Years ago this place used to be a dump. The kind of third rate $2 dollar theater you find in low income areas (the hood). But gradually this place has really improved. Newly remodelled bathrooms, always ice cold a/c, and soon they are adding what looks like really luxurious stadium seating. At first I suspected that this place was a front for drug money laundering or something like that... because this theater never seems to be really crowded and I wondered how they could be pouring so much money into improvements. But I digress. I am no longer ashamed to go to this place... it is decent, clean, and compared to the theater at the loop it is a REAL bargain. If you have avoided going to this place because of the location or neighborhood it is in, I suggest you give it a try and see for yourself. And with the money you save on ticket prices you can buy some really interesting items at the concessions... ethnic type food that you dont usually find in most theaters.

When reading this please keep in mind that this theater is smaller and older than those larger theaters ( AMC, Regal, etc.). The bathrooms are small and untidy at times. The movie and sound quality are perfect to me. The theater rooms are on the smaller side. The concession are priced a bit lower than the larger theaters but not by too much. The ticket prices are great! Less than $7. For those of you with children, this place can be a great deal compared to the bigger theaters. I love the star rewards card. I have received free tickets and lg popcorns. You will not be impressed by the actual theater but you will enjoy the movie and the snacks.

English-Español Best cheap movie theater! Tuesdays is cheaper! Always clean and usually less people than other places! Comfy seats! No 3D! Mejor cine a bajo costo! Los martes es más económico! Siempre limpio y por lo general menos gente que en otros lugares! Cómodos asientos! No 3D!

I went here the other day,since I have not been here for years because it use to be smelly and the seats were old and dirty. When I went back I seen they got new seats which are a lot bigger and nice. 1 thing I do not like about the chair is that if your not 6 foot your feet hang. That is very bad for your body and your legs fall asleep. I find myself sitting pretzel legs because it hurts so bad for my legs just to dangle. The food is the same as all other theaters. I may go back some-other time,but not sure when.

Extremely affordable tickets on Tuesdays (five dollars all day for every movie!) and their concession prices arent bad either. The theatre has been recently renovated, so the chairs are cushy and comfortable, with tray tables for eating, and the floors are brand new and clean. Even on normal days, tickets are 8.50, and with the theatre being more comfortable and cleaner than more expensive theatres like the Loop, theres no reason why you shouldnt make the switch to this as your main movie spot.

Worst ever movie experience .... Problem -1 AMC Charges $6 for a foreign movie (after 6:00 PM Show), this theater charges $10 problem-2 Worst ever, ghetto style theater, filthy, substandard seats, substandard screen. problem-3 They forgot to shut the lights off till 5 minutes into movie!!! problem-4 filthy restrooms problem-5 overpriced and crap sold at concessions stand problem-6 overtly arrogant staff..... never going back to this dump!!!!

Awesome prices!! Extra friendly staff and they have preferred reclining seats with mini pillows! The theater and movie screen are very large, and the facilities were clean and fresh. You get free refills on large popcorn and the drink refills are only $1. Couldnt have asked for a better movie experience! Thanks Touchstar Cinemas for making our family night an Awesome one!! 10+ stars to you and your staff!!!

GREAT LITTLE THEATRE; THE TOPS HAS TO BE THE LOW PRICES FOR ADMISSION,AND THE STADIUMS ARE CLEAN, OLDER STYLE AND LARGE..ALWAYS NICE AND COOL INSIDE, PLUS SEVERAL VIDEO GAMES IN THE LOBBY FOR KIDS AND ADULTS..THEY JUST RECENTLY UPGRADED THE BATHROOMS.....LARGER AND BRIGHTER; LOOKS BRAND NEW IN THERE....I LOVE THE PINA COLADA ICEE FREEZE DRINKS, ESP DURING THOSE HOT SUMMER MONTHS.....

Excellent theater for the money. You would love this theater just for the price. It is almost impossibble found a movie theater with such a great ticket price. It is aroun 6.50 to 7.00 for adult. That almost half of the price for Regal in The Loop. Sound is good, clean areas and bathrooms. And excellent varities of snacks without broke you like other places.

Fair price, Good audio quality, yet they dont let you pick your seat before the movie like in other theaters, the seats are in a bad position, if somebody just a little bit tall sits in front of you youre gonna have a bad time. The video quality is just ok, if you want to go to the movies cheap this is your best option, if not go to another movie theater.

If you havent been here in a while then you have to check it out. The upgrades that were made in this place are top notch. When you buy the tickets you get to pick out the seats so you dont have to wonder around looking for seats. Plus the prices cant be beat. You talking about under $10 on a Saturday night and $5 on Tuesday.

Its better than before however, the new seats shouldnt have these classroom desk on the chairs, its to hard setting down and getting up. Also the seats we had were leaning back with no way to bring the back forward. The seats are to uncomfortable for me. Not a pleasant experience, I guess its back all the way to Artegon.

I LOVE this movie theater! You pay 7.50 mon- thur or You pay 8.50 per ticket on fri-sun or a dollar more for recliners but its WORTH it! The loop is overrated and overpriced for what it is. Less comfortable than this movie theater that is cheaper which is hilarious. I will always come back here!

Clean, chairs are nice ..pay a little extra with recline and bigger seat. Price are cheaper compare with other place. A little small no hang out area, but if you are looking just to watch movies only I would recommend, save a lot of money with family time. Every Tuesday is special deal.

Were very helpful with my mother who is in a wheelchair. My hands were filled with our sodas and snacks and they made sure we both got to our seats by easily pushing her for me and carrying some of my overflow. Excellent job when I knew they were also quite busy. Couldnt he happier.

Tarzan is suppose to start at 1pm its now 1:25. A blank screen and nothing is working. Told manager what was going on, he was flirting with the girl who checks your tickets and said he will take care of it soon.A ghetto theater I would not waste your money on this place.

Ive been going here for years. They have the best prices in town. The nachos are the best nachos out of any theater in the area. They have made upgrades and are doing a wonderful job. Management is Phenomenal. I will forever go to this theater.
