The guy taking the tickets was rude and insulting. Did not allow my son to bring in a small cup of water after coming in from a HOT day in this desert. Asked to see a manager and the jerk said "certainly, thats me." Got a refund and went to a theater that allows its paying customers to bring in a small innocent cup of water in this 90° heat. This guy wheb asked why only stated because its policy. Thats your reason to deny a thirsty child water in this Tucson heat? A real ass kisser that guy, must be rreeal proud of himself. Frequent a different theater where their managers arent hardasses like this. El Con isnt far away and they are pleasant, allow in water and are a better theater experience. Thanks jerk from Park Place, way to be a theater nazi.

We are regulars at this theater and have been for 6 years. Today with another couple we drove from green valley to see American Sniper. I am confined to a wheelchair and my friend can not walk stairs or navigate escalators. When we arrive we are told the elevator is out of order. How do you run your business? We were offered no explanation as to why or how long they would be down. You Mr. Tony Bowers might as well slap every handicap person in the face! It would have been a good thing for you to be available to explain to ALL who must use the elevator Why and hand them a complimentary pass to try and keep your loyal guests. You blew it!

After experiencing reserved lounge seating at other theaters for exactly the same price, I deplore seating in traditional theaters. Plus they never have the side concession areas open and the main ones are always longed lined and the walking area is trashed or dirty. I saw one woman almost slip and fall, when I informed the manager on duty of the spill and slip Hazzard his replie was "that you when we slow down Ill have some one get on it... after some on slips on the tile breaks a hip and sues your company for negligence? When is it OK to put customers at risk cause your busy???

This is probably one of the better movie theaters Ive ever been to at a mall. It is located extremely conveniently at the rear of the mall with plenty of parking. The staff has always been friendly and the theaters have always been very clean. They also offer plenty of seating in their numerous large theaters. The only reason I dropped a star is because it usually a pretty crowded affair for new releases, even with the vast amount of seating. Ive tried going to very odd showtimes and have even encountered crowds then. To mitigate this, I just avoid opening weekend movies here.

This is my favorite movie theater in all of Tucson. I come here a lot to see the latest shows with my family and its always fun. Im a nacho freak (not popcorn), so Im always stoked to find some hot nachos waiting for me when I watch a flick. They have nice seating too. The sound system is incredible as well, and all you need to do is choose a good movie, and youre all set. Great for dates too. Oh yeah, and the security is solid here, so its totally safe.

Planning to call to determine if they have an early "matinee" rate for first several shows? Dont bother with the listed number on the internet or the nice "Movies and More" blurb below. Both numbers have been disconnected. So, what if there was an emergency in your household and someone wanted to contact you while you have your phone turned off as they insist at the beginning of the movie??

The theater is nice and all. However, if you go in to watch 3D or 3Dx the price of the tickets are higher. Their are no deals for families or if you buy more than two tickets. No way to get discounts on snak bar items. Just makes it hard for a single mom to take her kids out for a family nite. Tickets alone for a family of come out to 40.00 not including snacks and drinks.

Volume of the movie was too loud for me and some people nearby (especially kids) as I had brought to the attention of the guest services and manager. You might have to step out to ask the staff to bring the volume down before you get too far in the movie or bring ear plugs. Other than that, the seating, quality of the picture, atmosphere was good.

Now i remember why i never go to the movies anymore, The only thing enjoyable was the movie itself. Not sure how they expect to keep people coming back with insane prices for soda and popcorn, no refill discount at all and bad customer service. Ill stick to the loft and Roadhouse where i can pay way too much for a beer at least.

Ive never had a bad experience at this theatre. Id recommend it - staff has always been great and polite plus the matinee tickets (the 3D too) is a good deal! I think their matinee ends at 6 pm which is super reasonable! Nice comfy chairs and good sound/screens too in my experience. Enjoy! :)

Love this place, with the multiple amount of screens. Snacks are rather costly. I go during the day when its cheaper, as you pay for the movie and buy snacks its rather expensive for 4 people. I dont always get snacks to keep the cost down.

I love these theaters since theyve upgraded to digital. Theyre usually kept clean and the seating is comfortable. As with all theaters food and drinks are crazy expensive, but thats to be expected. Movie watching experience is always good.

The only issue I really have here is the price of snacks & soda, its just ridiculous. Its one thing to inflate the price of a 1.00 soda to 1.50, but to make it 6.00 is insulting. Its like saying "We dont want you here."

Waited in line 10 minutes for a ticket, only to find out the tickets were $12 for all movies for a noon showing on a Sunday. Outrageous! We left and will never return. Note to theatre: Tucson is NOT NYC. Get wise.

Movie theaters are always clean and staff is amazing. We ended up having some problems thru Fandango and they were great at customer service and helping us out. Unlike fandango they said there was nothing they could do.

Ive always had a great experinece here. For those of us who pay attention, they have the best picture and sound quality in Tucson. The staff is always friendly and the options at the concession stand are always good.
