Not happy about the hourly rate that they just started. I understand the business need for people who loiter but why should the rest be penalized for it? My brother is down syndrome. We took him bowling when my family came up from St. George to visit. He is a Special Olympics gold medalist. Loves bowling. We love to take him. However, there is an issue, my brother is slow. There is no way to make him go fast when it comes to bowling. He is accustom to 3 games. For 5 people on 2 lanes, league style, all avid bowlers, we only managed to finished 2 games for $50. Normally this $50 would cover 3 games. BTW, this is a small group for us. Usually we have about a dozen players on 3 lanes. We had to hurry through and not enjoy ourselves or the company of family. We even bought drinks and food while there. So its not like we did not help make up for the revenue while we took longer than most. Sadly, we will no longer go here knowing there is an hourly rate. It just does not work for us. This business model discourages people with disabilities from playing without a league. Those with little kids will probably find this will become costly as well. My point, not family or disability friendly business model at all! I would recommend those reading this to go if it was date night and you want to rush through or have money to burn. I am sure league players will find it better for them. New bowlers, not so much. Thank you All Star for accommodating people of all abilities and making them feel welcome with a family friendly approach to business. <---- This is meant sarcastically. Too bad, we liked your lanes even if we live in Riverton. We drove all the way to give you our business even with 3 different lanes that were closer.

My friends and I had a good time. Other than the fact the music lady who was in charge of the music was plain RUDE! I requested a song and then it cut off quickly so I thought they just had a interruption they couldnt do nothing about it. So my boyfriend went back to NICELY request it again and the lady was being unprofessional and snapped at him saying no because it had less than 5 seconds of Lesbians kissing in the video and she couldnt have it at a family establishment. I understand if that was inappropriate but she didnt have to be rude about it, she couldve simply said unfortunately we cant play it due to inappropriate material in the video. Instead she had an attitude about it. But the funny thing was they had a Kesha song before with her half naked and 5-6 other girls laying with her as well? And before we left they played baby got back which shows butts through the video and then some inappropriate lyrics. Everything else was fine other than that employee.

Issues at the bar - Whitney is not friendly. Issues with our lane. Took over 45 minutes to fix it and by the time it was fixed, the other half of our party was done with games on their lane. No resolution or refund or extra games were offered. Food was terrible - I do not recommend ANYTHING fried. After throwing away the Sampler, i ordered nachos. They were out of taco meat for the nachos so I asked for extra cheese... very few chips had enough cheese on them to even be considered nachos. I arranged a night of fun out to celebrate my husbands birthday and had a couple decline simply because they dont like allstar. Very disappointed with my experience. I dont complain often - I work in the service industry and understand sometimes things just Happen. But every aspect of our outing was disappointing.

Our family LOVES All Star Bowling! Recently we had a Saturday night out with our kids and their cousins and played at the Draper location. We bought each of the kids a $20 play card and it lasted long enough for them to play and have fun with Laser Tag, and arcade games. Bowling lanes are really nice, well-kept, and seating for all. We ordered fries and nachos, they were delicious! When we have our kids we love this area! When we are ready for an adults night out, we opt for the Pins & Ales section for adults only and VIP bowling lanes.

Ive come here many times throughout the years usually visits are pleasing. Every once in a while they seem to have off days. The place is clean and kept up for the most part. Accommodations for children and seniors is a plus. Kids enjoy the arcade as well. In my opinion food is over priced and only "gas station"worthy seems quality declines each time . Staff is friendly more often than not. 21+ side is decent as well its nice to have a beer and bowl. Good for family.

The nachos were microwaved.... Even then, it took about 30 minutes to get them out to us. We ended up spending $70 for 2 of us for 3 games of bowling. There wasnt a good variety of bowling balls. The shoes were mismatched so one of my feet hurt most of the night. The place isnt worth that much money. Im feeling quite ripped off honestly. We had nachos, one pitcher of beer, 3 games of bowling....all that for $70! Not worth it.

Its a bowling alley bar. Its dark. Theres TVs playing live sports. They bring in food from the bowling alley if you order it. You cant take drinks out to the bowling alley, or drinks in from the bowling alley. If this bar were anywhere else, not attached to a bowling alley, it would probably be a two or three star place. But because it takes something I hate, like bowling, and adds hard liquor to it, thats a pro in my book.

Lol...... One of the employees spat in my face because I requested my nachos for the 20th time, hours later I received the nachos, and a big loogie to the face, other then that the All Star Fun Center kind of blows!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish never to return to any All Star Fun Centers and Ill forever give this place bad rep and show the video of the young girl spitting on me : In tell then I expect an apology.

Went here with my best friend a few weeks ago. He threw my ball and it got stuck in the gutter lane. So we tried getting it out but the manager came over and yelled at us saying the equipment is expensive. All we were trying to do is get the damn ball out of the gutter. Freaking A. So he got the stupid ball out for us and then we just continued to bowl. Overall nice staff and clean environment.

This isnt my favorite location, we came one night when the dark lights were on, but in the middle of it all, they turned all the lights on and it looked like any old bowling alley, it really killed the vibe of the place and not to mention, our lane froze or broke down a few times and we ended up waiting a long time for someone to fix it rather than just giving us another lane to bowl on.

Food sucks, and its over priced. Food counter help is clueless. They insist for my lane number, they even have a hand crafted sign letting you know in advanced, then never come to the correct lane. Bowling wise, it needs some TLC. Pins are always off spot, consistently have break downs on league nights, touch screens are broken more then they work.. Typical Sheppard owned facility.
