Wow what a scam. I cant believe they can do this. We bought tickets online and when we came to the theater they said they were "sold out" of general admission and we had to pay $10 a ticket for vip. They said they can sell out any time BUT I cant even get the tickets for the show I want to see tomorrow....because I have to make the reservations DAY OF....NOT TODAY. this sucks. Spoke with Nick a manager and he said he cannot waive the $40 (we have 4 people) he was not accomodating and couldnt direct us to anyone who could be. I showed him this very bad review and told him I was going to post it and he said "go ahead". WARNING TO EVERYONE BUYING these types of tickets it is a SCAM. They can sell an unlimited number of tickets and not have to offer a service for the money they received. Unfortunately for them I am one of the more intelligent people who does internet marketing for a living and I will be informing the general public thru all avenues of social media not to purchase these tickets. SCAM ALERT!

TERRIBLE! When we went to the show my seat was soiled. There was urine and who knows what else on the seat that I sat in for at least 45 minutes. I thought that it was spilt water from the people who accidentally sat in our seats otherwise I would have gotten up right away. The ushers, box office employees, and the waitresses were amazing but the manager was terrible. Michael Moore was the most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with. He blew us off multiple times and was not concerned at all. He tried to make us feel bad for saying something and disrupting his night. Not only were my pants ruined but we paid extra for the VIP tickets and I missed over half of the show trying to speak with him (and we had to wait 30-45 minutes after the show to get to talk to him). The short period of the show that I saw was good; however, if you plan on going to the show MAKE SURE you check the seat first.

We had a great experience all around! I had two free tickets already and contacted support about getting a 3rd for my aging father in law and they took very good care of us. Support chat was quick, efficient and very personable. The staff was friendly and very helpful with the effects of disability my guests had, even going to get ear plugs for us right as the show was starting as we were concerned about it being too loud for my father-in-law, and had forgotten to get them when we first got there. We went to the ultimate variety show and had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment. Ticket prices do seem a little high, but I cant complain since I had complimentary tickets.

What a mistake! If I could rate this lower I would! A horrible experience! Long lines that seem to never move and horrible ticketing procedures. I suggest that the box office might benefit from getting its act together. Perhaps label the lines better: (ticket holders, online purchases, Tix4Tonight purchases, non ticket holders) Your goal should be to move the lines and get the audience inside by showtime. When finally inside both the theatre and show were disappointing as well. If I had it to do over again I would rent a movie and spend my money elsewhere.

The shows are good they could use some improvements the staff is rude they are inconsiderate I was suckered into paying $59.99 more for VIP because I asked several times as I am legally & partially blind they still put us way back while others who seem to know the ushers got better seats upfront the drink is the cheapest and no jello shot overall I should only give them a star but I am fair in my reviews I have emailed David Saxy and I hope they can learn to handle disabled guest better in the future.

Fairly decent show one time thing kids lost interest half way through. The lines are very confusing and disorganized saw many people having problems with the wait and entry poorly trained staff. Had vip seats although didnt matter as the show started all the people from the back flooded the empty vip seats and got closer than we did.. people standing in the walkways as it was overcrowded acts are only a few minutes long each.. overall it does not live up to the hype of a vegas show

This was my first real Vegas Show and I wasnt disappointed. I laughed, I cried. The singing and dancing were amazing. The "story" was fun. Even my hubs, who is NOT a musical person, was impressed with the superb talents of the actors. I could watch it again and again. I cant say enough about this show. If the opportunity arises for you to catch this show....I say DO IT!!! It is well worth it and the memories will last a lifetime.

I went to The Mentalist show at the V Theater. Amazing show it was. The theater was very clean and the ambiance very well suited for the show. It would have been better if this place would have more seats so I would not have to run at 9:30AM to get the tickets. I got the tickets as part of the stay at Hilton Elara and I could redeem the tickets the same day. Other then that, everything was good. Stayed up to my expectations

I feel the box office cheated me out of my money by saying the cheaper seats have been sold out. However, when attending the show, I observed that the rows behind my "upgraded" seats were mostly unoccupied. Theater entrance and box office lines are very disorganized, creating unnecessary delays for this rather small theater. The bathrooms were filthy. The show was satisfactory.

Great theater, friendly staff, and the shows are amazing. All super family friendly with affordable prices. I always get the VIP seats, I hate waiting in line so i arrive late and still have all my seats reserved. Phone agents for this company will always try their best to help you get the best deal!

Highly suggest watching zombie burlesque, hilarious show about the most unlikely thing ever.. zombies! Dancing, singing, comedy all in the show. Took my wife here who loves that dirty humor, check it out. Not to mention a few drinks from the bar were a fairly good price and the staff extremely helpful!

Spent good money over $120.00 to see the least scripted, crass off the collar, unfunny rude and vulgar show I have ever seen. Should have seen the burlesque show where the actors are true to the art form. I travel the country and see shows in many theaters, the one in Addison Texas the best

I have waiting in line for 30 minutes. Customer Service is bad here, they take 35 minutes to sell tickets. Not to mention there is 3 people at desk and there is no movement. Advise to management need to organise staff and have more of them. Very bad...

After a long day navigating the strip Michael Moore was extremely kind and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we could book back-to-back shows for our two kids. He also did not try to pressure us to spend more money than we had to.

I saw the Marc Savard show. It was awesome. Got the tickets for a really really good price. I would defiantly go again. I only wish the show was a little longer. But with the price i got for the tickets i guess i can just go to two shows.
