AVOID at ALL COSTS - purchased 7 tickets for a 7 pm show. Sent my teenage kids (13 & 14) in while I put our leftover food in the car. First, I picked up my tickets purchased online. The guy hands me 6 tickets. I clearly purchased 7. I thought I could let the kids go in and take their RESERVED seats, but NO. I tried to leave to put the leftover food in the car, but found that my kids had come out of the theater because they didnt have seats. I had to spend 20 minutes arguing with the "manager" and he had to move everyone in the theater so we could get into our RESERVED seats. We missed the first 20 minutes of the movie!! The bathrooms were very dirty and in need of serious attention. Worst management ever. I havent been to this theater yet that I didnt have Serious issues. I would give it 0 stars if it was an option. I only went here because I promised my daughter Id take her to the movies and because she had vaulting practice before hand didnt have time to drive to a farther away theater. I try to avoid this theater.

The soda machine ran out of soda half way through so we nearly were late for opening scene but the bigger issue was it was stifling hot in the cinema #7 ... The air was stale and like the heat was on - its June 1st. All of the updates and no working AC or pop machines? Outside of that, the movie was great and chairs are comfortable to recline in. I do love the chairs. Plus, maybe add a feature to ask viewers to not get up 4 times a movie walking in and out - my husband and I never had this experience before but the same several people kept tracking out and in and out and in - walking in front of the movie every few minutes is unreal. Go do your business before a movie its not your living room. Have manners. Annoying.

Reserved seating theatre, the only way to go if you want to see a new-ish movie. This theatre is not quite as nice as Southlands but it is still good. Seats are loveseats with large, movable dividers so you can sit alone or share a loveseat with your significant other. They have a bar on premises with alcohol. They also have cardboard boxes to share your popcorn if you buy one tub for two people and wand butter on one half only. Drinks are served in the fancy coke machines with flavors and they have a nice selection. $22 for a large popcorn and two large drinks. Matinee tickets were priced well - $5.75 per ticket.

The assigned seating is frustrating and disappointing. Walked in an hour before my planned movie to watch and denied because of lack of seating... now there is like what? 20 seats available for one movie? Sad to say I will no longer be an AMC customer if they stay with the pay online seating. I used to come 2-3 times a week consistently until this change. I normally decide what and when we will watch a movie the day of and now I cant do that. Goodbye all AMC theaters. Yes its cleaner and prettier and way more fancy but the experience I had going was worth less than 1 star.

Having reserved seats is fine and dandy but they have less than 50 seats per theater now. So, maybe you dont have to get there an hour ahead of time to make sure you get a good seat but, now it might take you a month to be able to get in to the movie. In the 10 minutes my kids and I were there, and had no clue of this change, there was another parent that left as well. 8 patrons turned away in 10 min or less!!! Very poor customer service. We were literally told to hurry up and decide what we were going to see. Less than impressed.

I love the reserved seating. If I purchase a ticket in advance I dont have to show up an hour early to stake out a good seat. I can show up after the movie starts if I want. Also, I dont have to guess if there are good seats left for a last minute show. I can see exactly what is available and make my choice. And the new reclining seats are very comfortable. And even though ticket prices have gone up slightly since the remodel, the new seats more than make up for it. And you can still get bargain tickets if you know where to look.

Nice place but terrible service. We had wanted to enjoy a laugh after our long day at work, it was showing at 10:45pm and we Showed up just one minute later and they had locked the door and were standing in the front talking. We tried all of the doors and that was when they made eye contact with us. They still ignored us knowing that if they let us in, they would have to do their job. Lazy, lazy people. Do not to here later in the evening because they will treat you terrible. Hesitant to return.

The new seats in the theater are great, I like all the drink options and the bar a lot, but I do find it completely ridiculous that there are no seats anywhere outside of the theaters other than the bar. I came with my son and we got here early, planned on getting some snacks and sitting together a while before the movie. But now were sitting on the floor waiting because there is nowhere else to sit, not one bench. Wtf?!

Ticket prices are okay. They overcharged me for the two pizzas I ordered and when I brought it to their attention, they said that the advertised price was for a specific kind (the type I ordered) and they were out of that pizza. I was told that they automatically substitute a different pizza (and price) when that happens. If you are going to just watch a movie and not for the movie going experience, this is your place.

This is a horrible theater with a horrible staff. I walked into a movie to meet some friends and I was 10 minutes late and when I asked if I could by a ticket they said it was past the listed show time. My friend had already bought a ticket and when he asked for a refund they said they would not give him one. On top of it all when I asked to speak to a manager they said there was not one. What a horrible theater

WORST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT A MOVIE THEATER. TO THINK I PAY GOOD MONEY TO COME SEE A MOVIE IN THEIR THEATER AND THEY DONT EXCEPT THE FORM OF ID PROVIDED. ITS A SCARY MOVIE ITS NOT LIKE THEY ARE SELLING CRACK. WHY IS IT SO IMPORTANT TO HAVE A PSYCHICAL ID PRESENT? WHEN 2/3 OF THE OTHER PEOPLE BUYING TICKETS DO I DONT SEE THE NEED. RUDE EMPLOYEES AND MANAGER IS EVEN WORSE I WILL NEVER RETURN.

The new seating is great. Yes there are fewer seats, but I dont mind not feeling like a sardine when I spend this type of money to watch a movie. They do need to update the sound system thou. I can tell its one of the older ones. More drink options, both alcoholic and non. Prices at the snack bar are still outrageous. Would have been better if they converted this to a dinner and a movie location.
