I went to the movie "War Room" this afternoon during the Saturday matinee at 1 pm. The movie War Room was excellent. However, there was a movie trailer shown before the main feature for the movie "Freeheld", which is a movie about a lesbian woman trying to get benefits for her lesbian partner. It showed several scenes of them hugging and laying side by side. I was highly offended by the showing of this trailer before a movie like War Room. There were children and youth in the audience, and I find this movie trailer very inappropriate for this audience. Please remove this trailer before the movie War Room as there will be several people that will come to see War Room that do not need to see something that is so offensive and against what we/they believe. A very poor choice was made in showing this trailer before a faith-based movie like War Room.

Gross! Gross! Gross! Why would you pay to relax here? They literally have a sticky situation on hand! You cant justify charging $10+ a ticket for someone to be in this filthy, stinky mess. Arm rests dont move.... Maybe they are stuck in place. Wiring is exposed so becareful on the steps. They changed ownership in May we were told but its July and if anything its worse. This was the last visit we will make until they remodel. Hopefully they do it soon before they cant afford to. A better alternative is Regal in Fenton at Gravois Bluffs. An extra 15 minutes drive to have a clean theater, roomy clean leather seats, more foot room, more snack options, better sound quality, removable arm rests, and no odor. Believe it or not you can see a movie without ruining a pair of shoes. Arnold theater you seriously need to clean up your mess!

The new management needs to deeply consider what they have. I used to love Arnold theater when I was a kid. Now its gotten to the point where I dont feel like ever going back. The place is dirty it seriously need a deep clean. That past two times that over gone the movie didnt start till 20 minutes after it was supposed to. The one movie showed no indication that it was starting. We had no indication that the commercials were over and the movie began. When my boyfriends parents watched a movie it didnt even start! They had to go and tell someone. I am very disappointed in what my favorite theater has become and I plan to take my business elsewhere

While its great that this theater is usually not busy (even on Fri/Sat) its for a reason. For one it stinks like an old musty theater and not in a good way. The seats are VERY uncomfortable and you can tell they havent been replaced in probably a decade or longer. The staff is super nice, $5 dollar Tuesdays are legit, and the rewards program is really nice. But its worth driving a little further to a different Marcus theater (Ronnies 20) for the same perks. That location is a little busier but better to be crowded and comfortable instead of in a dump.

Terrible experience. I went here with my family to see finding dory and anywhere I put my feet on the floor it was sticky residue and as soon as you sit down in the seats you get a wiff of like pee or something and you feel crumbs when you sit down in the seats and as much as you pay for drinks and popcorn they only give you free refills if you buy a large of everything. Do not go here! You will regret all the money you spend on food and a movie smh never again

Good theater, but not as awesome as the other theater up north that I always go to aswell. Good prices, big screens, and friendly staff make this place awesome. Last time I went here was awesome. I saw The Finest Hours and not only was the movie awesome, but we got a discount because we built up our points on the MVP card. If only it had IMAX and a bigger arcade, this theater would be much awesomer

I was here with my sons class for a group trip. It was a late weekday afternoon, so it wasnt busy. I need to come back at this time more often. Young man at the ticket counter was nice. Young lady at the concession stand urged me to come visit here - I was in a different line and she was available. Snacks were tasty/fresh. Movie / audio was solid. Seats were comfy. :)

Arnold 14 cine needs a detailed cleaning!!!- Any where I put my feet I was either in bubble gum or sticky residue left over from spilled sodas. The gum was plastered to my shoes and I had to take them off before I would enter my home. Also the seats feel filthy dirty! I feel the need to cover them before I sit in them!!!!

Called ahead of time to see when a movie was showing and was told 10:15. When we arrived to the theater the doors were locked so we tried calling, after 8 times someone finally answered and said they did not have a show time for 10:15 and it was listed on the board that they did.

Seats need to be upgraded bad its ridiculous what people pay to see a movie and what they charge for popcorn and a soda to have to sit on those seats especially when Fenton has a very nice theater great leather seats only 15 mins down the road charging you the exact same price

The theater I sat in had very uncomfortable seats. They angled 70 degrees from the ground, making for uncomfortable movie experience. Could of had better markings for the restrooms. The rest of the theater was fine. It is do for a refresh though. Staff was excellent

The theater was marginally acceptable. Two people directly in front of us moved to a different area because the seats were uncomfortable. I noticed this when we initially sat. The seats were unlevel leaning forward. We moved down a few seats that were much better.

Movie has been halted (projection stopped) for nearly 15 minutes. We were informed by staff that at least three theaters are "broken" today. Bummer! Usually a very good experience. Management did provide passes for a future free movie.

Employees are very helpful and friendly. This is the go to theatre when my grandkids and i go to movies. There r two things that need attention: 1) ladies rr needs a face lift and 2) the arcade games need to work properly.

This theatre is way out dated and needs some TLC!! The theatre seats were blah, the game room was blah, the service was blah. step it up Arnold, you charge the same price that every other theater does for half the experience.

I have gone to this theater 3 xs in the past two weeks. Half of the projectors are not working and the are only showing a third of the movies. Times posted and movies posted on website are wrong. Very disappointing

Ticket lines are pretty quick and they have packages on popcorn and soda that are all you can eat which is nice for the price. Clean theaters and movies arent ear-shatteringly loud. Nice place.

Ive been going to this theater since it opened way back around 2000 sometime. Always good showtimes and excellent service. I feel right at home watching movies in a Wehrenberg theater.
