra to play before our luncheon. The food tasted great, the venue looked great, the location was very convenient and all at a reasonable rate. Highly Recommended

This brand new reception center seriously exceeded my expectations. The venue is large, brand new, and beautiful. I especially loved the fountain wall in the entry way and the ceiling lights in the main hall that look like stars. They also do catering, cakes, flowers, and decor if you want them. Overall, I loved it!

Fun bed and breakfast! My wife and I went for our anniversary and got the Rome room. Awesome shower! Also you just make the waffles in your room so its nice and private, you dont have to go eat breakfast with all the other people there.

Lighting was a little dim. The staff was semi-rude, but very helpful. They let us get additional chairs when more guests came than anticipated (we got them out of storage). Pretty water feature thing. Felt somewhat like a strip mall.
