Nothing but the Absolute Best! Over the weekend we scheduled a birthday party for my daughter and it could not have been any easier. Our party host was amazing and sweet, taking care of all the little kids, and helping them at the bumper cars and lazer frenzy. We also reserved lanes for bowling that made the day very special. My daughter got 3 strikes and couldnt have been any happier. She was one of the only kids that didnt need the rails, which the teenager at the bowling desk had to come show us how to put up. My generation and technology do not mix very well. LOL The best part of the day was the bowling because of the sweet little blonde server who came around and checked on us even though our host had everything covered. Also, the tall young man at the bowling desk who made me laugh on more than one occasion, and helped get shoes over and over, even if we did end up getting the original pair. He even gave us a few extra minutes at the end to allow the kids to finish their game which i felt was very generous, as I did offer to pay for it. The kids loved the pizza, the arcade, and the prizes they redeemed their tickets for. I will be coming back next year, and the year after that after having such a wonderful experience. I recommend any parent out there looking for a place to hold their childs birthday, to call and schedule it here. Thank you to the staff and managers who made that day special!

We went on 12/29 at 2pm. The line was busy but we didnt mind waiting. Then we paid for an hour instead per game. All was well, but then when we had about reached the midpoint of our hour, the bowling balls got stuck down at the end of the lane and werent coming back up to track. We went and told the one teenage kid at the counter but he was the only one working there and there was an enormous line of people that he was trying to help and so he he said "yeah Ill be right there". 10 minutes had passed and still waiting to bowl. So I walked over the portion of the bowling alley with the bar and told the guy their and told him that it was eating into our time we paid for and he just said, "Ill take care of it" but never did anything... so we continued waiting until that teenage kid finally got some help and he was able to fix our lane. At this point we only had a few minutes left of our hour. We were extremely discouraged since that was eating into paid time. Tried resolving it with another employee and ask for the manager but had no luck so out of frustration we left. Very disappointing experience. We were just one of many customers and they could care less.

Went here with a group of friends and had fun overall. The place is clean and there is a ton to do; however, Ben in the bar section is a big jerk. We were having a great time laser tagging and bowling in the main section but it went downhill the second we stepped into the bar/club area. My husband and his friend wanted to bowl in the bar section and asked Ben how much it would be given that they only had a half hour left, he gave them attitude and acted like it was a big inconvenience to let them bowl on one of the many open lanes for only a half hour when they already had shoes. He said, "you really want to bowl with only a HALF HOUR?" They were able to fit 2 games into that half hour so yes, they wanted to bowl... Plus, they close at 1 A.M. instead of the 2 A.M. posted online so be ready to chug your drink after last call because they do not hesitate with kicking you out right after last call.

All Star is a Bowling/Entertainment (aka redemption games) spot. What sets this place apart, is that it seems that the staff actually take pride in their work. As we went around the redemption games, almost none of them were broken, as we went to the bowling area, everything was well taken care of. Thats really what sets this place apart from places like Chuck-e-Cheeses. There is usually not a whole lot of pride in those establishments. While we were bowling, we got some food. Of note, All Star brews its own Root Beer. So we got a pitcher of Root Beer for the family to share, some cheese fries (good) and some chicken fingers. All of it was more than passable. Plus - the staff helped my son when he didnt have quite enough tickets to get what he wants. Its those little things that will keep me coming back.

Hypocritical toward gun owners. I was open carrying a pistol on my hip and bowling with my family. I was asked to leave or put my firearm in the car because my open carry was not "kid friendly" not withstanding the fact they have an open and visible nighclub where they serve alchaol and at least one music video with bikini clad women in it at the bowling alley. Even if they didnt have those I will never understand the logic of gun-free places. There are also no signs on the door indicating no firearms allowed either which the manger said he shouldnt have to do. If I ever choose to go there again, which is not likely, then I would conceal carry thereby making me more kid friendly. I did ask my wife and four kids later on and they all said that they thought that I was kid friendly.

Called ahead to find out what time they were open till and apparently they have agents that take their calls who dont know the correct closing time. But when speaking to the manager he told us that yes, their website says 2 am but said they have always closed at 1 am. This is frustrating for the customers. He mentioned that the company is aware of this but will not do anything to change the time online. Staff were rude and unhelpful and act like they dont want to be here. Everyone was giving us different information and it was frustrating. They pretty much lied to us just so they can close up early. Manager gave us free laser tag passes, but only because we asked. I can see why they have such a high turn over rate.

Normally I cant stand going to a bowling alley as most give off the seedy disgusting "kingpin" style atmosphere. Images of fat people eating pizza, drinking beer and smoking cigarettes come to mind. But that was then and this is now and a whole new generation of bowling venues are here to stay. All Star is big, clean and has plenty of things to do. It has a vast array of video games and other arcade style games. The bowling alleys are wide, modern with plenty of big screen televisions playing the latest sporting event. Factor in good food and a diverse drink options and you have a fun place to bowl...if only they had Bill Murray on retainer to play Ernie McCracken on command...
