This is Cams wife, we normally love coming to the Station Park Cinemark but I had such a TERRIBLE experience today! I planned my Saturday early, made the effort to stop by Cinemark in the morning, and bought 4 tickets for the 6:05 showing of Spider Man (so I THOUGHT) so that we could get the seats we wanted. My sister and her husband go through the effort and money to get a babysitter, we show up for the 6:05 Spider Man showing, walk into the theater to sit down and our seats are taken. Turns out the ONE person working the counter in the morning (around 10:30am on Saturday, July 8th) was COMPLETELY incompetent and gave me a matinee showing, I have no idea why the heck she did that!! No decent seats were left for the remainder of the night, we did NOT get to see the movie that we flipping paid for (AND PLANNED OUR NIGHT AROUND WELL IN ADVANCE). I complained obviously, all the manager did was give us a refund which clearly didnt solve our problem and she didnt care to take responsibility even though it was her employees mistake. She said sorry and felt like that was enough, and said "come back whenever". Not great custoner service. It was not our fault the girl at the front desk wasnt paying attention. I have no idea where the employees brain was even at, I was the only one on the theater so she wasnt rushed or pressed for time. I handed her vouchers to choose my seat, she forgot they were in her hand (she just wasnt paying attention in the slightest, hello do your job). And clearly she didnt listen to a thing I said, though Im confident she spoke English and I spoke clearly enough. I will be going to the Centerville Megaplex from here on out, they have employees who actually listen and DO THEIR JOB, and at the Megaplex I actually get to see the movie I paid for when I paid for it (an incredibly difficult thing to provide apparently). NOT happy and spreading my unhappiness with the Farmington Station Cinemark to everyone.

Dont try to use a soda cup for your ice water (even if there are no water cups visibly available) or the management will track you down while youre trying to enjoy your movie and demand you give the cup of water back to them or pay full drink price for it. Instead of just letting it slide, and making us aware of their lame policy for next time, they ruined our evening over a 10 cent paper cup. Very unprofessional. If you do want ice water you have to use the tiniest cups known to man so that you can have a sip of water with your salty popcorn... that is if you dont spill it all over first and make a mess because they dont make lids that size. If you offer water at your soda machine you should put up a sign that says "you must use our thimble sized water cups or we will treat you like a criminal for using a soda cup". You just lost multiple customers for life over a 10 cent water cup. AMC Lowes and Megaplex are better theaters anyway.

My past experiences have been very great and this last time I went was not great. All the staff was very nice and very considerate. I checked for a movie to go into that I had to be 17. Me and a friend. We got past everyone that couldve checked out tickets and they were fine. Right when we get in our movie a staff manage stopped us and ask for tickets and ID very rudely, my friend didnt have hers and I had mine. He told us to leave and that we cannot see this movie. I have done this in the past at same theaters and got in without any trouble at all for going in a rated movie. I could understand if he was nicer about it but he was a complete jerk. All was great and 1 person ruined the experience

Im a big fan of the Cinemark in Farmington. I think its location is great and it never feels crowded. I was really pleased when I went on Tuesday for their $5 dollar ticket deal. Even though I was running late, I was still able to buy my tickets, get popcorn, a drink, and find my seat before the trailers had even started because the service was quick and streamlined. As well, the theaters and seats are always kept very clean and every theater has stadium seating. What else could I need to watch a movie. Ill be back for sure!

The theaters are kept clean and the staff are pretty friendly. The discount tickets on Tuesdays are great so that I can take my kids to a movie now and again that I might not be that interested in without spending too much money. My only complaint (and it is shared with most movie theaters) is that they charge a convenience fee to purchase tickets online. I bet they actually save money by having tickets purchased online and not paying extra people to work in a box office, so why charge me money to use the service?

Seats, location and show selection are top notch. The only downside, but to me it is vital, is the temperature in the room!! My husband and I went on a Wednesday night and by the time the movie actually started our noses and feet were getting sooo cold! I noticed it on other occasions and at other locations, but really, if theaters dont make their rooms more comfy, Netflix is the big winner here! Please hear my voice and put on some heating during the winter. Thanks :)

Usually clean and in working condition, although the managers dont take their jobs seriously (or customers for that matter). I honestly only go to this theater, because its close/great location and the picture and sound quality is amazing! The seats and atmosphere beat any other Cinemark Ive visited in the past, however there are a lot of technical issues at times. The managers could definitely be more professional/respectful though.

The sound and picture are usually very good, but everything else is awful. Horrendous sound proofing between theaters, terrible layout of concessions, hard-to-find bathrooms and tickets are ridiculously overpriced. I absolutely DREAD seeing movies here. (Im probably just spoiled by all of the movies I see at Megaplex Theatres, which are consistently better than any other chain.)

I arrived and found people in what I thought was my seat! Turns out Id bought tickets for Centervilles theater, not Farmingtons! Despite the fact Id purchased another theaters tickets, they got my daughter and I decent seats (for a 3rd showing since opening) right away! Thank you for saving our movie date! P.S. Their popcorn is the best from Salt Lake to Layton.

Nice place great location. They have all your typical fare with popcorn, soda, nachos, candies etc. ice cream and icees are a nice treat. Never had any issues with staff. They could use some better signage directing new comers to the entrances and exits from parking lot and sidewalks. But overall good place for a movie. 5 dollar Tuesdays are nice too!
