Last night my friends and I wanted to come to this movie theater because we heard from another mutual friends that this movie theater has been remodeled and have recliner seats, so we decided to go and try it out. People and EMPLOYEES arent nice at all. This movie theater is supposed to have reserved seating!!! When my friends and I went into our room to sit down, worst to find out that there were people seating in our seats, my friend told them that they were in our seats. They responded that there were other people seating at their seats. Which I know it was a lie, because if they were in their seats they wouldve done what we did, tell them to go to their seat. It was just so upsetting that we had to go thru this embarrassment. We went to the customer service booth to get our money back, and I ask the lady who was there, can people sit anywhere in the rooms?. She just responded by saying "their not supposed too". I felt disrespectful by her response, that was not customer service at all. Also, when we were entering the movie areas there was no employee what so ever standing asking for tickets, I could of just walked in without purchasing my movie ticket and gone to any movie room. Perhaps thats how the people who were in our seats got in. I DO NOT recommend anybody to go to this theater. Worst customer service and employees. Management needs to get it together.

I only gave one start so I could write this post. The place is nice and amazing their customer service is horrible it was my FIRST and LAST time I will ever step foot in there everything was great up until 10min into the movie when a lady says my family and I are sitting in her seats. I like any normal person pushed my ticket and sat where ever I wanted. When I asked for help at the front I specifically told them its my first time here and how did the self buying machines work not one time did they tell me we had specific seats or that I had to choose one ! All this place could offer me in return was a different showtime! Are you kidding my sons father had to leave out of town 2 hours after that not only did they ruin are family time they made me move my family and basically take my 4 year old son who loves ninja turtles out in the middle of the movie!! He was so excited and they ruin that!! I will never return and Ill try my best to let it be known !! They need better organization, reservation labels, and better customer service !!! If its your first time coming here like my experience was please be sure to ask for proper help or else youll be in my shoes !!!!!! Spent $100 for 10minutes !!!! Unenjoyed

The new system of reserved seating at this theater SUCKS. Too dark to be stumbling around over people trying to find the tiny seat numbers on the arm rests. Fifteen minutes into the movie, a family of 5 comes down our row and accuses us of being in THEIR seats. We told them it was OUR seats. The husband fetches an usher who says WE have to come to guest services because these people bought their tickets at 11:00 and we bought ours AFTERWARDS, yet the ticket person sold us tickets for the same seats. After they cause a ruckus that disturbs the whole theater, we have to walk out 20 minutes into the movie. Guest services apologizes and offers us the choice of a refund or to start the movie over in another theater in 10 minutes. REALLY stupid idea to have reserved seats for the movies. The system of walking in and taking a seat has worked since the days of silent movies -- why make something simple into such a hassle?? We will never come here again. This new system is ridiculous and unnecessary; whoever thought of it should be fired.

Just went to see "Boss Baby" for the 3:05 showing, as soon as we walked into the theater, the power went out and stayed out for several minutes, after about 15min of sitting there in the dark, the power came back on and someone from the movie theater walked in to tell us that they rebooted the projector and it should be back on in a few minutes. 15min later a manager walked in and said the reboot would take another 4-5min. After sitting there for 1 hour, someone else came in and said that they would not be able to make the projector work. They handed out free passes because refunds were not available because their computers were down. I thought that the free passes would cover our next visit, but they had to use them to "upgrade" to the 4:15 showing. So, basically, we sat there in the dark for 1 hr and did not get so much as a,"Sorry we wasted your time, here are some free tickets so you can come back and watch the show another time... but well keep your money that you paid for this show."

You can reserve your own seats in advance but the AMC stubs premiere program needs a rework. AMC is a great spot for movies and I do come here often. The food and drink prices are as expected, ridiculous but thats nothing out of the ordinary. The theater does a fine job of keeping things relatively clean and there arent any spots that have foul smelling garbage so thats a plus. My primary complaint is the stubs program. Actually, the PREMIERE STUBS program. (The one you actually pay for) They make it more difficult for you to buy tickets if you want to use your membership. Their kiosks accept the memberships but do not give you the discounted rates, so you have to actually stand in the longer line designated for Premiere Stub members. Its crazy. There is no separate line to buy popcorn, not that it would have mattered as that line would have been packed too. I just dont understand how the execution of such a good idea fails in so many ways. Please fix this AMC.

This is the only theater I will go to! Its always clean. Never busy when we go. They offer 5.00+ showings in the mornings. The reserved seating is a plus because I order on Fandango and never have to worry about finding seats. You get to choose at the time of purchase. Both on Fandango and at the theater. The seats are oversized and they electrically recline. There is plenty of foot room and space between rows. So getting out of the row if you are in the middle is no problem. The medium sized drinks are over 5.00 but they are the size of a large at other theaters so if you want more drink... thats always an option. Small is the size of a medium at other theaters so thats good enough for me. They have drink machines that let you customize your drink and choose from a huge selection. Vanilla cherry coke? Thats good. Grape coke? Why not?! The bathroom is big. Plenty of sinks and stalls. I cant imagine going anywhere else. Great location with shopping and dining.

If you ever feel like paying $12.50 to take an amazing nap, come to AMC Fountains 18. They have the most comfortable reclining chairs Ive ever had the privilege of relaxing on, let alone at a theater. The fast and easy ticket buying process allowed us to pick the seats best for us, with as little human interaction as possible. Its a win win for the introverted movie fanatic. This AMC is equipped with the new Coca-Cola Freestyle machines, paid for and maintained by the outrageous prices at their snackbar. Located in the far corner of the Fountain Lake Mall, theres plenty of parking, along with plenty to do before and after your featured film (all major films played here, not a $1 theater). Because of the chairs, this is our favorite theater. Literally, just because of the chairs. If it wasnt for those, wed be at the Palladium.
