It was a long time ago (the year i have seen to forgotten) So there i was just a lad at the age of about 9 or 10. me and my family were looking for something to do on Christmas eve. A movie? no there wasnt any good films out. Go out to dinner? Every where was packed. Except McDonalds. We google what the hell we could do in this godforsaken county, then we found it, Buddies Bowling. It was built be hind the Walmart Super center. so we dive through the Walmart Super center Super Parking Lot to get to the establishment. we arrived and there wasnt a lot of people there. We were almost greeted by the bumper of a 2003 Buick LeSabre. After our dance with death we enter the establishment and were hit with the smell of sweat,and shoe cleaner. the sounds of the arcade and bowling balls landing on the lane, and Middle schoolers yelling about how they are gonna slay the strange of a supermodel or the really hot girl in spanish class. Now thats the biggest problem to this place. the GD preteen douche canoes who think theyre so cool because they are hanging out at a place that sells beer, its a shame they cant buy any or theyd get "hella wasted". any way i digress. We go up to the counter to get our shoes and we sit there for about 12 minutes while the employee sits on the phone talking to her boyfriend about how she "swears shes finna gonna quit". So my daddy finally says " hey! what can a brotha do to get some kicks?" She says sorry but the apology is not accepted. We tell her our shoe size and we get our lane and you probably guessed it, THEY WERE THE WRONG SIZE. ALL OF THE SHOES WERE THE WRONG SIZE! so we go change out the the sizes and we begin to bowl. The balls and lanes are very nice. It was after 8 pm so they had all the lasers and disco balls out and we had a good time. The food was ok. so after bowling we went laser tagging and it had the same problem as every other laser tagging place in the world. The instructions last longer then the tag. The instructor was a red hair afro, sour cream white kid id estimate around 17. His voice was raspy like he was at karaoke night over across the way at Applebees. He had the sent of lavender and old socks. The whole room had beed soaked in this smell while also combining the sweat smell of the alley and the arena. we were shown a cheesy video of a guy getting blasted into last generation. the game play was nice and the areana was actually larger and better than i originally thought there was a fair amount of smoke so that you could see the lasers hitting your enemy. Back then i was nimble and agile enough to perform various tricks such as the 360 no-scope or the reverse hip shot or the flip and double kill#getrekt 720 reverse tail kick. We finninsh the game and we leave we had fun and we went home excited for the morning of the christmas. I recently returned to the Now All Star Lanes(which i think sound like an std) And i went and bowled a perfect 300 like usual and i go do some laser tag which still has that same old smell. I try to attempt some dope tricks but i cant. Im getting older and i can no longer rek people. I only have my dreams and some dank memes.

If there was a zero star option, I would give it! Clerk was completely incompetent when we initial paid for our games. Charged us for 12 games instead of 3, was on the phone the entire time and was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When we realized she had charged us for 12 instead of 3, we went up to the counter and EVERY SINGLE employee (the girl who made the mistake originally was gone) told us they were unable to refund it but could "give us laser tag credits".... We dont live in Tooele, and we didnt come to play $50 worth of laser tag. Argued about it for 20 minutes, and the employees still refused to fix THEIR OWN MISTAKE. Clerk continuously told us "it wasnt her fault" and "we had no reason to be frustrated" and gave an insane amount of attitude for being on the side of fault, but refused to fix the problem. Finally another employee stepped in and said there was only 1 person authorized to give refunds. (Aka, fix their mistakes). He called them, they didnt answer. He promised theyd refund the $35 they charged us extra as soon as the guy called back. . . I guess well see. Well just be calling every day until its done I guess. Horribly trained employees, crappy equipment, and rude clerks that A. Dont understand customer service, and B. Cant even fix THEIR OWN MISTAKES. Nobody should have to get angry and argue for 30+ minutes just to get money back when YOUR EMPLOYEE charges them 4 times as much as they should have.

We enjoy the summer discount bowling and if you are there before 11 you get free shoes. Today (7-11-17) we arrived at the counter at 10:57. There was no one else in line but the manager was talking to another employee. She did know we were there. She came to help us and we were charged $25 for the 6 of us. I reminded her that we were here before 11am, the rule for free shoes. She apologized and said that her computer reads 11 and the free shoes dont apply. Being the manager, I know she could have not even charged for the shoes. So, not willing to pay $25, I took my kids and walked out. All Star Lanes, you lost money today. You could have made $12 plus whatever we would spend on refreshments, but instead of honoring your "Before 11am" rule, you forced us in a different direction. I have worked retail and fast food. I KNOW there is always a way to please a customer. It was NOT my fault you were occupied with an employee. I was there. I was in line before 11. You should have honored your advertisement.

Food here sucks. Spent 7 or 8.99 dollars on a poor excuse of a pork quesadilla. Hardly any cheese. Stupidly little amounts of cheese. The tortilla was dry and crunchy? Not in a good way. Hoping management will respond to me. I had someone on staff look at my food, a manager, who didnt offer me a refund, didnt offer any explanations, and didnt offer to make a better one. Please improve.

I wanted to try out my new ball and shoes so I went on a Sunday. Staff was standing around, which would be fine if the lanes were clean, but They were not. My new shoes that were white on the bottom were covered in dirt. The sitting area had sticky floors. Its just a mess there. 1 give it one star, I would give it worse if I could.

Food is absolutely TERRIBLE. Not just the price but seriously garbage. Employees great but come on you have a kitchen use it. Everything comes out microwaved or just plain a joke. Wings horrible, nachos worse than 7-11, and lets not even mention the $15.00 " fish n chips" ....worst food ever.

So we like going here cause its close and the kids have a good time. But after ordering wings for the kids, having them eat 1 or 2, discovering they are still frozen, returning them only to have them microwave the chewed on wings. Ya 0 stars is the real rating here. That is unacceptable
