Terrible customer service! From the moment me and my husband stepped into the store the employees were not friendly. We were not greeted, we just walked around the place and had to walk up to the two employees behind the counter and ask to taste their wine and the pours we got were very displeasing. She had hardly given us a proper sip to taste the wine. The wine themselves were descent but very dissatisfied with the quality of the wine as well as the customer service. I have not experienced such a unpleasant time in years! I would definitely recommend that you choose a different winery to visit.

My wife and I love this winery. They have free wine tasting daily and often host wine tasting events that include vendors from the local area. The wines are mostly locally produced featuring muscadine grapes. The gift shop also has several wine related decoration and wine glass shaped stainless steel tumbler we purchased. The staff is amazing and are very knowledgable.

Absolutely love it. Have been seeing this place for years and just never stopped , now that I have Im hooked . Just bought another case of wine for a VERY reasonable price . The Carlos &the Sugar Sands are our favorites but they are ALL just great. If you are going by on I-10 stop in youll love the free tastes .

I wanted to buy some blackberry wine, but wanted to taste it to see how sweet it was. Went to the tasting room, but was ignored. Same thing with sales floor-they were not busy. I just left; they lost the sale. Doubt I will be back. Disappointing seeing they have good reviews.

Fantastic job to the team. The wine tasting was fun and the nice lady serving (didnt catch her name) was very entertaining. The Beach Berry wine is deliciously sweet, highly recommend. The tasting crackers (not the dill) were delicious.

Cute store, good sweet wine, sweet woman giving you samples as fast as you can put them down. The tasting room looks over the distillation tanks. Only thing that would send this place to 5 stars is if they served food.

Excellent place to visit! The lady that hosted our wine tasting was fun and engaging. We really enjoyed it and the wines are soooo good! Beach Berry , Carlos muscadine, and blackberry are among my favorites.

I arrived at 4:55. They made me a special wine label and waited while I chose 12 bottles of wine. Not rushed at all. They have the best wine scented candles!

My wife enjoys sweet wine and this Winery has some of the best. Unique Muscadine grapes to this region. Friendly staff, free wine tastings make it fun!
