It was a happy medium experience for me. Hopefully I will be back, however part of my experience wasnt pleasant. I am pregnant, and have been sick majority of my pregnancy. Either I never know when its coming, or its dry heaving up until it happens. It was my husbands first soon to be Fathers Day so I felt more than well enough to go. All I simply asked for was a bag to bomit in just in case I couldnt make it to the restroom in time. Figured I could save the carpets, seating, employees, and guests the horrors. Its hard to run and vomit with a baby belly. I was told Id have to pay for it, after waiting about 10 minutes after I had asked. Its sad that one moment ruined my experience. Still a clean environment and friendly staff and atmosphere. The movie, great! The atmosphere, great! I do recommend it, just be prepared my mommies to be! In case youre feeling well all day and all of a sudden feel sick.

Definitely my chosen local theater to go see movies. The place is kept immaculate, the staff always friendly and patient and much like every theater everywhere else, the concession price are obscene, but what can you do? They dont make that much on the movies. However, I do wish that for the prices that they could improve the quality of the food they sell. Not much wrong with the sodas and candy, but the pizzas are greasy, the chips are practical inedible and the popcorn is scooped from the bottom so you mostly get the dust, shells, bits and unpopped kernels with barely any real popcorn at all. I could badly chip a tooth on this detritus. A screen to catch this stuff and separate it from the real popcorn would do wonders. Take my advice, eat before you go to the movies and only get a drink and some candy. Its better that way...

More often than not you go to the movies to enjoy them. Not listen to children scream wanting more popcorn. Realistically there will always be someone like that. Where Regal Cinemas shines is their customer service. You cant always get what you want, but Regal will do their best to accommodate you in anyway. Besides their customer service the place is genuinely clean. Not clean like I would eat off the floor, thats just gross, but clean where I feel comfortable sitting down knowing I wont contract some disease from the previous occupant of the seat. Their prices are insanely high, as is with most places, but I think they make up for it in their customer service and generally lively atmosphere. TL;DR: Expensive but better than the rest.

Very nice theater! It is always up to date on the new releases. Their food options are quite extensive. They even have picnic lunch boxes that are the best movie theater snack - including popcorn! Their rewards program is pretty cool. You get free popcorn, drinks, et cetera when you rack up points using your card. If you register your card you get a $1 off per ticket. Apart from movies, they also host pretty neat events and marathons when a new movie in a series is coming out. This theater is located in an open air mall. So, there are shopping and eating options surrounding it if you dont get filled up with buttery popcorn and soda. I highly recommend this place.

This theater is a shining star. I love coming to this location even though I live in downtown Nashville. The customer service is amazing and everyone looks like they love what they are doing or at the bare minimum, look like they take it serious. From the ticket counter all the way to the lady or gentleman who collects your ticket. They smile and ask how youre doing, and wish you a great evening. If you are tired of gum chewing staff who look like they hate their job at other theaters, then visit this location, its a breath of fresh air. Please whatever youre doing, keep it up!

Theater is nice but more expensive than other theaters without additional quality. One major issue I have is twice I have watched a movie and the loud speakers from the movie next door impacted the quality of my movie experience. The latest my wife and I was seeing the hitmans bodyguard and the movie in the Imax Dunkirk was blasting through the walls. This is unacceptable with the price of Regals movie tickets. I will be going to NCG up the road from now on, at least there you can fix you own drinks and do your own refills. Oh and it is cheaper per ticket and for concessions.

People that are mentioning the expensive prices for the concessions need to realize that the theater does not get a cut of the movie ticket prices, unless they have worked out a deal with the studios. The reason the concession prices are so high is because that is the theaters sole source of revenue to pay their employees, maintain the building, etc. However, this theater is terrific; clean theaters, friendly staff make for a great time at the movies. I have never had a bad experience at this theater. It is awesome!

NOT standard 76x97 IMAX screen size (prob. only 28x58 feet) and not a 15perf 70mm projector. Films are digitally upscaled. Not worth the extra money. I felt robbed. In that and the other screens, the sound is often so loud I have to bring and wear earplugs for me and my son. New RPX theaters are even louder and also not worth the upcharge, IMO. That being said, employees are always very friendly and go out of their way to help. Theaters are clean and projection quality is good.

They replaced the movie theatre seats with assigned fancy power reclining seats that kept on malfunctioning while I was watching the movie. The seats have poor lumbar support; if you choose to go to this theatre, bring a pillow to support your back. Also there was bleed through sound from the other features at the theatre. The sound for my movie was so deafening loud that I am concerned about permanent hearing damage. I will never go to this theatre again.

This is one of my favorite Regal movie locations in Tennessee. Its very clean and organized. The employees are helpful and courteous. Yesterday I experienced some people talking through a whole movie which I used my regal points. I talked to the manager that was on site 4/1/2017 and he was helpful and compassionate for my troubles and gave me a free pass. Thank you Regal Cinemas in Hendersonville. I will continue to give you business.

My parent bought me movie tickets to go see a rated R movie and they wouldnt let me in so I asked for my money back in which the manager took my card to give me a refund so I bought tickets for the same movie that night because I got an adult to come in with me. I never got my money back from the time they said they would recharge me so I paid $60 to see just one movie. Dont trust them to give a refund
