Took my son to see Wonder Woman earlier. Great movie! Loved it! But that is not the reason for this post. While the theatre, I lost my wallet. Realized wallet was gone when I tried to pay for lunch afterwards. Drove back to theatre. Spoke to a manager (didnt catch his name), and he helped me look for the wallet. We didnt find it. But I left my contact info, just in case. 4 HOURS LATER.... They called me to let me know they found it. The cleaning crew found it and turned it in. I just picked it up, every thing is still in it. Although I have already cancelled the credit cards and ordered a new license, I am so happy and shocked that I actually got it back. I did not expect to ever see it again. I WANT TO GIVE A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE MANAGERS AND STAFF AT Harkins 16 Movie Theatre- Tempe Marketplace!!!! EVERYONE WAS POLITE, PROFESSIONAL! GREAT SERVICE! GREAT JOB! I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OTHERS DO AS WELL.

We love coming to Harkins theaters to keep it local. Tried out the Cine Capri experience, and I have to say, other company premium theaters give you a much better experience. Sure sound and popcorn were ok and seats were fine, but that doesnt cut it anymore. Now the bar has been raised in the industry where other theaters have luxury loungers that give you space to relax and not be on top of your neighbor. If I am going to spend the same amount of money for a ticket at a place that has your typical stadium seating or one that has plush recliners, Im going to have to choose the latter going forward.

I only ever head up this way if Im going to the CineCapri. I love the concept, but generally I prefer IMAX over CineCapri. With CineCapri, the screen is most definitely larger than regular theatre screens but it doesnt quite feel as immersive as an IMAX screen which has you closer to the screen due to its steeper seating. Overall however, this Harkins is still pretty great, though being in Tempe and closer to ASU, it tends to be overrun with the college crowd and just a smidge messier than the standard movie theatre usually is.

This is a great outdoor mall. Want a date night? This place is a fine date night location. New looking, clean, not too crowded, airy and it has a Harkins theater a Dave and Busters and plenty of shopping and dining options. If you live in Tempe and have a car you probably know what Im talking about. If I had a grievance it is that it can be hard to park even though there is plenty of parking on high traffic events and peak weekend hours and the Harkins there appear to have discontinued 3D movies. For this it loses a star.

I was visiting from out of town and decided with my friends to watch a movie. The setting is very fun and is filled with energy on weekend nights. Both young people and families can enjoy a nice evening, watching the latest movies in a cozy, fair temperature cinema. Food and drink prices are as expected, but the theatre offers both senior and student discounts for evening showings. Overall a great experience for many others to experience!

We recently tried to attend the showing of the classic "Superman". A rude attendant asked my daughter and my 2 year old grandson to leave the theatre because she said he was being too loud... No one else was complaining and the movie had just started.??. I feel she had no reason to have her take him out. He had previously been there watching "Willey Wonka" What was her problem?

This place is awesome when it comes to accessibility devices for the visually impaired. My husband had such a seamless experience when we came to this theatre and really enjoyed the movies for the first time in years. Great job Harkins on training your employees how to work the equipment to enhance the movie going experience for visually impaired patrons!

Home of one of the two Cine Capri theaters in Arizona, this Harkins has one very good sound system. The ATMOS sound in the large theater makes any movie come alive with sound in a full 360 degrees as well as from above with bass that vibrates you to your bones. This theater is clean, newer, very nice, with a moderately expensive concession stand.

My favorite theater because of the Cine Capri. Also because its relatively new and its location. Not to mention they have Dolby Atmos on the Cine Capri to provide the best surround sound experience. Toss in the souvenir cup refills for $1, and free popcorn refills with shirts it makes it a great place to repeat visit.

Its a theatre, does what youd want it to. Helpful but not exceptional service. Very overpriced food, but hey, its a theatre. Not very polite if they take exception to a knife on your belt. Good image quality in the films, and excellent sound quality. Plenty of room for wheel chairs and the like.

Nice spacious theater with decent screens and sound system. Lines for concessions are usually long, though, and the water fountains taste especially rancid, forcing you to buy a bottled water for four bucks. Employees are nice, though. Been here several times and have been pleased.

Good theater, great location with alot of food choices and with lots of fun things to do around it. Harkins almost always has above and beyond service, management honestly and earnestly listening to your complaints and helping to make it right isnt as common as it used to be.

This set of theaters has always been clean with plenty of registers open at the concession stand. Even with blockbuster movies, you dont have to wait more than 10 minutes to get a ticket, plus they have the automated machines. Good location by fast-food shops in the mall.

My go-to movie theater. They have that student discount and loyalty program, so with those I get a movie ticket, popcorn and drink for a total of $9! The theater is nice and clean. The seats are comfortable and a good distance and height from each other.

I must admit, Im all about the drink cup (Diet Coke) and the popcorn tee shirt! Just like Southwest Airlines and their 1st 2 bags free! You cant beat being treated like youre important to a business! When will other businesses figure that out:-)

too crowd it i would say but it was the release of a fast 6 so that makes sense I dont like how there is just trash behind the counters but than again they dont really have time to clean that mess Just like any other harkins this one is great

Cine Capri screen is amazing. Dolby Atmos sounds spectacular. Love the popcorn (flavored!) and low-cost refillable drink cups. Frequent shows for most popular releases. Easy parking. Gives readmit passes or refunds if you need to leave early.

FLESH EATER

The employees there are very friendly but they just need to work a little faster when it comes to serving big crowds. I think the management needs to beef up on that. Otherwise... overall I my favorite theater in the area. FRIENDLY SERVICE!!!
