I usually like going to this theater, however, recently I went and watched the Hunger Games:Mocking jay part 1 with my boyfriend. About 20 minutes before the end of the movie the screen just shut off. We sat in the theater for almost 20 minutes and no one came in to even check and see if something was wrong. When we went out to notify someone and see if something was being done about it, the manager was quite rude to us, complaining that they were understaffed and that they had been having problems with that screen lately. Instead of compensating us he said there is only 20 minutes left and waived us to go back in. We both had to be up early for work and after waiting for a half hour we were tired and asked for our money back. He said he could not refund us and reluctantly gave us movie passes instead. Of all the times Ive been to a movie theater this is by far the worst customer service Ive experienced. You would think that with all the money that is made off of movies that there would be some type of technology to alert the staff when a screen stops working. Or at least have someone monitoring it.

Absolutely awful. I ordered some food, a mini pizza, at around 5:25 and they told me it would be about ten minutes which was perfect because thats when the movie started. 5:35 comes along and the movie starts, no pizza yet. Alright I think, thats fine, itll just be a couple minutes. I sit in the lobby for another ten minutes before I realize that my pizza is not coming out. The employees are being super awkward and not telling me anything. Avoiding all eye contact. At this point Ive missed the opening of the movie and I am quite livid. But I dont let them win yet, I waited until 6:00 to go into the movie. After the movie I went to the counter to ask if my pizza was done yet, the lady at the counter said "Yes, but its gone cold, would you like to wait ten minutes for another one?". This pushed me over the edge and I walked out the cinema. I go to this cinema a lot and have been watching movies there since they opened, but I will never spend another dime there.

My wife and I went there for my birthday on August 8th to see Dunkirk. When we got out from the show at 6:30 p.m. the side of my 2012 GMC Denali had a big dent in the passenger side right in front of the back tire. I noticed the theater had a camera on top of the building looking down on the parking lot so I went in and reported what happened, and asked that the owner review the video and give me a call to see if they saw anything. I received no call so two weeks later I called again and they assured me they would call me back and let me know, again no call. I know it isnt the theaters fault that this happened however they at least could have given me the courtesy of returning my phone calls and let me know if there was anything on the video. Be sure to park your car in an area where there are no other cars. The body shop I went to said this happens in parking lots in Battle Ground frequently.

For a smaller town cinema, this one is pretty good. Dont bother with the box office as they sell tickets at the concessions counter inside. All Theaters have stadium seating. As of Feb. 2017, on Tuesdays all movies all day are just $5.00. We prefer to have a meal at the Mill Creek Pub, which is next door, so we dont spend anything on concessions. For just a few dollars more than what concessions would cost us, we get a nice filling meal and a pint.

Friendly staff, clean theater, sanitary restrooms, comfortable temperature, and nice place to watch the movie with your family. Never to crowded during the week. My Dad is handicapped and it is no problem maneuvering his wheelchair into a theater and finding a spot for him to park and watch the film. It is worth the drive from Vancouver.

I really enjoy this theater. It is always clean and I like that it s local. The theater seats recline much further than other theaters. We saw Fast and the Furious 6 and it was fantastic in this theater. The color and picture quality cannot be matched even at home. The sound was just right. I want to see this movie again and again!

A Dub

This little cinema is a diamond in the rough. It is small and usually not jam packed full of people which is great. Popcorn is always tasty and customer service is friendly. I enjoy going to see new release movie and still havong arm room and plenty of seats. I live in Vancouver but this is still my favorite theater to go!

The folks working here are very nice! The popcorn is too salty and tastes a little like chemicals. Wouldnt it be fun to be able to purchase home-style popcorn? The very nice manager says they cannot change the recipe. :(

Our favorite movie theater in Clark County! Comfortable seats. Friendly staff. Large theatres. And when new movies come out they make sure they have a lot of room for everyone...even if its a very popular movie.

Our favorite movie venue. Front counter staff is mostly knowlegeable and friendly. David tears our tickets with a smile and always has feedback about the movie we are about to see. It is always a pleasure.

Love the place! Great popcorn! Sometimes movies can get a little crowded so I like getting the big theaters. Clean and very nice people there. The movies can get a little loud, though.

BG Cinemas is perfect for our little town. Its a small theater but shows all first run movies. So nice not to have to drive 15 miles for a movie. Best thing to happen in BG!
