This theater has implemented changes that are not for the better. Assigned seating means even if you get there 45 minutes early, you may still get the crap seats. Also, if you dont like where you are sitting for any reason, its not so easy to change. The concession stand has changed to a cafeteria-style line. This takes up the entire center of the lobby. If you need to get from one side to the other (for service counter, concessions, tickets) you have to walk all the way around. Automated ticket machine: found someone elses tickets in it. Waiting till it seemed all my tickets were printed before walking away. Nope, one ticket came out delayed. Thankfully, someone turned it in. Seats in front were SO close you couldnt see the screen. By the time all this was sorted out, we missed so much of the movie, we decided to leave without seeing it. Were told we couldnt get a refund because the movie was already 20 minutes in. Would only give passes. Going to the movies should be fun and relaxing, not a series of hassles.

We went to this theater to see White House Down. Online show time listed at 5:20. We waited in line, got up to the register and the associate informed us that the showings were 7:00 and 10:00. We had her double check and she pulled out a paper schedule that did indeed have a 5:20 show time. She called over another associate and she confirmed there was a 5:20 showing. She then called the manager and was informed due to the high volume of Despicable Me 2 they bumped the 5:20 showing of WHD. They did make good with us by letting us see another movie that was open for free and gave us 2 movie passes for later. What gets me is the lack of communication. We stood in line for 10 minutes (all the while the line’s getting longer behind us) waiting for them to figure this out. Whoever made this decision should have informed the employees. This is bad management skills in my opinion.

I go to the theater almost every weekend. I find the recliners chairs awesome, being able to pick seats before the movie is great. Show the staff your phone and your on your way. No lines, no fuss. What I did find is the theater gets dirty and not is tended too through out the day. You are better to go earlier than later as it appears no one cleans up during the day, and if your early the mess is not there. The staff is young and usually pleasant, however I see nobody trying to clean up after the mess is made. Popcorn and papers everywhere, oh and dont forget the 3 D glasses wrapped in plastic. Guarantee you will sit or stand on that. Food prices are outrages, best to eat then go and see the movie. I would recommend strongly you go, but earlier the better. I love the theater and only wish a cleaning crew was working during the movie hours.

Came to see a movie that just recently came out and decided to to try a new place. The place was very nice, but was outraged on how rude the service was. As first timers, we were a bit lost on where to go. We were screamed at by employees when they asked "next in line" and we did not even receive a "enjoy your movie." We just felt unwelcomed .Then we proceeded to our theater a little early but was directed to come back at a certain time. We waited in the waiting area and it was really dirty. So then we came back as we were told, there was a huge line and it felt like we were here for a concert which was ridiculous. We should have been treated way nicer and they just ruined our first experience here. Although two of the employees did a great job keeping the crowd to be silent in our theater. Im just going to stick to our local theater for now.

the place has recently undergone an extensive renovation at quite a cost i expect. the new seats were awesome and the imax experience was great albeit somewhat pricey. my experience was tempered by the lack of cleanliness in this place . popcorn salt and other debris littered the floor to which employees and management seemed to be oblivious . upon entering the mens room it looked decent enough until the smell of piss hits you . the floor looks like it hasnt been washed with soap or bleach in some time,. the grout lines are black ( not original color ) your shoes stick to the floor while walking and i hope its water im standing in when im using the urinal .i hope the ladies room is better but i doublt it . CLEAN UP YOUR ACT FOR GODS SAKE AND HIRE SOME HELP AND GIVE THEM SOME TRAINING .

I happen to go to this movie theater a lot, but only because it is nearby. The renovation has only made things more frustrating every time I go, but the staff is usually kind to their customers. The only time I experienced an unpleasant staff member was the last time I was there. I was paying for my food at the concession stand when I had this really sassy cashier who didnt even ask for my stubs card or if I even wanted one. (I had one but never used it) The name on the girls name tag was Devin. When I announced after I payed about the stubs card mishap, she rolled her eyes at me. I dont know if she was new, but this made me question the way AMC treats trains their staff.

I brought my grandchildren to a movie the Monday after Christmas. Before the movie started the theater was evacuated due to an alarm malfunction and the movie was not shown. I was not able to get a refund from the theater for the $73.50 I paid for tickets. I was told by an employee that I would have to initiate a dispute with my bank. I went to the theater the following Wednesday (tickets stubs and receipt in hand) and was told I could get movie passes but no refund. My bank says it can take 90 days to process the dispute. I feel cheated. On top of the inconvenience, now I have to chase them for a refund.

I brought my kids to this place last Saturday night to see the Star Wars movie on IMAX. This was, bar none, the DIRTIEST THEATER IVE EVER BEEN IN. Trash was EVERYWHERE. All over the floors, not just in the theaters, but also in the common areas, halls, concession area, and especially the bathrooms were were positively nasty. Old Foxboro Stadium had cleaner bathrooms! The management obviously takes no interest in the customer experience. I even asked a girl at the concession stand, "Is this place always this trashed?" She answered, "Pretty much, yea." Stay Away.

Never have had a problem with this theater but my only complaint is that they shouldnt allow children under the age of 6 into a showing past 9:45pm. I make sure to go to a late night showing just to avoid this kinda situation. Im not a fan of spending hard earned money just to get stuck in a showing with 3 crying children at 10:30pm, Most parents will understand this but others have no consideration an thats the problem. So AMC if you can do something about this that would be great, allot of people feel the same way as I do about these situations.
