My fiancé and I went to see Logan in this theatre. I thought it would be a nice treat. I was incredibly mistaken. Once we got our tickets, we went to the concession stand to order our dinner. The girl who was behind the counter was extremely rude. I ordered the Cuban sandwich, and my fiancé ordered the bacon cheeseburger. They send you to a different counter with a pager to wait for your food. I see my Sandwich come up in the window- perfect right? wrong. We then proceeded to wait for the cook to make orders for people who came in behind us, then make my fiancés cheeseburger- 20 minutes later. Finally hers is done. They then try to pass off my COLD sandwich. You seen me standing there the entire time. Did you really think I would not notice?!!! When I let them know, they asked me if I wanted it made again. Obviously, Otherwise I wouldnt have ordered it. As the cook was making my sandwich again, I see him to continue to give me dirty looks for it. What was their excuse? "Oh, we only have one person working the line." What the hell does that have to do with cooking orders together?! Okay, finally got the food, fiasco over right? wrong. We finally get seated in our seats, sit down to watch the movie. Several times during the movie, they have ushers walking the theater to check (for security I guess?), Completely disrupting you watching the movie. Then had a rude patron answering her phone during the movie SEVERAL times. Okay, you can disrupt us for that, but you cant tell her to shut her phone off? LUXURY THEATER??!!!! there is nothing luxury about this place. The only reason why I gave it two stars is for the comfortable power-reclining theatre seats and the trays that hold your food like a little table.

This is the best movie theater in town. Reserved seating, the chairs are huge and have electronic adjustable buttons. You can pay extra to sit in chairs in the front that shake and move around with the movie as well. The only reason Im not giving it 5 stars, is because the food staff has no idea what they are doing for the most part. I ordered a blended iced coffee once, off of their menu above them, there are only two options for coffee. It took over twenty minutes for them to do it, I had to go back and ask 3 times, I saw one of them pour coffee into a cup and put a sludge on top of it. The cup was also less than half full. The other employee tried to give it to me and it was the first time Ive ever told someone I wasnt going to drink that. The manager had to come over, and he was googling how to make a blended coffee. I was amazed at what was going on, I told them forget about it and just give me a regular coffee in exchange, even though I paid over $5 for the other one on their menu. No apologies to me, they handed me the cup of HOT coffee, I had to ask for ice twice, I also had to ask for creamer, and sugar, and a lid...it was a bit ridiculous. Other than that aspect, the theater is really great, the rest of the staff is awesome and knowledgable, and the process of getting tickets is easy and comfortable with a few options to choose from. They also have a bar on the side that you can get beer or even pitchers for the theater.

Disappointing experience. When we walked in to purchase our tickets that I purchased online the girl who rang us up saw that we were going to watch Annabelle creation and told us she had already watched it and then proceeded to tell us part of the movie. Then being our first time at that theatre we asked how the food worked, if they bring the food to us and she said yes. So we went to the line to order our food and we asked the boy at the register if that was the place to order food and he said "yeah but youll have to wait cause Im making drinks". So we then went to the other cashier and ordered $50 worth of food which was only two cheeseburgers and two large drinks and a small popcorn and was handed a device that notified us when the food was ready. We asked again if the food would be brought to us and she said No. We told her the other young lady at the ticket counter told us they would and she just said No again. I wouldnt have gotten the food if I would have known Id have to get up in the middle of the movie to go get it and then try to fix it as fast as I could to get back to my seat like a race. The tray was big and awkwardThe picture was good the volume was too low and the seats were the best part of the experience. Probably wouldnt go again.

Easy ticket sales. But I thought the food and bar area with popcorn/concessions sales area a little confusing.after you get the popcorn you come back towards the front and not towards the theater like most places. It was filthy around concessions area.i mean no cup lids, sticky countertops and dirty floors. I asked an employee where lids were for small cups. Instead of answering, he chose to complain about it to a co-worker pointing out there were lids still. Lol. Yeah..Opposite of where I purchased my drink. A few. While two of the three lid holders were empty. I asked for a manger and showed her. I felt if people are going to spend 20 bucks on a large soda or whatever the area could at least be clean. I dont think many of the employees took their job seriously and are possibly mismanaged. I drove 30 minutes from home because a friend wanted to check out this theater. Well...In the end, I just want a movie. The seats were comfy. The theater was a good size and I enjoyed the surround sound. I would go again, if I was in the area. There was an employee named Brandon that took obvious pride in his job. He was helpful on two separate fronts, in different areas.which means, to me he was working the floor and going above and beyond.

We had gone to this theatre a few times pruor without complaint. But this time the theatre was dirty the moment we walked in, popcorn all over the floors. I saw employees just none doing their job, they were just wandering around and talking to eachother about everything other than work. If you asked a question they came off rude to busy or totally clueless, not what you would expect especially on the first day of the new transformers movie. On to the concession and food area, popcorn was burnt and looked old, different cup sizes were missing or close to being empty, lids etc etc. Spills all over the counters in front of the soda machines, I watched management just hanging out by the customer service booth almost clueless as to what to do or what was even going on. the only good thing about the whole thing was the Movie itself and the comfortable seating. The D Box chairs also a very cool experience. Oh and the Pizza. Not my first choice for a place to go see a movie, unless your going straight in without questions, snacks or a drink.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I dont know how to properly convey how awesome this theater is! Let me start with the atmosphere. As soon as you walk in you can tell this is a cool place! They have a restaurant, bar and self serve concession. It was awesome! Their food selection is phenomenal! This isnt your average popcorn/nacho/pretzel kind of establishment (though they have all of that). Folks, they had a frozen yogurt bar, pizzas, fries...wait for it...I even saw hummus available. What?! Healthy movie goer options?! Score! Next, the theatre itself. Three words... Power reclining seats. Yes, you read that correctly. I may never be able to see another movie at a "normal" theater again. Even in a packed theater youd feel like you have enough space. You can extend your legs as far as you want and not have your feet on the persons seat in front of you (unless youre super freakishly tall). That also means no one will have their feet on the back of your seat. I cant speak more highly of this place. Awesome. Id give it 10 stars if I could!
