HORRIABLE! The lane kept skipping peoples 2nd turn or would steal the ball. VERY FRUSTRATING!!!! Specially after the 5th time of waiting over 5 minutes just to get the bowling ball to return. Thats half the time I PAID for, spent on waiting! After it happening well TOO many times, we only had 15 min left and couldnt even get threw half of ONE game, I asked for a refund. The manager said he could give us a 15% off coupon???? or refund but we couldnt finish playing for the last 15 min.... okay seriously??? HORRIBLE costumer service! How does a 15% off coupon compinsate for the 30 minute you guys wasted?! How is it ethical and appropraite to tell us we cannot continue for 15 last min after you guys already wasted our time and money, considering we could have went somewhere where the lanes worked. I tell EVERYONE now, NOT to go here. Hopefully this review helps you work on your costomer survice skills or soon youll have no costumers. Specially with your faultly ball returner (probably should be fixed!)

Tons of lanes. Went on a Saturday and wasnt disappointed. Took my 7 yr old with and played at the bumper lanes, which looks like the first 10 lanes could be used as bumper bowl lanes. They had decent music videos playing on the screens. And wait staff to bring food and drink. Prices on the food and drinks were fair. They also have a pretty large lounge with pool tables and foosball tables. The arcade isnt much of an arcade. There are three video games, skee ball, a basketball game, a football game and various crane games. All of which cost quite a bit. To play any of the games you need a card, which cost a dollar itself. Then you get 2 credits per dollar, and the cheapest game is 2 credits. Most are 3. I would return for bowling and even order food again. But I probably wont play in the arcade again.

Ive been coming to this place since I was in grade school and have to say that it has really improved over the last few years. There has been some serious remodeling with the lanes and bars area which makes the place look beautiful now. In addition they now have a fully stocked bar and make good drinks, the food is actually amazing (although the a bit pricey), and they even have table service to the lanes, which is nice. This has recently become my go to place on the weekends with friends. Bowl a little, play some, pool, and then finish up on the arcade.

The best thing I can say about it was that it was cheap (in every way). The bathrooms looked like theyd never been cleaned, there was piss all over the walls. The whole building was filthy, run-down, and sad. Most of the games in the bar didnt work and the music was so loud you couldnt talk to the person next to you. Music that loud is fine in a niteclub, not when you wanna kick back with your friends. If the owners want a more Lucky Strike vibe, they need to invest in more than black lights.

Terrible experience, too many to list. Highlights would be, half hour waits in between waitress visits, including AFTER drinks got ordered. Ended up having to order again, right when she drops off a drink because itd be another half hour before I got it. Food extremely overpriced. Lanes ARE nice, but at $5 per person per game, just too expensive to stay very long. Cost $30 for two games, including shoe rental for my wife and I

Great lanes and great prices for summer bowling. Very bad services from the wait staff. When they are not busy at all there are no wait staff walking around checking on people bowling and when you go into the bar there is nobody to be seen. When you finally get to order it take 10+ minutes to receive just drinks. They need to hire better wait staff that actually think of their customers.

If it wasnt for the somewhat pricey drinks and food, I probably wouldve rated it 5 stars. But everything else was good. The server was fast with our food and drinks, also she was nice. We used a Groupon coupon so we paid $15. for 2 hours of bowling (shoe price included) for 2 people. It was well worth it because in an hour in a half, we bowled 4 games between the two of us...

The atmosphere is fun and lively on friday nights, but the older man at the front desk is really rude. As well as cheated us out of our moneys worth of games. We couldve gotten unlimited for 10.98 but he told us we only could fit an hrs worth of game. Therefore we pay for one since he seemed mad that we wanted unlimited. Neadless to say, i payed 10.78 for 1 game.

This place is very popular! They have deals almost every day which makes bowling much more cheaper than other times. Plan ahead and get there a little earlier because some days it gets really packed and its hard to find a ball of your choosing. Overall it is a great place to go during the summer, Ive been there almost twice every week this summer!

I actually stopped her because my car started to overheat. An employee was very kind and gave me water to put in my car and was very helpful. I have not bowled here, but can say the very next time I am I will be attending this establishment. They have wonderful workers and I look forward to returning to have some fun! Had a blast in this place, the only thing i didnt like was the staff well a cashier named Scott he was a total dick to me and my friends, even though We tried talking to him nicely he still was a complete jerk. Im guessing it was work stress or something but he needs to learn how to smile from time to time and be more friendly.

Lanes break down often and you have to call for assistance. Very old bowling alley, granted they are updating on the inside which you can tell because there is a lot of construction going on. Snack bar is closed during construction and when we were there the service to get food and drinks was not good.

Its improving, but has a lot of infrastructure issues. The bowling alleys dont work very well. It was a major upgrade when Bowling Dynamics moved in, though, and they are working on overhauling the decor, the snack bar, and the game rooms. Im hoping things are looking up for them soon.

We went here for my nephews 6th birthday. They made everything very easy. We booked the party online which was a breeze. The employees were very helpful and attentive. The place was clean and organized. I highly recommend them for a party or just a get together of family or friends.

Awesome place to come on a date or to come with your family, the arcade area is awesome, the bar has shuffle board and pool tables, and ever beer pong, its been renovated so its awesome. Fridays and Saturdays are always packed so make sure to arrive with good time

Its a very large facility, many lanes, well kept and clean. However, we experienced multiple problems with multiple lanes with the ball return. They seemed to get stuck a lot which slowed everything down. Food looked good, drinks looked good. Id recommend it!
